I'm a 28 year old woman who works at a law firm in NYC. I don't mind wearing conservative heels at the office although I like more sexy shoes when I'm out. I chose these shoes because they have leather lining, which I find is much more comfortable after a long day with sweaty feet. When I tried them on I was disappointed to find they had zero arch support. My arch nearly rose above the sides of the shoe. The stickly heel was a bit wobbly and looked out of proportion with the rest of the shoe. I decided to try out a narrow size but found the shoe was only narrow around the toes and was gaping at the heel and the middle. Sent them back. Not too impressed.

Love this shoe! Perfect shade of brown and makes my size 9.5 foot look much smaller. I can tell there is cushion under the ball of my foot, and I can wear it a long time. Great purchase!

I searched for months to find a black calfskin mid-heel pump with a round toe to fit my enormous size 12 feet. The shoe I was lusting after was the Jimmy Choo 'Irina', but it's 4x the price and doesn't come in my size. I was thrilled to find something so similar and affordable. These shoes are surprisingly comfortable, even for a tall girl like me who isn't used to heels. They go with everything, and are versatile enough to be worn with more modern styles or something retro. I was afraid the grip on the bottom would be too obvious when I'm wearing them but you don't notice it when they're on your feet.

These are the best heels I've ever worn. I literally walked a mile in these shoes as part of an interview, and my feet weren't aching at all afterwards. I love the mid-height heel and the Nike Air technology. I would buy these in every color if my size weren't so difficult to find!

These shoes changed my high-heel life! Until I purchased this pair, I didn't know how comfortable high heels could be. I have extremely wide feet and every pair I bought before seemed to be too tight, slippery, unwalkable, and unbearable to wear them for more than a few hours. This pair, however, is a different story. I purchased these in my usual size (8+1/2). It's incredibly soft in the inside, and the Nike-air tech enables me to even run with them (though I try not to since it damages the shoes). The look of it is amazing compared to other comfortable shoes which always look unfashionable. I wore these for every formal occasion and can't imagine buying any other brand anymore. Def the best you can find.

I love this classic pump! The heel is beautiful, slim and attractive. I took a half size larger then my normal size, and it is very comfortable.

I am very satisfied with these shoes. They are the most comfortable heels I have owned and they're stylish. I wear my shoes pretty hard, and after 6 weeks, they still look good.

I love these shoes! They are perfect for work. I do not have any toe cleavage with these, which is often a problem for me. They are comfortable, no blisters. They squeak a little on linoleum surfaces, but haven't noticed it anywhere else. I would buy these again, and I am considering other colors.

These are beautiful, classy shoes! My only gripe is that the size 6 gives me a little bit of a toe cleavage, of which I am not a fan. However, the comfort and sleekness more than makes up for this little pet peeve. I am glad that I bought them!

These are my first pair of Cole Haans with Nike Air...and will not be my last. First time I wore these, I hit the dance floor for 3 hours, and at the end of the night, I was still wearing my heels, and my feet weren't even sore!

These shoes are amazing! I normally wear flats, and die in heels, but my new job required me to look more professional. These shoes are worth every penny! Even though I'm not used to heels, I wear them 10 hours a day and I am in extreme comfort. And they look great! I'm buying them in every color!

Overall, I love these shoes! I have been searching for a pump with a heel that is not too high for me (I am 5'10") and this is the perfect height. The first time I wore these, I wore them for 12 hours, through meetings and running (literally) through the airport. The only discomfort I had was rubbing on the side of my heel at the very end of the day. I usually wear a 10, but ordered a 10.5 in these. I was paranoid that they would slip off my heel, so I ended up stuffing the toe box with some tissue and they were fine. I am definitely going to buy another pair.

4 letters: L-O-V-E. Feel super comfy right out of the box, just right size heel, beautiful leather and feel solid when walking and non-slippery due to the genius rubber strips on the bottom.

I'm in love with these heels. I have them in black and brown and could honestly wear them all day every day. So comfortable!

I loved these so much bought another pair. They are great to wear to the office all day and can transition into the evening. I wear them for about 12 hours a day and my feet don't hurt at all. I do like that the little bit of cushioning on the inside sort of molds to your feet. They're also not too tight or too loose. They seem to fit just right and never flop off.

I twisted my ankle twice in the past six months and needed a "sensible" heel to go with a suit. I wanted round-toe with a heel in the 2" inch range and these fit the bill perfectly. The style is very classic but very versatile and would look good with a suit or a dress on the weekend. It's very modern, not "old" looking at all. There's slight toe cleavage. Comfort wise, they're great too. You can't go wrong with Nike Air and rubber and leather soles for maximum traction. I worried they would be too narrow but they are true to size and width.

I ordered this shoe in a 10 wide my regular size. I would have ordered a half size larger if it was available, because of reviews. I am so glad that I did not order up. The shoe was a little tight in the toe area when I first tried them on,and I do have wide feet. But after wearing them around the house a full day they feel great and are very beautiful. I'm 62 and want a thin heel, it's rare when I find it in a wide. Love this shoe, it's well worth the money. I wore them to church they felt comfortable and looked beautiful. I will get lots of wear out of these shoes.

These pumps are stylish and feminine, but I need not sacrifice professionalism to wear them. What's more: I can wear them all day at the office, walking around a building with hard floors, in comfort.

The most comfortable pair of pumps I own. Can wear them for days on end for work! I ordered half a size up so the toe box wouldn't pinch my toes -- best advice ever from other reviewers here.

Very comfortable shoe, paid a little more than I wanted, but worth it. For a 3 1/2 in heel, the Air Nike technology seems to work. Sent the Calvin Kleins back, ouch! Thanks Zappos, love your easy returns!

This is the perfect shoe. It looks even better than in the photo. Very professional and comfortable. Don't worry if they're a little tight to begin with, the leather stretches and forms to fit your foot. Perfect heel height. I only wish more of the colors were on sale!
