Very comfortable classic lower heeled pump. I work on a campus and can wear these all day as I run from meeting to meeting.

This shoe fits and is mostly comfortable. I've only worn it around the house to get used to heels which I haven't worn in 30 years, but I believe they will work. I only bought them because of the generous return policy of Zappos; I have a horrible time finding shoes for my size 5, wide foot. But no return needed! Thanks, Zappos!

Very comfortable everyday dressy shoe. I have a narrow heel and shoes tend to slip off. This is a great shoe. Classic pump and the sole is quite comfy.

Very comfortable in the impact areas of the footbed. Not as much side to side support as I expect from a Cole Haan. The look is very professional even with the treads on the bottom. Seems a bit wider than a AA and that may be why the side support is not as good for me. I have very high arches and so my heel has a bit too much movement.

Very comfortable shoe, true to size but heal is too narrow for the profile of the shoe. Sadly, just not my style. Too boring!

I was in the market for a great, classic, low heel that will let me both run around the office carrying banker's boxes and look professional at a work lunch. Not really a transitional shoe though. I will not be wearing this to a cocktail party anytime soon. Runs small and narrow and order a half size up. I have other Cole Haan's in size 7 that fit perfectly, but in this one I needed a 7.5.

As described - a very professional looking pump that my feet can tolerate being in all day. You don't feel like your wearing sneakers. I have a little discomfort in the balls of my feet, and I feel a teensy bit wobbly in them because the heel is narrow, but it is now my go to pump.

It's Cole Haan Air, so you should know what you're getting. People either love these shoes or don't find them comfortable at all. With Cole Haan heels, I've found I have to go a half-size up from my usual size. These shoes are a great wardrobe staple. I don't think they're particularly stylish or fashionable, but I have an office job and I can wear these just about every day, so it's worth the price.

These pumps are very comfortable and nicely finished. I'm not a huge fan of the rounded-toe look, but otherwise would definitely recommend it!

These shoes are well worth the cost. They are very comfortable even when you have to stand up all day, and they look good with pants and skirts.

The shoe is very classic, makes great impression. I am in love with its look. My only concern is the shoe has non-slippery outsole but its heal slips. I find it odd.

I believe Cole Haan shoes, in general, run narrow. I ordered 6.5 and exchanged them to size 6. The 6.5 had more cushion on heel. Toe area felt snug, but heel felt just right. I read others' comment on 'planter fasciitis' and I was actually diagnosed as one. Great timing! So far these shoes feel good on my feet. Wish they had wider width. Sole has rubber grids so you don't slip. I highly recommend this pair. My feet are narrow, but felt a bit snug (only slightly).

I have 2 pairs of these shoes. Wore one pair for 5 hours standing and my feet did not hurt at all. Love the cushion on the inside and the rubber treads on the bottom. I normally wear a 7 and that is what I have in these. Only wish in the brown that the heel was not a wood tone.

Beautiful shoes. Toe box is short and narrow. I ordered a 6 W. The shoes were not very comfortable for my very wide toes, but they are nice looking. "Toe cleavage" shows.

These shoes are beautiful, classy and dressy, and very comfortable. I love that they come in size 12. However, while you would think they are made for walking (they do have the awesome Nike Air technology in them), they didn't even last 6 months, and I am so disappointed. I wear them infrequently at work, and recently brought them on a business trip to New York where I had to walk back and forth a couple times a day between my hotel and the conference I was attending. The little caps on the end of the heels both fell off without me realizing it, until I almost wiped out on a marble bathroom floor from walking on the nail in the heel. Again, I hadn't even realized it but without that cap on the heel, I basically trashed the base of the heel and I am afraid they are beyond repair. I thought I had been smart to bring these comfy shoes on the trip - and they were the only dress shoes I brought! - when they basically fell apart mid-way through the trip. Very sad as I really loved these and thought I was making a good investment in beautiful and comfortable dress shoes.

While this is a well-made shoe, and I wanted so badly for it to fit, the heel was very wide...not necessarily on the top, but the actual shoe around the heel. I imagine the top edge would eventually stretch also.

This shoe was so squeaky when I walked. I think there was another review saying the same thing, but I didn't believe it could be true. Its the leather and not the sole. The toe seemed really too round and short to look attractive on my feet.

For this premium price, I expected more. I really liked the rubber grips on the bottom of the sole, and the shoes were OK on comfort, but decidedly meh on arch support and style. Granted, I have high arches, but the bad style is unforgivable. They look OK in the picture, but on my feet, they were less hip black pump than rumpy schoolmarm. I like to wear wide shoes but sometimes I can wear regular widths. For these I ordered wide and I still think they are a little snug. I am trying to stretch them. I regret wearing them outside

These shoes look very nice. They are simple and elegant with a reasonable heel. They are comfortable when first put on but walking any distance at all on a hard surface you really feel it. They could use a lot more cushioning of the foot bed. I am keeping them for their style but will try to avoid walking in them other than around the office.

Pretty shoe but it did run 1/2 size too small and the toebox was short and narrow. Couldn't make it work.

Based on brand reputation, I was really expecting more from this shoe. The wide doesn't feel wide at all; it squishes my toes. The cushioning is nice, but the workmanship isn't great, so the shoe looks cheaper than it is (especially on the inside and the heel). I was thinking of trying to break these in, but might as well just send them back. At this price point, I expect a better shoe.

Surprised to see that these were actually a wide width when I looked at them online, after trying them on. These definitely felt like a B width. There is no arch support whatsoever. Between dealing with bunions and having somewhat high arches, I do find pumps hard to fit, but these didn't come close. It's too bad -- they do look nice.

Yeah, they're cute, but not amazing. The Air Nike felt nice but the shoe itself I thought ran a bit narrow around the toe box. Even at just 2.25 inches tall I still decided against these shoes. They are cute, but I wasn't willing to settle, especially since the price tag is a bit steep.
