Comfortable classy shoe. Sheepskin lining means no socks or very thin ones. Look well with jeans or casual pants/slacks. Take the socks issue into consideration when deciding size but remember sheepskin lining well compress with time.

The shoes were comfortable from the start. I ordered half a size larger to accommodate the furry lining, and they were perfect. I wear them inside and out in the light snow. The traction on the ice is acceptable, to the mailbox and the parking lot. My feet are always warm and comfortable.

I was looking for easy to slip on cozy shoes for winter. These are perfect. I was so impressed with the comfort and stability they offer that I bought a pair for my 80 year old mom. She loves them and said they help her arthritic knees feel better. I highly recommend them.

Very comfy, plush lining, easy to slip on and off. Although it feels a bit snug right now, I think the plush will smash down over time. A tiny bit clunky looking but I will sacrifice style for comfort.

This is my second pair within eight years. I love these shoes. They keep my feet dry and warn during nasty weather. So comfortable. These are my go to shoes for winter. I absolutely love them!

These may be my favorite pair of shoes. I bought them for house shoes that I could wear outdoors. They have just the right amount of support and are so comfortable I forget I have them on my feet. Cozy, warm and stylish. I love them!

I love these shoes. I had a pair for approximately 3 years and as soon as the colder weather arrived I wore the Encore Ice constantly, for work and play. The only time I didn't wear them was in deep snow or in the summer. They never looked worn or faded. Also, I am usually on my feet most of the day and they were very comfortable until I just wore the support out. There was a time when Zappos was out of stock. I went to a Merrell store and the manager said that the Ice was discontinued. Instead of taking any chances, I ordered 2 pair when I found them again on Zappos. Sidenote: I do wear Birkenstock arch supports in all my shoes.

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS SHOE I live in California, not the Arctic. This shoe is comfy but not too hot. It looks great, ok Kim K wouldn't wear it, but it looks good with pants and long skirts, like a French Schoolgirl. No socks needed of course. Fits true to size, low back heel but does NOT slip off. I ordered a second pair. Did I mention I love this shoe?

I love these shoes! I was looking for some indoor slippers that would provide warmth and support. My house is all hard tile and is hard on bare feet. Regular slippers do not provide the support and grip that I wanted. I bought these Merrells and I love them! They are warm, cushioned, supportive and provide grip and traction. Of course, they are great for outdoors too. I highly recommend these shoes.

I bought these clogs for my mom. It is her second pair, she wore the other ones out. Her feet are always cold and she cannot tell me enough times how warm they keep her feet. She takes between an 8½ and 9. She got the 9 because the smaller size was too snug around her instep - she has a high instep and narrow feet.

I can always trust Merrell for a quality shoe with the fit to match. I have lower lumbar problems and this isthe only shoe I can wear when I need to be on my feet all day.

I love these shoes! The shearling is so soft, warm and comfortable. I wear them in the house instead of slippers.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable and warm. I absolutely love them. I am normally a size 9 and that is what I ordered. They run a bit small, but I like them to be snug.

Not only have I loved my new Merrells purchased through Zappos, but I enjoy the shopping experience I have when dealing with this fine company. It is always easy to receive and return when necessary.

Be careful of the plum color. I wore them in the snow the first time and the snow was purple as were my feet and socks. What a mess...

I really wanted to like these shoes.They were comfortable and easy to walk in. However, to me they looked like bedroom slippers and I wanted something just a little more sleek to wear to work.

I had foot surgery and they have been just perfect for my feet. They are very comfortable and give me plenty of support. At my last appointment the doctor said that it was a very good choice of shoe because of their great support.

I absolutely love these shoes! This is my second pair after wearing the first pair to shreds. It took quite some time. They are tough as nails! But so very comfortable. Cozy, warm, and fit like a dream. They are perfect for just kicking around the house or out running errands, etc. They look perfect with a casual pair of jeans. They are expensive but worth every penny.

Love, love, love them. So comfortable and have many compliments on how good they look. No need for socks, in fact I tried and that made them too tight. Perfect for my 6.5 foot they might be a bit tight for those with wide feet though.

Very comfortable shoe. I have one foot 1/2 size larger and need the toe area bigger. This shoe was able to fit both my feet true to the larger size. Highly recommend them.

I bought these for chilly North Florida winter days where I sit still in a drafty office all day and my feet get cold. They're perfect! I hate wearing socks and closed shoes. I wear an 8 in sandals but for closed shoes, 8s are a teeny bit short and 8 1/2s are often too big. ( If there were only size 8 1/4!) I ordered both sizes and kept the 8s. I've had countless pairs of Merrell clogs over the years. They always give comfort, support, and durability. Not the cutest shoes in the world but they definitely have a place in the casual wardrobe.

I have high arches. I work from home. I use these shoes as winter slippers. Regular slippers were killing my feet. These are absolutely fantastic!!!

This may be my eighth pair of these. I was concerned last year when I could not find them. I live in them most of the year here in Colorado. My only complaint is that I wish they would make bright red color.

I gave these as a gift - she loves them. She sprayed them with a suede protectant as she is in a snowy environment. She commented back to me that she took out of box and loved them so much that she wanted to sleep in them!

My feet are always cold so I thought for the cooler weather that these would work, when I got them I put them on and I could wear them right out of the box, which rarely happens, they are warm and toasty and very comfortable. I love them!
