I use these for everything - jogging, doing my aerobic stuff and for shopping trips! I love them - the tongue if not laying completely flat can be irritating so just adjust it. They run very true to size and I'm between an 8 and 8.5 so I went with the 8.5 after trying the 8 and feeling like it was too tight. I've owned them about 2 months now and since I've used these my knees haven't hurt or any other normal soreness I usually have. They are amazing! Why people get the ugly versions with the toes I seriously have no idea. I challenge them to try these and not love them just as much. Oh, and these are so cute - I love the turquoise colors!! My boyfroend has the men's version in yellow/gray and he loves them too and recommended these for me. Thanks Merrell! You have always been my go to athletic shoe and now you have outdone yourselves!

I am not a runner and I got these shoes because of the light weight. they are comfortable and easy to wear. the only thing I would change is the strap under the laces across the top of my foot. it does not stretch at all and makes them hard to get on. once they are on they are fine but would be much better if this strap stretched a little. over all a good shoe. I did get 1/2 size larger than I usually wear and they are perfect.

Love these sneakers, I always have problems with shoes, not with these. I also ordered a pair in black.

These shoes are really lightweight. It takes a little bit of getting used to running differently, but I absolutely love these shoes.

I just bought these in yellow and I really like them. They are super comfortable, look terrific, and I love that they can double as both running and city shoes. They are a bit hard to get on and I prefer to wear them with thin socks, but very comfortable once they are on. Also, remember to tie then tight or the laces don't stay tied. But these are really minor cons outweighed by the pros. I love how roomy the toe box is, which I think helps me run a little faster and with better form. They are also well constructed. Merrell makes high quality shoes.

I am not a runner, but I do hike, bike, and spend lots of time on my feet. I have very high arches, bunions, and lots of old injuries, so it is hard for me to find shoes that don't hurt. These are incredibly comfortable shoes. They feel like moccasins - I don't even notice them and can wear them all day. They are nice looking for running shoes, also. I did have to get a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear. I'm saving up for a second pair!

I received this shoe just days after learning that I have a stress fracture on my right foot, so I haven't been able to run in them yet. But I love the way they look and feel as I limp around waiting to get well.

These shoes are so light and comfortable! I personally don't like much bulk around my feet and these are perfect in that way, like flats, but they provide the support and comfort on the bottom to protect your knees.

These are magic shoes! I have foot problems including a botched surgery and these shoes allow me to walk normally and do things I could not do before. It's like walking barefoot only much better. I doesn't seem like they would have much support but the way the sole is made it really does support the foot. I feel so much stability that I were them to my weight lifting class. I can't say enough about these shoes. I also have a pair of the maryjane version and those are just as awesome. I'm hoping Merrell comes out with more styles like sandals and maybe some that would be a little more work appropriate. Highly recommend!

Love! These are my first pair of "barefoot" type shoes. I am not an athlete, but we live in an apartment so I take the dog on a walk 2-3 times a day. They took a little getting used to; at first it felt like the arch was a little weird, and my feet would ache if I wore them too long. I've had them for several weeks now and they have become my favorite shoes. You can wear these with or without socks, but I prefer socks. My only complaints would be (1) that these are not great for extremely cold days because the vents in the front and sides let the heat escape too quickly, and (2) I can't wear my extra thick wool socks to offset the cold. Buy a pair of slim wool socks. Problem solved. In summary, very happy with my purchase.

I love these shoes! They feel like gloves just like their name. They are feather light and are so comfortable. I compete in dog agility and need to be agile on my feet as we run through the courses and have to turn on dime. I highly recommend these shoes!

I love these shoes! I have been looking for something that could be used for walking/treadmill, but also for hiking. The Vibram soles make these shoes great for walking on trails. I am a fan of the barefoot concept and these shoes feel very close to going barefoot while still offering protection. I did have to return the first pair and reorder half a size larger. With my true size my toes had too little wiggle room. The larger size fit much better. I do wish Merrell offered wide widths though. These are a bit tight across the foot but seemed to stretch a bit after being worn. Overall, still very comfortable despite not having wide widths. And they look great on. They are so much better than clunky white sneakers! Overall, I would recommend!

I totally love my Barefoots! They are lightweight, comfortable, and go with all kinds of outfits. I have even worn them with a skirt. My feet do not tire, and I can ride a bike or walk a city in them. I do not think one pair is going to be enough!

I have wide feet so these shoes aren't super comfortable. I hope they stretch because they're great otherwise--great for hiking rock scrambling--better than barefoot.

This was my first barefoot shoe, and I could not be happier so far. They are quite comfortable despite the lack of arch support (I have super high arches and sometimes I have trouble with flip flops, but the more natural movement with these shoes seems to make the arch lack of arch support insignificant). They fit snugly over the arch, but there is plenty of room in the toe box, which is lovely. I often have trouble with the toe box being too small, but this one does not restrict. They felt great on a short run - I am waiting to build up the relevant barefoot running muscles before I take on a long run.

Love these shoes! They are great for my narrow heel, are super light, and I found them to be comfortable to walk and run in. They are definitely not easy for runners who are heel strikers, but if you are willing to try more of a mid-sole strike then they are very easy to adjust to.

Without socks, these run true to size. I love them. I run and hike in them. They're not super great for hiking since they're not waterproof. But that's my only complaint. I bought the black when there were only 4 color options. I do think they're the ugliest shoes I own but they are the best purchase I've made for my outdoor adventures. And you can just throw them in the wash when they get dirty. Would definitely recommend them just not in black. maybe the purple. Beware, the lime green and aqua blue are very, very bright (I saw them at REI). Love them so much. Buy them.

These are my favorite new shoes! They are perfect to wear walking or at work as well. I work 10-12 hour ER shifts and they are more comfortable at work than Danskos. And they truly fit like a glove. Like all barefoot shoes, they encourage a forefoot/ toe- strike technique (like elite runners) so they feel different than your normal running shoes but in a good way. You will notice you use your calf muscles more. Also, I bought a full size up based on reviews and they were way to big. I sent them back for the 1/2 size larger (wear a 7, ordered 8, too big, 7.5 perfect).

I absolutely love these shoes! I started running in them slowly, and I can't believe how great they are! It motivated me to pick up on my runs! I feel footloose & fancy free! I felt the overall fit was good. I normally wear an 8 in most shoes & the 8 fit great. I have a little extra room in the toe box but that is good for the barefoot feel.

These shoes are amazing. My husband and I are beach-barefoot people who think flip-flops are "Wearing shoes." After reading some other reviews I bought a pair and have been wearing them ever since! My husband bought a pair and loves them for working out in the gym. I have washed mine as I do not wear socks (which kind of defeats the purpose) and they dried quickly and came out great. The only thing I would do differently would be to buy a half size up. I wear a 9 1/2 and wish I had the 10 as my toes touch the front on one foot.

I love these shoes. They are so comfy. The only problem I've had so far is that after a while of wearing them they start to smell. I walk a lot in these shoes and hope to try running soon.

Love these shoes, wear them all the time. Considering buying more colors / styles. Haven't tried running in them yet, still getting used to walking in them.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I thought they looked cute on my sister & she told me they were the most comfortable shoes she's ever had. Problem is, I can hardly take them off. I need to buy another pair. I haven't barefoot ran in them, just walked but they feel like socks. I can't recommend these highly enough. I also get compliments from strangers on them! I have the grey/red...super cute.

I love this product. This is my second pair and I put them on and start walking. So comfortable.

I wear these to the gym every day, very happy with the comfort, fit and wear. Much better feel than the traditional sneaker I had been wearing to the gym. I'm a treadmill runner/walker, outdoor runner/walker like these for both inside and outside.
