Great shoe for work - classy and comfortable. I also like how the sole is rubber so you don't make tons of noise when walking on hard surfaces.

Super comfortable. True to size. Great shape. My only quibble is that the printed snake design is exactly the same on each shoe, which to my eye looks a little cheesy, since no two real reptile skins would have the exact same print.

I'm a pointy-toe shoe kind of girl, so I was very apprehensive about buying these, but the reviews were so good that I just had to try. It took about a day to get used to looking at a rounded toe, but the shoe is really pretty cute. You still get a little exposed "toe cleavage" and they are so comfortable! I walked around in them for 12 hours and my feet were doing pretty well! Totally recommend!

The best. most comfortable shoes ever! I bought them in two colors and then bought another pair for my daughter. I highly recommend the Cole Haan Air and Zappos!

Rubber soles will hopefully make these shoes last a while and help keep me from slipping. Also Nike air makes these shoes super comfortable.

I have very wide feet and mildly bunions, also flat feet so always having struggle when I purchase shoes. Even though I liked the design of shoes, but pretty much all of shoes in the world are medium width or narrow, and they hurts my feet so bad. However, these are so comfy and I love the design, too! If these had more arch support (for people who have fallen arches), I would be completely satisfied but I know it's too demanding. Those are the most comfy shoes that I've ever had.

I ordered these in the aubergine and they are adorable and so comfortable. I thought that the black strips on the bottom would take away from them aesthetically, but you don't even notice them. All in all a great shoe that you won't mind being on your feet all day long in.

Comfortable! These are my first pump purchase post pregnancy. I was a little nervous about going back to heels. These were a great transition. They are simple and go with everything.

I was really upset the first day I wore these shoes. I thought, I just paid $160 for these shoes and they are killing me. After two days of torture, the shoes no longer hurt. Now I loves these shoes, they became comfortable, and now I can wear them all day! I would buy these shoes again. RE size: I usually wear a size 6, but got a half size bigger and they fit perfectly. The 6 would have been too tight

Shoe fits very small. I was disappointed. I finally ordered a pair of Cole Haans and they were not true to size. Maybe next time.

In my opinion, any claim about comfortable high heels is extremely relative, because let's be honest, a high heel is an uncomfortable thing. I have avoided them for most of my life except for special occasions because my feet are always killing me by the end of the night--pinched toes, aching ball of the foot, not to mention blisters from abrasive seams, edges, or other "hot spots." When I got an office job, I knew I couldn't avoid pumps any longer, so I gave these a shot. Cole Haan has turned me back on to heels! While they will never be as comfortable as flats, I am amazed to report that I can wear these all day at work and then out to dinner without feeling like my feet are about to fall off! They are comfortable, made of high quality leather, and fit well with or without tights/hose. The grips on the bottom a great, too. They make me feel that much more confident and graceful because I won't slip and fall! I only have two caveats. The first is that if you are truly looking for amazing support and comfort, I would recommend ordering 1/2 size up so that they will accommodate extra pads, especially in the ball of the foot. But it is not a deal breaker! My second caveat is that this particular style is quite practical looking. I personally appreciate the low heel, and the fact that it's slimmer stiletto does balance that out and make it a bit more stylish, but these are definitely a style for the office. I will be checking out the other Cole Haan styles for a more evening-appropriate look. I can't wait to get more pairs of Cole Haan pumps!

Amazing shoes! My mother who hasn't been able to wear heels for over 30 years comfortably was able to put these on and wear right out of the box. She has narrow feet so when I wear them with my wider feet I will need to get them stretched a bit or even just break them it. I also like the regular size pump. Worth every penny!

I bought these a few months ago. It's pretty true to size but definitely needs to be broken in as they are a bit snug out of the box. The width is perfect. If you are not into toe cleavage showing then don't get these because they do show a bit, i don't mind.

This shoe is really attractive in person, and I was able to walk around at work for consecutive 13 hour days. I had expected it to feel like putting my foot in a cloud, but I have to admit these shoes weren't amazing. They're nice, and comfortable, but I think that has more to do with the fact that it has a pretty low heel and not the "Nike" technology in the footbed.

Great basic shoe, and especially appreciated by a 10 1/2 AA. Only reason I gave 4 stars, not 5, is that the heel was not as narrow as desired and slipped.

Very disappointed as I had very high hopes for these shoes. They seemed to run small and very narrow, will probably order 1/2 size bigger and a wide because the heel height is perfect for me and I still have hopes they will be comfortable if I get the right fit.

Beautiful shoe and very comfortable for a pump. I am a 7 1/2 and had to send it back for an 8, so consider going a half size up.

Beautiful and well made but not for me. I ordered a wide but they felt like a medium. Too bad, I was really hoping I could wear these forever.

I really wanted these shoes but they run very narrow. To me, the 7.5 Wide was as narrow as a medium width or more so. But they are beautiful shoes!

They need to be broken in. The size is a little bit big but I think it's because my feet are slightly narrower than average. I wore them without stockings a couple of times and I got this black stuff under my toenails. I'm keeping them though because they look professional and have a lower heel. I bought another pair of Cole Haan heels (3.5 inch) a few years back and after breaking them in, they became the most comfortable heels I've ever worn. I can run in them. I trust that I'll get high quality with Cole Haan.

I've been on an endless quest for comfortable heels, and these are really close. They are just a tad narrow in the front, so I'm really hoping that the C would be perfect. I previously tried the CH Carma OT hoping for the same but they were not comfortable at all. Somehow the Talia mid-pump are much more comfy. They look sharp in black patent leather and overall a great looking shoe. Unfortunately, Zappos doesn't have the C in stock so I'm a bit disappointed.

I love the style. I wanted leather lining and got it. My only complaint is the leather is a bit stiff and there is no arch support.

I was so excited to wear this shoe when it came. I liked the style as an everyday work shoe or even with jeans to dress them up a bit, and the insole padding and treads on the bottom made it a dream to walk on. However, I ended up having to return it as I quickly found out that the toe box was just too short, and my top of my foot was very cramped and became painful after wearing this shoe for a little while. The shoe was the right size and fit the length of my foot otherwise, but they just didn't leave enough room by the toes. It may not be a problem for some people given so many positive reviews, but apparently the toe box problem is a fairly common one if you scan the reviews. I really wish these shoes had worked out for as they were extremely comfortable on the soles of my feet, but just not in the toes. I'm very bummed.

Loved the look of these shoes. Perfect heel and great style for Professional office. I bought them for an international business trip. However, after I wore them a day in Germany, they started to squeak. Searched the internet for resolution, none worked. Returning.
