This is my second pair of this particular shoe. It gives good support, and fits well. I like that it's all black; even though it is a bit 'clunky', I can wear it to work and not scream that I'm wearing an athletic shoe.

I have worn these shoes for the past few years, mostly worn for my daily walks of 2.5-3.5 miles. They wear well, and feel comfortable and supportive to my feet. I do wear my own orthotic inside. Have had bunion and hammertoe surgeries in the past, the wider toe box works very well for me!

Love them. Feel great. Sturdy. Supportive. I went with my practice of getting Merrell's a half size larger. I wear a 61/2 and got a 7.

Very comfortable shoes. I ordered a half size bigger just to try it out and they fit perfectly. I work on my feet 8 hours a day in a retail position and i only wear new balance. And i only buy shoes from Zappos because of their return policy.

This is my first Zappos purchase and my first pair of New Balance sneakers. I LOVE these shoes. This is the first time I've ever gotten a new pair of footwear that fit perfectly and are 100% comfortable right out of the box! I usually need a "break in" period to reach my comfort level. These are great! The only (miniscule) downside is that the REAL leather squeaks like real shoes. None of that cheap, plastic-like, man made material. I can live with that. A little leather conditioning cream should fix that. I'm 100% happy with my purchase and look forward to shopping Zappos again.

I have bought these shoes for decades (obviously there were a few changes for the better over those years). I love the roomy toe box - I no longer have corns on my little toes. These are great walking shoes, even for power walking. They break in quickly and provide good arch support. My only complaint is the laces. I would rather have regular ones. These stretch and you end up having to double knot them to keep them off the ground.

I like them overall. They might be a tad short. They probably aren't the most hip-looking sneaker but they fit me better than any other style or brand.

I love these sneakers and wear them almost every single day if I can! I can fit my specialty orthotics for plantar fasciitis and one shorter leg into the wide ones and still have space to wear knit-style (not hose)knee socks. I buy two pair a year every fall. They are very comfortable for someone who stands and moves all day long.

Zappos continues to be one of the best shopping websites on the net. Since I started coming here many years ago, they have added video descriptions and customer reviews for every (I think) item they sell. Shipping is really fast. If you want to return it, it's speedy and free. No dissatisfaction will be ignored. Pardon me, but if you don't like Zappos, you might be doing something wrong.

Shoe fits well. I have bunions and wide box toe works great for me. Very comfortable.

The shoes were too stiff to walk in without my heel slipping. I have worn this shoe for years without this problem. They must be making them with thicker leather or more tongue padding.

I wanted a shoe for the days I walk 4-5 miles on city streets. I do not under or over pronate, and these are wonderful to my feet. Not for the trail walks though. They look clunky, but hold up well.

Has a very roomy toe box. The padding around the back help it fit very comfortably on my duck feet, very wide front and much narrower heel. It is my third pair of WW577 and probably not my last. They are a little on the heavy side.

Love New Balance and got my first pair about 3 years ago. I work in retail and these shoes are great on the feet but I need new ones because I have problems with my feet and the ones I was wearing were not working out. So I got the 928 New Balance and they are nice, and comfortable but not really stylish but okay to wear to work. So I wanted to find another pair of New Balance that I could wear all of the time. I did some research and read the reviews and after all the information I got I decided to get them because I like what everyone had to say but also they had the same walking strike path on the bottom (which my others ones have they are hard bottom good for your feet especially if you work in retail) but the heels were a little lower than ones I have now. Once I got them I put in my Spenco Orthotics and walked around in my new sneakers and love them. I like these a lot better than the 928.

I keep coming back because I am very pleased with the service, the product, the prompt delivery and the prices. Thank you for a shoe that I can wear all day in job that has me on my feet for 10 hours a day. The wear well, clean up easily and look great.

I am very happy with these shoes. I need a wide width and that limits my choices. These are VERY comfortable and I like the style. Bought them to wear on vacation and we did a lot of walking, was glad I had them.

I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes that I cannot wear. I bought these sneakers and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. No joke! My feet are extremely sensitive and if yours are too then this shoe is for you. Love the design of the shoe and also they make my Peggy Hill feet look nice and small. I am extremely impressed and couldn't be happier. As usual Zappos' customer service just cannot be beat!

I loved the sneaker, but it was too short. I usually wear an 8, but I am going to try a size 9.

Love the support that you get from these. I have a torn meniscus like so many others and it really helps. My orthopedic surgeon recommended these and he was spot on.

This is the 3rd pair of these shoes I've purchased. Why, you ask? They certainly aren't sexy, but they have been the most comfortable work shoe (I'm a nurse) I've ever had. I have plantar fasciitis and these plus my orthotics, have practically cured it!

I am very happy with my New Balance sneakers. They are true to size and width. They arrived with in a couple of days after I ordered them.

Not only are the shoes a good brand of high quality, the delivery service is like none other. Why would anyone want to waste time in a crowded shopping mall? You can shop comfortably via your computer, with a cup of coffee nearby. The ease of shopping is great.

These are really great walking shoes - try them & you will like them - Zappos will "zap" them to your front porch faster than you can go to store to find them.

New Balance always gives great support, comfort along with a great looking shoe. I liked the fit so much I ordered another pair just like them. Very happy with both pair.

The last pair of NB I had purchased was a size 7D (style 847). One of the reviewers had said this shoe runs short, so order a 7 1/2 D. Not wide enough so sent them back & got a 7 1/2 EE. These fit perfect. And I love Zappos customer service!
