This shoe is comfortable, with good traction. If you are used to flip-flops or going barefoot, you can wear these comfortably right away. If you are moving from normal shoes with any kind of heel, take your time and let muscles and tendons adjust. A sudden shift may make you pretty sore. These are snug fit and a little challenging to put on if you have arthritis or other problems with hands and/or knees. I manage with a long-handled shoe horn.

The yellow color is cute. There are rigid straps across the tongue which are a bit tight across my high arches. Also the shoe is difficult to get on and off. Overall not quite what I'd hoped for but I will still wear them.

These shoes are amazing. Best feeling, best fit, no hot spots, no leg pain. I just completed a 10-mile Tough Mudder event on Mount Snow and lots and lots of hills, water, mud, fire, etc. Needless to say, my feet were the only part of my body that was not sore the next day. Didn't even get a blister. I'm buying another pair right now.

I'm a Merrell fan and the barefoot did not disappoint me. I usually get tired feet with flat shoes, but these I can wear all day long and end up with happy feet! I just wish they had a grey tone.

I'm not a long distance runner, but I do run on dirt and gravel. So far I like them alot compared to a regular, bulky runner's shoe. I do try to stay away from really rocky or large gravel. They can tie snug over the foot and my toes have plenty of room to spread.

Bought these for my girlfriend so she would have a comfortable shoe to practice Tae Kwon Do in. She loves them and said they fit like a glove; something that's not always easy considering she wears a size 12. They are very stylish and sturdy, with great traction so you can also wear them outside.

These will change your running! As recommended, I've been wearing these for short distances to get my feet used to them. My gait changed instantly, and I could feel myself landing on my midfoot/forefoot. After a half mile, my arches were tired and my calves were sore. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens over the long run. One note: I generally wear an 8, and the 8 in these fits without socks or with very thin socks.

I have been looking for something casual to wear to work to avoid the stares I get when I wear my FiveFingers to work. I absolutely love these shoes! I walk in them to work and I wear them all day. They feel as comfy as a nice pair of socks.

I got these for my girlfriend and she loves them; she never wants to take them off. Full disclosure, I've got the Merrell Trail Gloves, I run in them, I love them. I thought my girlfriend would love the Pace Glove just as I do the Trail Glove. I was right. While she hasn't run in them yet, she's wore them casually and loves how they feel; her complaints of foot pains are non-existent in these shoes. If these are anything like the Trail Gloves, I'm sure you'll love wearing them to work, on errands, or in your fitness endeavors. Get 'em!

This has become one of my favorite shoes. It is very light weight and comfortable. Fortunately, I read the reviews before making my purchase and ordered a half size larger than I normally wear in Merrills. So glad I did because the fit was perfect. I have 3 friends who have purchased these shoes based on my ednthusiasm. They all have had to take a size 1/2 larger than normal, and all agree how comfortable they are. I wear them on my daily walk & often keep them on all day. For anyone who has bunion problems, this is a good show because the front is wide. I have the yellow, which I love, and plan on ordering a pair in blue.

I love these shoes. They are amazingly comfortable. I teach PE and I am on my feet all day. My coworkers have also commented on how cute they look and think they can be worn with a skirt too.

Very comfy shoes. I went with a half size larger as I usually do. I also added extra arch support. I don't run, the slightly rounded sole adds some balance challenge for classes. Not a stable shoe. Great for walking; they feel like slippers. Elastic on back is not too tight.

I love these shoes! I use them for casual wear, not barefoot running. I had been searching and searching for a shoe that would be cool on my feet in the summer, was washable, comfortable with my bunions, and still looked fashionable. So many "comfort" shoes are very clunky, and this shoe is the opposite - very sleek. Love this shoe!

These shoes are the best! Super comfortable and stylish! They are true to size and are so lightweight, you hardly know you have them on.

I love the look and comfort of this shoe! I have only walked in them so far but plan to run soon. My only issue was the sizing. I couldn't figure out if I should keep the 7.5 (the size I normally wear) or the 8. What I really needed was one of each size. The 8 was too big on my left foot but fit perfect on my right. I ended up keeping the 7.5 in hopes that they will stretch just a little. They are perfect without socks but with socks my big toe touches the top just a little. Hopefully this isn't a problem when I start running in them. Overall though...I love them!

Love them so far, much easier on Achilles tendon that the New Balance Minimus. I'm a 8.5 in Merrell siren sport and these are exactly the same good fit. Wide toe box, narrow heel no arch support, but that is the point of the barefoot shoe! I love the barefoot running.

These are my first experience with barefoot shoes, and I won't ever go back. The shoes fit well, and feel so much more comfortable to walk/run in than normal sneakers.

I can't give this six stars, can I? I ordered the Barefoot Pure Glove earlier this week, and was so smitten that I ordered another pair, and these. They are so much cuter in real life, and what looks like white stripes in the photos are actually silver. They are unbelievably comfortable, and actually fit what feet really are shaped like. The sole is very similar to the Pure Glove mary jane, even though in the pictures, this shoe looks like it has a sole that extends over the toe box. That's a bit misleading, as that is just fabric, not a rubberized sole extension like you might see on Keens. These are also animal-free, whereas the Pure Gloves have leather trim. They are fairly true to size. I wear an 8 or an 8.5, and an 8.5 is perfect, and accommodates my wide forefoot and average heel very nicely. I want to wear these all the time!

Outstanding shoe! I expected there to be some "adjustment" period, but they were comfortable right out of the box. I have only used them for walking so far, but I honestly forget they are on even after 1-2 hours of walking. Wide toe box but nicely fitted around the heel. I have the 5-fingers which are fine but these are much more comfortable and it is nice not to have to have your toes separated.

I really love these shoes. I got them because I have started barefoot running, but they are so styling and comfy that I have been wearing them to work and for just walking around. Going to buy a pair of the mary jane style in a different color, that's how much I like them. I have Vibram 5 fingers but sometimes it's so hard getting my toes in there properly, and they are too freaky to wear to work and the store, etc.

These shoes are absolutely wonderful! Extremely light and fit like a glove. They are perfectly sized for no socks or super thin socks. I use them for my cross fit workouts right now. Not sure if I'll be able to run long distances in them for awhile... still hurts pretty badly from the knees down if I try to run more than a mile. Looking forward to hiking some trails soon, though! Definitely worth the money and the yellow color is very nice!

Love this shoe. I tried 5 fingers but couldn't get my toes in. I'm 60 years old so my toes are kind of stuck where they are. I have two pair of these now and will get the other two. Love the yellow but the black is my favorite. I'm thinking of getting my husband a pair. The men's version is cool looking also.

These are my first Merrell shoes and I love running in them. It feels great running in them without socks. The black color is great for casual work wear and just plain comfortable to wear all day and then run after work. I highly recommend it for anybody wanting to wear very light, comfortable and very flexible shoes.
