Absolutely love these shoes--very sharp. But, alas, I must return them because the heel is just too wide for my narrow feet. I look like Minnie Mouse (big gap at the heel), even though the shoe otherwise fits in length. I worried about this after reading similar comments, but hoped I would be okay. Might work if you have wide or chubby feet, but I don't recommend it for those of us with narrow feet. So bummed.

I love Cole Haan - but these were very uncomfortable. They felt too narrow and squished my toes.

This shoe is too big in the heel. Otherwise fits fine, but it falls off my foot.

After reading all of the positive reviews, I had very high hopes for this shoe. Beautiful shoe, but absolutely no arch support. There was lots of cushioning in the ball and the heel of the shoe, but I could see the arch of my foot coming out of the shoe! Had to return.

Not good for narrow feet. Doesn't work at all....heel slips out, middle part bulges sideways. Wish they would make narrow sizes. :(

I'm disappointed that, even with a rounded toe, this shoe is too tight. Bummer. The description boasts how comfortable it is, but after wearing it yesterday, my feet hurt. Granted, not the bottom of my foot, where heels usually cause pain, but my toes were pinched up and uncomfortable. Then towards the end of the day, they started slipping off my heel when I walked.

These shoes are very uncomfortable. I bought them to have a pair of shoes I could wear for work on long days. I've had luck with Cole Haan Nike Air shoes in the past, but these weren't nearly as comfortable as the pairs in the past. Also, I ordered wide width, and they are not wide. I got painful blisters from wearing them.

Ordered these in 8W, which if wide is available that is what I order. I tried these on after a day a heels and they were so tight and uncomfortable. Cole Haan gets such greats reviews that I splurged and bought a pair. These are going back. These shoes were the dull black leather and they looked marmish. I would suggest buying the shiny leather.

This Cole Haan shoe is overrated and overpriced. I ordered this Air Talia pump and a Vaneli pump and the two pairs were identical in every way except the Vaneli was more comfortable and a lot less. These Cole Haans are being returned.

I like the idea of these shoes, because I want really comfortable dress shoes. I think their sizing is off. I don't think they really have a wide shoe. The front did not even cover my toes completely. So disappointed.

Don't believe the hype! These shoes seemed fine at first but, by the end of the day, I had to take them off and walk barefoot! The pain was horrible! I'll never wear them again!

I got this shoe about 7 months ago, and have barely worn them since that time. Tonight I was walking and for no reason at all the heel just bent flat. It's too bad because I love the shoes.

These shoes work perfectly at work and beyond! I'm on my feet at work all day so cannot wear too high of a heel. These heels keep me looking good but also feel so comfortable! They fit true to size and as with all Cole Haan they feel great. If you love the classic look of a heel, these are for you! Worth every penny!

I love this shoe! It is my go-to pump to wear at work with a suit. The Nike Air technology is awesome and I have worn these all day at conferences where I'm on my feet all day. If you need a basic black pump with good cushioning, this is the one! (This is my second pair-they are so good I wanted an extra just in case my other pair wore out!).

The entire Cole Haan Air collection is the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned and I keep buying them in different styles and colors. The Air Talia is very classic and simple, chic. They are my office shoes but I have started to wear them out as well, with jeans and dresses and they actually look elegant but very low key. I simply love them! The only thing that could make these pumps the perfect pumps is the arc support. Although the entire insole's shock absorbing feature works out very well, the arc support is not quite optimal. However, with a gel arc support insert, I feel like I can even run with these pumps. The shock absorption is amazing. I have sciatic nerve issues at time and with these shoes, I have no worries at all.

Still looking for the perfect pair of black leather pumps. These were the closest yet in comfort, but the heel is a bit too thin for me. The search continues -- but thank you Zappos for having the most amazing selection and free shipping!

These are my second pair and I love them. They are very comfortable even when I wear them all day at work. They do feel a little big in the heel, but I get used to it.

Love, love, love! No more blisters or aching feet. These are worth the money! I suggest them to anyone looking for professional comfortable pumps to wear for long hours (10 hour shifts, like myself)!

These shoes are spectacular! They are very comfortable and pretty. I could wear them all day!

Amazing comfort in the foot bed of this shoe, the quality matches the price! The length is true to size however the wide is not a "true" wide size, narrower than what I need. However, I am keeping the shoes and stretching them with wooden shoe stretchers to widen as I do with all shoes. Since the shoes are leather this should work well. I will also add gel arch support cushions as I have high arches. I really like the skid proof bottoms as well. The heel is lower than I prefer which is why I gave 4 stars but the higher heel version was not available in my size.

These are great office pumps. They are the basic black pump every professional woman needs in her wardrobe. I am typically a size 6 shoe and ordered these in a 5.5 and they fit properly with a thin sock or barefoot. I can stay comfortable in them all day long, and I have a hard time wearing most heels for long. It's a moderate heel, which works for any office, but just high enough to give a little lift. Love them.

Exactly what I was looking for! Good mid heel height which makes it easier to walk in, and quality is amazing (as usual from Cole Haan).

I love these pumps-very classy. I have narrow feet and that's a pain to find cute shoes. These are perfect for work and the heel is stylish but not painful.
