Ordered: 8N Very sharp looking shoe. Actually felt and looked like a true narrow shoe but was just a little short. Returning to try a half size up.

These are my first pair of Cole Haans. I purchased them to wear to work with the hopes of finding a stylish, well made, comfortable black pump. They met all of my expectations. I've worn them regularly since July and they still look and feel great. Gone are my days of buying cheap work shoes. As always- the customer service from Zappos was fantastic.

These shoes were exactly what I was looking for. The heel is just the right height to be dressy and the leather is soft and conforming. There was just enough room to add a thin layer of extra padding for the balls of my sensitive feet.

I did not think it was possible to have a pair of totally comfortable heels, until now. The 100+ 5 star reviews are right. Everyone should try these out! They fit like a glove and I love the rubbery bits on the bottom to keep you stable. The toe is really modern and pretty as well. Love them!

These are the most comfortable heels ever. I wore them for the first time in a wedding, and they took no breaking-in time. I don't usually wear heels often, but these are really easy to walk in. Definitely recommend. I ordered a half size up upon reading other reviews, and they fit perfectly.

Excellent shoe. I have wide width feet and this felt true to fit. The Nike cushion helps out a lot as well. I'm on my feet all day and can feel the difference in the tiredness of my feet with this and my other shoes that are non-cushion!

I have wide feet, but I ordered regular width ,and these are the most comfortable heels I've ever had. They shipping was fast. I love them.

Very comfortable. They are beautiful leather dress heels though they feel very soft and cushiony to stand in. I loved that their comfort didn't make them look orthopedic.

These pumps are very comfortable because of the cushioned sole and the height is just right. Very happy with this purchase.

I wore these for 7 hours straight at a wedding and never once took them off -- even to dance. I\'m a flats girl all the way, and these are by far the most comfortable heels you will ever own. I have wide feet and can almost never find heels that don\'t pinch, but these have impeccable construction and I got tons of compliments. More than worth the money.

A beautifully fitting shoe. I have a narrow heel, and they do not slip. I also need an ample toe box. Very adequate as well. Nice padding, and perfect heel height for standing and walking. Classics like this are worth the investment. Zappos delivers!

I do not normally wear heels this low and was unsure how much I'd like them, but they are very comfortable. They do run about a half-size too small, though, which seems to be consistent with Cole Haan shoes.

These are cute shoes, that look comfortable. Although I did not really get a chance to try them because they do not run true to size. They fit too snugly, I may have to go a full size up.

Definitely the most comfortable pumps I've ever owned. I can spend the entire day running around at work in these which is something I've never said before about pumps. They run a bit small so if you're in between sizes, I'd order up. I do wish the toe were a bit less round and a bit more stylish but for a basic black pump to wear to work all day, they're the best shoes around.

I loved the shoe, but the heel snapped in half while I was walking down the hall. Not sure if it was a fluke or a QC issue. They were certainly comfy.

Perfect heel height for work or someone like me who's tall and doesn't want to tower over others. Took a few wears to break them in, but now they're great!

Found the toe cut too low and toe box too narrow for me. Disappointed because I keep trying these Cole Haans in hope one will fit.

Initially felt comfortable and nice size heel but when I walked outside in them (i.e. on a hard surface as opposed to around the house) they were really painful to walk in. Very stylish looking shoes so I'm a disappointed Cole Haan fan.

Pretty shoe but it did run 1/2 size too small and the toebox was short and narrow. Couldn't make it work.

It's a classic professional pump that go with everything. Unfortunately, I agree with other reviewers that it's at least half a size too small. I always wear 7 1/2, and I would need an 8 for these shoes! Also I order the wide width C and didn't notice any difference compared with the normal width. Despite of the size issue, Zappos made it easy on the exchange/return.

So disappointing! A beautiful shoe, but the 10B is too tight in the toe box, and the 10.5B is long enough but too wide in the rest of the shoe, even with heel inserts. I am a classic size 10, even in Cole Haan, but these do not work.

A beautiful shoe, but lacking in quality. The sole of the shoe has exposed areas of glue, and the heel tip was still partially covered with a bit of plastic...a small bit, but not something I would expect from this maker. Also, the suede, while pretty, is not of the highest quality. With a review like this, you ask, "Why did you keep this item?" Great question!. After walking the local mall today, and another mall, yesterday, I simply gave up. I need some black shoes for an event. I purchased heel inserts, pulled off the plastic of the heel tip and promised myself to shop earlier next time around. Oh, and to purchase my true faves, even if it means stretching the budget a bit. I forgot to mention the heel tacks. They can be felt when pressure is applied (heavily) upon the heel, but guess what? The same shoe, at the mall, has the same imperfection!

Bummer - thought these would be comfortable with "Nike air technology", but they had no padding or support. They are also very narrow, so my wide feet need to look elsewhere. Way over-priced too!
