The most comfortable pair of heels I've ever worn! I am not a heels gal, and I can wear these for 8-10 hours. Last week I stood in them at a trade show all day AND wore them out that evening. It's a perfect shoe for a girl on the go; they feel like gym shows on my feet!

Very happy with this purchase. I find this a perfect everyday shoe when my dress code needs to be more conservative (like for court). I did not, however, find that it looked dumpy like some other reviewers said. It is above-average comfortable; I use them for training when I'm on my feet a lot and they do feel better than other shoes. I am usually between a 6 and 6.5, I ordered a 6.5 here, and it fits perfectly. Finally, there is nothing like Zappos customer service!

I needed a basic black pump for job interviews, and these fit the bill perfectly. The most comfortable heel I've ever worn - no breaking in time at all. I'm a true 7.5 and the 7.5s fit me perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Beautiful shoe but runs small so order a half-size up. The shoe shows a lot of toe cleavage, which makes it look less frumpy (in my opinion). Been looking for a neutral pump for awhile and these fit the bill. I wish I could return the 10 1/2's I bought for an 11 though but there are no more 11's available. I like the shoe so much I decided to keep them even if they are a little small.

Very flattering cut, giving shape and elongating the line of the foot. Great heel height. Nice to have a sole that looks dressy but also grips the floor. A lovely dark brown color, too. Comfortable & versatile style.

Great shoe - the wide makes it even more comfortable than it already is. Be careful about sizes, though. If you are between two sizes, opt up because the shoe runs a tad bit small.

These are great shoes and worth every penny. I am on my feet much of the day but still wanted a delicate heel. Some reviews say these run small but I ordered both my true size (9.5) and and size 10, and I found after walking around a bit in both pairs at home, the 9.5 was the right size. The leather is soft and will conform to your foot after wearing for just a couple of hours. These are really comfortable shoes and I want more colors! I love Zappos! I am not one to suffer for fashion but I finally have a pair of black pumps that I love, are comfortable and all my co-workers think are so cute (I'm not a shoes person, per se, so I trust them!). I love my Cole Haan Air Talia Mid Pumps! Correct heel height for me and really like the black bars that keep one from slipping on marble stairs or floors. Usually pumps hurt my relatively wide forefoot, but these are great. I was beginning to wonder if I would ever find a lovely pump, but thanks to Zappos generous return policy, I found the right pair for me.

Slightly smaller than the black non-patent version of this shoe. The 6.5 fit me perfectly in the non-patent version but I had to exchange the patent version for a size 7.

I'm heels-phobic, and these are the best heels I have ever worn. Not only have I worn them all day hiking around on city streets and not received a single blister or any chafing, they are pretty darn cute, too. I have slightly wide feet that taper to a slightly narrow heel (like a duck) and these actually fit without needing any sort of insert or stick-on. I did have to return the 7.5's for 7's. Definitely recommend this shoe, it's a workhorse that can go to the office and bars, all in comfort and style!

Very comfortable, looks good. I can wear them all day without any difficulty. Good padding in sole for a dress shoe.
