This shoe has a kitten heel which makes it great for interviewing or long office hours. However this shoe is not the best quality for the price. The shoe has several issues (glue on the inside, the heel covering is very poorly placed, etc.) Cole Haan should pursue a manufacturer that has better quality controls standards or I will find a new brand to love!

The shoes fit perfectly when trying them on; however, after wearing them for 15+ minutes, they stretched out. Great feeling shoe but fit was horrible - especially for the fit. I have a very, very narrow foot.

I have a lot of problems with pumps because I have a wider toe area than the rest of my foot and my heel is bizarrely horribly narrow. Basically, I have duck feet with tiny heel, and wide toes so they are triangular. Unfortunately, this means when wearing pumps my heel always slips out of the shoe. Plus with wide toes, it gets uncomfortable in the front. My other problem with pumps is that I also hate feeling hindered when I am walking as I like to walk fast and hard since I live in a city and walking is my primary mode of transportation. I have never found a pair of pumps that I liked until I tried these. These are so comfortable, I can wear them for almost 12 hours with no problem. The heel is narrow enough that my heel does not slip out. They are so comfortable that I can run to cross the street as the light is changing, or to try to catch a cab. And through all of this, my outfit looks professional and polished. I do not know what I would do without these shoes. I only wish they came in a nude color, a red color, snake skin print, calf hair print, and a tan color. Because I would buy them all, no question

This is the most amazingly comfortable shoe ever. The grip on the ball of the foot makes such a difference and I can see these being my all-time favorite shoe. Am about to purchase in the brown as well.

These are the best pumps ever. I am not good at walking in heels, especially skinny ones, and due to a back injury can rarely wear them. The insoles of these pumps are well-designed to provide support and prevent you from hurting your back or knees, and the soles have tread to prevent slipping. These shoes are also really hot, in my opinion - I love the almond shape of the toe box and the slight "toe cleavage" they reveal. The super-soft inner lining makes them so comfortable and breathable without socks. I own them in both black and dark brown and absolutely adore them. They're the perfect business pumps.

Love these! I've been searching for a cute, yet comfortable pair of heels I can wear on work trips. I often have 12+ hour days while on the road, and these have definitely held up and stayed comfortable throughout the day. Ordered my usual size, but got the wider width and they fit perfect - even when my feet are starting to swell up a bit at the end of the day.

A great all purpose black shoe. Great support and very comfortable. The bottom of the shoe has rubber tread which really make a difference in walking comfort.

I ordinarily wear a size 4. The 4 was too small. Ordered the 4.5 from Cole Haan (Zappos was out of it). Love the shoe. I did have to put in an inner sole but at least I can walk in these. Amazingly comfortable given the heel height. Suggest ordering a half size up with Cole Haan.

This is the most delightful shoe. The shape and material are classic, but the soles are a treat. At the end of a day on my feet (I'm a teacher), my feet were only a bit tired and not sore at all. A few other companies make comfortable dress shoes, but none of them can match Cole Haan for elegance. It's a little pricy, but well worth it.

Not bad, I need to stretch mine in a bit more I think but I am not a fan of heels and these are comfortable and you cannot beat the style. Goes with everything.

Overall, this shoe is very comfortable. I love the Nike Air technology! It provides a lot of comfort. The heel height is perfect too as I am 5'10". The only negative is I have slightly wider feet so they're a bit tight with the B/Medium width. I find that patent leather tends to run smaller than the regular leather and doesn't stretch as much. Other than that, it's a great shoe and I hope Cole Haan will come out with it in the Woodbury color this fall.

Love these shoes! I am 62 and I still want a sexy shoe, but I need a lower heel and these 2" heels are sexy! My husband even said so! I wore them out today walking on parking lots (WalMart) and concrete sidewalks, hardwood floors and Persian carpets! My feet are tired from a long day, but normal, not killing me, as most heels do after a full day of errands. They made me feel like a million bucks!

Really comfortable! I think this shoe runs a smidge large. Normally, I'm a 4.5 --- and even have some size 5s that fit (I'm referring to Cole Haan shoes not other brands) --- but I had to order a size 4 in this style. I was worried that it would be too narrow, having to go down to the smallest size, but it is comfortable. And I have wide feet. This is the most comfortable heel I have ever put on. I thought the Carma slingback was comfortable but this shoe is even more comfortable! The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have the little gold plate thing on the sole (that other Cole Haan Air heels have). But that really isn't a big deal at all. But I do miss it. Lol. All in all, a very comfortable heel. It might be the plainest shoe I have in my closet but it is the one I will reach for the most because it is so comfortable.

I am normally a size 10, and the 10 seemed to fit like most "uncomfortable heels" so I thought it was correct. After reading the reviews to go up a half size, I thought "what the heck" and ordered the 10.5. I am so glad I did. The 10.5 is perfect and fits so well. No cramped toe bed but still stays on my heel. If I wore hose, I would probably need a little lift pad under the balls of my feet, but since I will wear these mostly with bare feet, the fit is perfect. Very happy I went up a half size.

Great comfortable shoe for all day office wear. Has nice grippy strips on the bottom. Narrow heel, keeping it a bit sexy. Mid level height.

These shoes are so comfortable! The Nike Air sole is unlike any shoe I have ever owned before. The heel isn't too tall, which is good for someone who is tall like me. I am very happy with these shoes and would buy another pair.

I buy a lot of Cole Haan because of the comfort soles but didn't expect to love these shoes as much as I do. I usually can't wear heels this high but was surprised how comfortable they felt, even after a full 8 hour day. Finally, I can wear a nice looking shoe with a heel greater than an inch. Looks nice with jeans and slacks. Highly recommend. I wear between a 7 1/2 and 8, and ordered an 8 which fit perfectly.

These are some of the most comfortable heels that I have ever owned! They fit like a glove! The heel is not too low, not too high, and the rubber sole a great plus for not sliding around floors, and adds to the comfort. I bought them in brown, black and the beautiful greige suede. They are a little expensive, but worth every penny! You will not be disappointed! I normally wear a 8M, but bought 8½M due to the slightly narrow toe, and they fit perfectly. Zappos' service, as always, was the best! Zappos should run the world!
