I used to wear Vaneli shoes a lot so when I saw these I was sure they would fit. I could hardly get them on my foot and when I did they were very right and too short. I wear a size 6 which is what I ordered. They were very nice shoes I ordered them in two colors but both went back I was so disappointed.

These shoes fit nicely, true to size, and are very comfortable. Easy to walk in, good arch support and look great.

I like this shoe a lot; comfortable, well fitting and stylish. The built in arch support is very nice and the shoe is well made.

I bought these shoes in navy and bought a size 8 which is what I normally wear. The 8 was a little short and they were also really narrow, even on my narrow feet! So I exchanged them for an 8½ and that pair fit just fine. They are super comfortable and did not require any break-in time. I have been wearing them non-stop with pants and skirts. I love the cute style.

I love these flats! They are so cute and expensive-looking that they could pass for Chanel ones. Unfortunately they run at least half a size smaller than marked, so I am returning them. Hopefully Zappos will have the size I need. Thank you Zappos for the extraordinary service you provide. :)

Love these shoes! They're versatile, look expensive (like Chanel!), nice detailing, and comfortable (bought the wide which helps with my bunion issue). I bought a pair in navy too!

This shoe runs short and had to be returned. The most disappointing part of this experience was the way the shoes arrived. The shoes were not in their shoe box. They were in a plastic bag and put in a waded plastic mailer bag. These were not cheap shoes and I hope this is not a standard procedure for Zappos.

These are very elegant shoes. However, given my very wide and somewhat thick feet, the shoes did not look like much other than very wide coverings around the edges of my feet so I returned them. I think if you have a slim or medium width, these could be really lovely shoes to own. They are flat and also dressy. The leather is soft and nicely contrasted with the patent leather toe cap. Alas, they just were not for me.

I bought this as a flat to wear to work with black ankle pants. I’m usually a 4 1/2 in Vaneli, but in this style I needed a 5. I have a bit of a bunion on one foot and many shoes cut right across the top causing some discomfort. This doesn’t hit that spot in the 1/2 size larger than usual. It’s a decent shoe and I’d recommend them, but they do run short.

I am desperately searching for a pair of navy flats, but these are not the ones. The patent toe and the body of the shoe are different shades of blue. I don't want colorblocking so they are coming back. A-OK comfy though.

Really cute shoe to wear with capri pants. Felt true to size for my very narrow and flat feet, but after wearing a whole day my bunion was sore.

I am always looking for flats that I can wear (8.5W) and these are adequate. Not outstanding but I will keep them. They fit a little wide, even for my bunions and wide feet, and the heels are a bit wide as well.

I have these shoes in the pudding leather and the black leather. Interestingly, the black is a bit looser than the pudding, even though they are the same size. I love them both, though - they're really comfortable and surprisingly stylish when worn. Two slight negatives: the soles have very little traction, so step carefully on slick surfaces, and the synthetic lining can make for some sweaty feet.

I ordered the wine color in my usual size and medium width. It felt very snug, but the style and color were perfect for my holiday outfit so I ordered a half size larger in the medium width. Just received the package and the new size fits fine. Happy holidays!

Very comfortable shoe, although it feels a bit tight in front after a while. Not enough though to order a larger size. Shoes look lovely (got them in wine) and fit lots of different clothes and styles. Just love them!

I love this shoe, It was more what I expected, comfortable and nice.

Just received today. I am returning because of the color. I ordered the wine suede. I have to say, I love the color in the photo but in person these had a much more purple tone. They would not come close to going with any of my wine/burgundy clothes. They seem to run just ever so slightly short, not sure if it would be a whole 1/2 size. The stitching etc. was nicely done, no complaints there. I may order the pudding color to replace.

This shoe was true to size on me, perhaps even slightly large. I had to put a toe pad in to minimize heel slippage, but unfortunately that's not unusual for me. It is well constructed and has moderate arch support. It is a bit stiff, but I suppose it will loosen over time. Lining appears to be synthetic but outer is nice quality leather. Very versatile. I plan to keep them in my office for days my feet need relief from heels. They will go with almost anything.

These shoes look exactly like the picture. The only minor problem I had with it is that they are not as comfortable as you would like.

I have been desperate to find a Chanel-like ballet flat in Navy. But I have ordered this shoe in two different sizes... and I guess it's just not my shoe. I sometimes wear 6.5M, and other times a 7M. So I started with the 7M and then 7.5M... and they are still too small. I'll have to think about whether I want to go for the 8M. The toe is very flat... not the toe that a ballet flat should be.

Great style in a flat that is cushy, doesn't gap, and stays on. Toe box is too low for me, unfortunately.

Really cute shoe. Got several compliments! Did get a few blisters on my first couple of times wearing them, but I'm hopeful that they will work out over time as I continue to wear them.

This shoe is very cute. Every time I wear it I get compliments on it. It feels slightly smaller than I expected.

I love this shoe. It has a very classic, sophisticated style and an arch support, which is hard to find in flats. Luckily I read previous reviews and ordered a half size larger than normal, otherwise I would have to return them. My only complaint is that they run a bit narrow, especially in the front part of the shoe. With a little breaking in, they will work just fine.
