They look very nice, and they were comfy to stand in. But they were slightly too small in the left toebox for me (I have a bunion on that foot, and it rubbed slightly). They are also not as stable as other heels that I tried with a similar heel height. Returned.

I should have listened to the other reviews...the patent version of the Air Talia is not like the suede version. The shoe is cut lower and it just fits funny. I had high hopes because I love my purple suede pair and was looking for something more versatile. Unfortunately, this will be going back.

I purchased these shoes due to Cole Haan's reputation for comfortable shoes. Unfortunately, they turned out to be too narrow especially in the toe box area. I have never tried the wide shoes from Cole Haan, but perhaps it might be in my future. I found that most Cole Haan shoes are narrow for me.

This was a very comfortable shoe - so much that I wore them at least 3-4 times each workweek. However, that being said, they wore out after about 2 months. Not sure how normal that is for so much wear, but for the price it seems way too short. The heel tips eventually fall off and that's why they send replacement ones, but I wish they could just make them sturdier. Other than that, they are a great style and super comfy. Oh, and I wear a 10 but these were definitely a bit larger. However, I tried the 9.5 and those were snug so I ended up with 10 and put in a insole. Decided not to buy again just because of the price and knowing the next pair wouldn't see month 3.

This is my third pair of Cole Haan heels (others are the Chelsea Low Pump and Air Violet 60) and they run too large. They have a nicely padded footbed and are good quality leather, but will be returned. Usually a CH 8 is almost tight - as in perfect barefoot but socks would be uncomfortable. For shoes I wear barefoot I usually order an 8, and an 8.5 with shoes I intend to wear with socks. I ordered an 8 in these and they are too loose even with thick socks on. A 7.5 would easily have fit. They are also not as steady as I would like - too much side-to-side wobble. The toe box on this shoes quite a bit of toe cleavage on me (as does the Air Violet) but the sides on these are awkwardly low, and I feel like the edges would rub my arches. They might not, but at this price I'm not inclined to reorder a smaller size and wear them around just to find out. These will be going back.

The Nike Air cushion is nice, but unfortunately there is no arch support and my arch actually showed above the edge of the shoe. The heel felt wide in my size 11 narrow shoe.

These looked SOOO pretty in the picture, but alas the front of the shoe doesn't cover your toes, and the pencil thin heel made me very unsteady. They were marked wide, but they were pretty tight. Very sad.

These are nice shoes, but the fit is all wrong for my foot. I ordered half a size up as other reviewers suggested, and a size narrow for my narrow foot. They were both too long and way too wide (hard to imagine that these were narrows), and the cut of the shoe is shallow on the sides, so my high-arch foot just popped out. The toe box is also short, so that doesn't help the shoe stay on. If you have narrow feet and high arches, these may not be for you.

I did not find this to be as comfortable as other reviewers. Feels like a regular heel.

These are going back, which is a shame because they are so very pretty. The heel is way higher than it looks in the photo, and for this price I am not willing to risk yet another pair of uncomfortable heels for the sake of beauty (I have plenty of cheaper heels for that purpose!).

Very disappointed with this shoe and looks great but like so many round toe pumps, narrow, small toe area. Fit my foot and great in the heel - but killed my toes. I'm a true 4 1/2 - 5 slips off and the same small toe area - this has been my experience lately, very frustrating. Returning.

Disappointed with this shoe. The leather was stiff and unattractive, toe box was too small and tight. Also, didn't like the bottom, it is visible. Not what I expect from Cole Haan. Returned these.

I wanted to love these shoes. My boss (about 30 years old) owns several pairs and raves about the fit. But I found them lacking in arch support and had to go down half a size to what I normally wear. The shoe looks very nice, but without arch support they had to go back. Thanks to Zappos for making the return seamless!

I love ordering through Zappos! These shoes, though attractive, fit me poorly. The cut at the foot front was too low and my arch rose above the top of the side of the shoe.

Was so excited about these shoes since I've wanted a pair of Cole Haan/Nike for a while. All the other heels were too high so I thought these would be perfect. Not sure if it's my feet or the shoes. They seem to be a shallow cut. You know, the kind where the shoe hugs the outline of your foot. Sadly sending them back. But kudos to Zappos for always providing great service.

I do not recommend this shoe because I only wore it once before the heel broke. The metal piece is showing through now and the shoe cannot be worn again. I wore it to work like I normally do with all my other shoes, but this one did not last at all.

I cannot purchase Cole Haan shoes because they do not make their pumps in an E or EE width. Please encourage them to! I know I would become a good customer if they would design dress shoes for us women who need wide widths above the C they only make now.

Very disappointing. Did not hold up well at all - the third day I was wearing them, the heel broke off.

I usually don't have a lot of trouble with mid-heel shoes. Currently wear a lot of Michael Kors and Tory Burch, whose medium width 7.5 fit me perfectly. These are my first pair of Cole Haan and have to say I'm so disappointed by the fit, I have to return them. Way too narrow in the toes, no arch support, and wobbly heel. Even with a half size up, the narrow toe problem makes these unwearable. Trying again for a classic, black patent leather, mid-heel shoe...this one was a fail.
