Nice shoe! On my feet a lot, so this appears to be a good supportive shoe. Love the service at Zappos. Bought it too narrow, but returned and received a different pair next day! Unheard of in the retail world!

The shoes arrived in one day and are comfortable, well made and very serviceable in my job as a nurse.

Comfortable right out of the box. The back is not too high (a common problem for me). Breathability could be better.

I have been using New Balance cross-trainers for years, but got this pair at the suggestion of my podiatrist. My high rating of New Balance continues!

Shoes are very comfortable. I use for my Zumba class and fitness classes. Plenty of room for my size 12D feet.

Traveling for the past year, I have two pair of New Balance 927 (now 928). Looking for a less expensive pair for morning walks, I found the 577 - same foot bed, same roomy toe box, same wide width. The size indicator said I should order 1/2 size larger than the 927, which turned out to be 100% correct. A good buy.

I got these shoes for my wife for her birthday. She says they are the most comfortable shoes she has ever had. Now she wants a pair in white. Fit was perfect -- size 6 wide (what she usually wears).

These shoes are incredibly comfortable and great for someone who is a little unsteady on his/her feet and walks a lot. I went to Disney World with my grandchildren, closed the parks each night, and never had a problem with my feet, legs, or lower back as I have had with other shoes. Your customer service was excellent.

Comfort for those of us who are on our feet a lot. Large toe box. Comfortable. This is my fourth pair. Will continue to buy this shoe. I am in my 60s and comfort is something I seek in a shoe and this one fits the bill.

These are great shoes and, as always, excellent and fast service. I use Orthotic inserts for foot problems and it is always difficult finding casual shoes that they can easily fit in.

I have worn 587 for years in white but I wanted something in black so the white ones didn't stick out so much with darker dress clothes at a recent conference I attended. There was a lot of walking but the shoes were a great fit and all was well.

I purchased these shoes for my winter walks and they are extremely comfortable right out of the box. I really like the a lot. They would be perfect for anyone who is on their feet all day as well. Nurses would love them!

After a series of knee and foot injuries this year, I found myself hobbling about in pain and in search of a comfortable shoe while my injuries healed. This shoe has been a godsend. It has support and appropriate padding. From the moment I put them on, I could walk with ease and comfort for extended lengths of time. The look is not orthopedic but rather just a well built walking shoe. The leather is a bit squeaky but that may ease up as time goes by (if not, it's a small trade off for such a comfortable shoe). Before I got these shoes, I worried that I might have to cancel my trip to Italy this coming Spring but now I know I'll be just fine walking on cobblestones!

These are the best walking/work shoes ever for my feet. I have narrow heel and arthritis in toes. They have lots of heel padding. I bought two pairs last winter to rotate them.

Shoes were very comfortable from the first time I put them on, with plenty of toe space. My toes did not feel crowded all day. I received them quickly too.

Nice room in the toe box. I take a 7 in Nike. Took 7 in New Balance. Should be obvious, but I am never sure. Like them.

These shoes are so comfortable! I did have to order a W after the M was a bit tight across the toes. The extra width was a perfect fit. I wear mine every day in total comfort. I have very sensitive feet and these shoes support my feet but don't hurt. They are my second pair of New Balance and I'll be back for more.
