I wear an 8.5 Medium in every shoe, except this one. I tried the 9 and it did not fit either. Shoe feels short and tight in toes. I relly wanted them to fit!

These shoes are incredibly comfortable - I can click around the office all day. I started with a 9W, which is my usual size and found the shoe to be too small. I returned the 9W for a 9.5N, which was a better fit without being too big.

I love these shoes! They are super comfortable due to the reasonable heel height and the Nike Air sole. The toe box was wide enough too, so even with gel insoles (I wear them in every shoe), my toes did not feel scrunched. They have grippers on the bottom so they're not slippery either. And to top it off, they're super cute and can dress up any outfit! Definitely a classic shoe to have in your closet and worth the price.

These shoes look great and despite my bunion, I'm not hurting too much. I can last the day at work. It's hard for me to find shoes I can wear to work because of my one bunion. I'm happy with my purchase.

I really love these shoes. They are super comfortable and go with everything. They are my go to black pumps. I do not wear heels often and they frequently bother my feet, but these do not. I highly recommend them.

Very nice and very comfortable on first wear. Conservative look but classic. I wear a 6.5 or 7 in shoes and took the 7 in these.

I am on my feet a lot at work, so I need a sensible but preferably attractive shoe. These shoes meet both needs. The black pair especially is a must have basic.

These are the perfect interview/work pumps! The style is very basic, but I view that as a benefit because I wanted a simple pump that would coordinate with many outfits and not attract too much attention. Even so, I still think they are cute and not too matronly like a lot of other "appropriate" shoes look to me. The heel height is perfect for me, too. I like a little heel because I think it looks dressier than flats, but since this is under three inches it is much more comfortable to walk in all day.

Can't go wrong with these! I purchased a pair in every color this comes in and now I'm set for the winter. I wear them to work and have all day comfort. The round toe takes some getting used to after so many years of pointy toes, but they are comfortable, all around. (This style also comes in a higher heel if that is your preference - these were perfect for me at 5'4".)

Great shoes. Very elegant and office appropriate without sacrificing style. Also very comfortable, I wore them right out of the box to an all-day conference and didn't have a single blister. Definitely thinking about getting this style in more colors! My only complaint is that the heel is little wide, so I had to put a little bit of padding there to help the shoe stay on better.

I bought them to wear on a business trip where I would be doing a lot of walking and they have proven to be very comfortable. The price is a little steep but they are a must-have in any woman's business wardrobe. The only negative thing I would say about them is that they wear fast. Maybe it is because I have been wearing them nonstop since I bought them (1 month), but the leather does have scuffs on them and the heel tips are worn down. They do include an additional set of heel tips in the box, probably for this exact reason. All in all, these are a great pair of pumps for everyday comfort.

These shoes are so comfortable I could probably run in these. They do run 1/2 size small so take that in to consideration. I may even order another color; they are so comfortable.

I love this shoe! It fits true to size (mine is 8.5 Medium). I purchased two, in different colors suedes - grey and brown. The colors are rich and gorgeous. This midheel height is perfect for me at 5 ft 3 in and slightly overweight. I'm immediately comfortable in them and walk like a lady (whereas in the 3" version I'd probably be clomping around). Try 'em...you'll like 'em

LOVE these shoes and, as always, Zappos' customer service is outstanding! I have narrow feet and these fit like a glove, but did order a half size up. I am on my feet a lot and don't usually like to wear heels, but I could (and have) walked around in these all day.

Wore these in leather straight out of the box for 16 hours today and my feet feel fine. YAHOO! True to the size I usually order-- but I measured an 8 in the store (Cole Haan store) for these and decided to play it safe with my usual 8.5 anyway. Only complaint is that the seaming on the leather on is well... not as nice as it should be for 200 dollar shoes. Plus they are VERY cute for basic black mid heel pumps.

I absolutely love these shoes! I bought them in several colors. As a runner, I have had several bouts of Plantar Fasciitis; these shoes were so comfortable I was able to stand in them for hours and dance in them at several weddings! These are great shoes!

Perfect heel height, and beyond comfortable, but only if you order a half-size up. I'm a classic 8 1/2, but could barely get my foot into it. Went up to a 9 and they are perfect. If you want a perfect, plain brown pump, this is your shoe!

I bought this shoe for work. I absolutely love the heel height. I find three inches too high and one inch too short. As the previous reviewer said, the memory foam padding is fabulous. It makes the shoe very comfortable. There are also rubber tracks on the bottom of the shoe, which prevents slipping when walking on wet surfaces. Great! I wish they would make these in more colors!

The perfect dress heel for people on their feet. The nonskid bottom is great. The heel style is feminine and classic high-heel shaped, but able to handle walking at a near run to keep up with swift companions. They can be worn several days in a row (great for business travel packing). I love tall heels and hated having to downgrade because of ankle trouble, but I like these better than the full-height version. I also have them in black suede.

This is the most amazing pump it is comfortable looks great. What most impresses me is the fact that not only does it have Nike technology but it has memory foam lining.
