I ordered this shoe to replace an identical Vaneli shoe in the same color (beige/black) that I had for 8 years. The inside of the old shoe began cracking and flaking off and sticking to my foot so decided to order a new replacement. I am extremely disappointed that after wearing the new shoe only two times the inside is already cracking and flaking off. Concerned that I was shipped very old stock that was not stored properly. Since I threw away the box I am stuck with these deteriorating shoes that will have to be tossed. What a waste of money.

I had this same shoe for 10+ years in the beige/black and it is a great shoe for traveling and dressing up an outfit when you don't want to mess with heels. I finally wore them out and was thrilled to see that it is still around. A classic style and color that goes with everything. The 7.5 wide in Vaneli is a good fit for me.

Those of us with narrow feet can thank Zappos for offering a choice, though not a large one, of shoes that are stylish and stay on our feet! This shoe is comfortable and looks good for casual and professional events.

This style is a great basic flat. However, it appears that size 12M is sold out in all colors and combinations of colors. May I respectfully suggest stocking more size 12Ms. I would have bought every color in addition to the ones I already have: serene pudding,navy, black/patent. Same applies to Undine heels in 12M - I bought them in tan, red patent and grey suede. They are great simple styles.

This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They required absolutely no breaking in whatsoever. It runs ever so slightly wider than standard medium width shoes, however it's something that can be corrected with an insert.

I don't normally wear flats as they are not flattering to my legs and are too flat! But since they seem to be such a rage lately I gave this pair a try as they are not very expensive. Much to my surprise, they were quite complimentary, chic and comfortable because of the arch support which made a huge difference in wear-ability. I wear them with casual pants and jeans.

A classic Chanel-style ballet shoe...nice quality and very comfy from the beginning. I am very pleased!

I wanted a pair of flats to wear to walk to and from work but that were stylish enough to wear at work. I hit the jackpot with these; they are so comfortable. It took a few days to break them in, at first I only wore them around the office. But now they've stretched out enough that I can wear them out on weekends. They look great with anything from pants to skirts. I purchased the velvet because they were on sale. I plan to purchase them in leather as well. Thanks for the quick shipping. Zappos VIP you rock!

I got these in the Navy, and they are really cute! It is so hard to find Navy shoes. Comfy, stylish, seem like they are well made. I might even check out another color, or get a different pair by the same brand. These do run rather small, though. I usually wear 8.5 or 9, but I had to order 9.5.

Very cute and comfortable! The most comfortable flats I own! I bought the wide -- and found that they are a little too big. Great shoes...bought another pair in all black but went a half size smaller and they fit a little bit better.

I love these shoes! They are so cute and so comfortable. They are very supportive and have arch support, which is hard to find in flats. I usually order a 6.5 in flats, and these ran true to size.

These run HUGE! Cute shoe, though. May reorder in a smaller size.

I love these shoes--they look like flats but actually have arch support. I've already walked miles in them and have had them less than a month. They appear to be wearing well, with no scratches yet. They look great with both skirts and pants. Now they just need to make them in snazzy colors!

How did we ever shop before Zappos. They always have the shoes I want and in C Width, which is almost impossible to find in department stores. I love their quality and they always upgrade my shipping. Zappos is the best!

I think these are great for summer flats. And the rubber bottoms are an added protection against falling! Great looking and comfortable too!

These shoes are just adorable! I'm recovering from a broken right foot and they will be one of the first pairs I wear after leaving my sneakers behind!

Great looking shoe. If you have a bunion, however, it likely won't be comfortable, due to where the toe part will hit.

I wear a wide width and was unable to order the 7W, so I got the 71/2M. It fits perfectly. This shoe is well made and looks like a Chanel flat. The arch support is the best - hard to find in a simple flat. This shoe was a great buy. Zappos shipping was prompt as usual.

These shoes are incredible. I wore them while traveling, and with only a thin little ped in between my heel and the heel of the shoe -- on the first day of wear, no less! -- I had no blistering or discomfort while toting a huge suitcase and running from terminal to terminal. Highly recommended. They keep their shine, and the velveteen stays soft and supple with regular wear in moderately nasty weather. Definitely an excellent shoe for work or play.

I bought these shoes in two colors. They are extremely comfortable. I purchased them in a W width. There is a padded arch, adding to the comfort.

Love this shoe -- super cute, but also quite comfortable because of rubber sole and fact that it is not totally flat - like many ballet style shoes. Nice padding and flexible.

Instantly comfortable and has a good arch support that many flats don't have. The color is great and works well with this season's neutrals.
