I ordered these boots in March and by September, they were no longer waterproof. The bottom of the shoes became torn and water was able to seep through.

I bought these shoes to use as waterproof knockin' about shoes with the ability to handle and occasional day hike. They are incredibly uncomfortable. Returned first pair, got a second, slightly different pair and frankly, didn't have the energy to return those. Wear them occasionally but they are only good for the short about-town thing. Definitely not an all day, long-distance walker as advertised. Fit poorly, too wide in the heel, too short in the toe. Not good for the price.
