I bought these to replace an older pair, same style. Old ones are 5 yrs. & still comfy, but look like road kill. Love these! They are my winter walking shoes and always by the door to run out for an errand.

Love these shoes! They are comfortable and warm. I wore them to the New York Sheep & Wool Festival without even breaking them in first. Walked an entire day in them and my feet felt great...just a little warm! These will be great when the weather finally turns cooler here in Pennsylvania.

These are my go to casual winter shoe. Just got my second pair. Keep my feet warm and dry I usually wear a 9 in a shoes and a 9.5 in a sneakers. I needed the 9.5 in these.

I order and reject so many Zappos shoes that I'm always afraid I'm going to put them out of business. That said, without their remarkable/amazing selection and service, I would be barefoot. I have a tiny, narrow foot with a bunion on the right, but not the left, so I need a size 5/5.5 with about a 3A heel and a generous toe box to accommodate the bunion. Shoes are not made like upside down triangles! However, success with the Merrell Encore Ice -- short, narrow and lined with cloud-like fleece to hold my foot in place. Ecstatic! I will wear them in the house, up the driveway for dog walks and undoubtedly on errands on cold days. Finally, my search for a slip-on is over! Thank you, Zappos, for bearing with me!

I bought the Encore Ice bootie to use as my new warm winter slippers. I like that I can 'walk' right into them! They have a very thick fleece lining, so I took a size 9 instead of my usual size 8.5. They are very comfortable, so I may want them as 'shoes' instead of as slippers ?! They are suede in a grey-ish brown color.

Very comfy! I wore then all day.

These are the most "delicious" shoes I have ever owned. Although living in California, we have had some unusually cold days and big rain storms this winter. I wear my Merrell Encore Ice slip-ons every day. They are the most comfortable, cozy shes I have. I don't even need my regular rain boots or cold weather boots most of the time. They fit perfectly. I love them and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to stay warm and dry in the winter.

Absolutely, again, absolutely heaven. Warm, not too hot. Decent arch support. Not high fashion, yet they have not left me feet, well except for sleeping.

I bought these in dark pink (Merrell called it Rhubarb) in 2012, from Zappos. I paid a lot for them 4 years ago so it's not too bad they've only gone up in 4 years. I live in Ohio and wear them continuously in the fall, winter and spring when it's slushy and messy but not deep snow. They are starting to look shabby and the footbed liners have detached. I still love them and came here to find a new pair and am disappointed they are only in brown and black on Zappos. If you want these colors, I highly recommend these shoes.

I was so surprised at how quickly I received my shoes from Zappos. I love these Merrell's for their fit and cozy comfort, especially when the weather was so cold.

Most comfortable, warm shoe I own. Never needed breaking in and true to size with or without socks because the fur lining has give. Bought 2 pair so I have a back up in years to come. Suede not suitable for heavy snow.

These are my go-to slipper clogs and this must be my 5th pair at least. They are extremely comfortable, cozy and tough. You can wear them as a winter indoor shoe or walk outside with them. The sole is tough enough for tromping outdoor and it's good enough looking that though you think you have gone out in your slippers, people will see them as shoes. I wear a 7- in dress shoes and 8 in boots so I buy these in an 8. The shearing lining will eventually mat down so if you wear them daily like I do you'll want to replace them after 1-2 years with a fresh pair though the exterior will still be in great shape.

These shoes are so comfortable and warm. Really, they feel like sneakers on my feet. Not the most attractive -- my daughter laughed and said I look like a mom, but hey, that's what I am and I'm beyond caring. The important thing is that they are comfortable! I love them.

This is my third pair of Encore Ice. I wear the oldest (and bright orange) pair as indoor slippers. They feel a bit tight at first, but then the fuzz inside starts to conform to your foot and they become perfect. You can also take out the inserts for these shoes and replace them with something more orthopedic if necessary, although these shoes do give good support. I'm giving the style 4 stars because they used to have many more colors and leather, more than just suede.

Wonderful shoes! Warm and comfortable! I am recovering from hammertoe surgery on both little toes and developed bone spurs on the outside edges of both toes have slowed my recovery and these are the only shoes I have found that I can wear without pain. Highly recommend!

Just what I needed! I've been looking for an easy-on, easy-off winter shoe, and this is it. Comfortable, warm, and so far, good footing in bad weather.

I got these shoes two days ago and did the ultimate test, went grocery shopping. They are very comfortable, arch support is great and they are quite warm even without socks. I would buy another pair if only they came in Navy blue.

I have hammer toes and these are the only shoes at the present time I can wear. They are very comfortable and very warm. Maybe they might not look the best with my Sunday pants but I will take comfort over looks anytime. At least I have a very comfortable pair of shoes that I can wear all day long. I'm very happy I purchased them.

The Merrell Encore Ice offers a snug, but comfortable fit. With Socks on my toes are warm and toasty. The Encore Ice is comfortable to wear right out of the box. This is a great casual shoe. I normally wear a wide width, but the medium width in this shoe is perfect! This is my first pair of Merrell shoes. The Encore Ice has made a good impression.

Great shoe. Easy to slip on and off, looks a bit more feminine than my Jungle Moc but still fits over my bunion. Zappos: GREAT service. Easy online ordering, prompt and courteous customer service, effortless returns.

I have been wearing Merrell Encore shoes for years. They are a good fit and the fur lining makes them very comfortable and warm.

I love these shoes and am glad they went back to authentic sheepskin. My original pair is wearing out but my shoe repair guy does a great job of cleaning them up and I replaced the insole with new sheepskin. Please keep making these shoes for your diehard fans!! Many other Merrell styles do not measure up. Sizing is a huge issue in many other Merrell styles. Please don't downgrade these shoes, please. I live in them all winter. I wear the Jungle mocs out on errands, shopping, etc. and switch to these when I walk in the door. PERFECT!
