These are very "Chanely" at a much more affordable price. The look is elegant and understated. My only disappointment is the way the shoes gap on the sides when walking. It gives away the fact that these are bargain shoes.

I have worn size 9 for all of my adult life, only once or twice have I had to go to a 9 1/2. These shoes, although very cute, run very small. I'm almost thinking I'll have to go for a 10!

I wish the color was closer to the Chanel color but its more like a putty.

Found a better fit at Marmi's Don't need an arch but would like a better fit in the heel portion. To loos in the heel.

These shoes are very stiff and hurt your feet after only wearing them a short time.

I had purchased the VanEli Serene a few years ago and loved it!! It was so comfortable and looked good with a variety of styles. I wore that pair until it was no longer wearable. Do when USA these in my size again, I was so happy to have a new pair exactly like the ones so long worn. But when they arrived, I was so disappointed. They did not fit—too short and narrow. The leather was of poor quality. Overall, in a few years the quality had diminished significantly. So sad. A favorite shoe is so changed.

I did not like the way this shoe looked on my foot. The fit was fine, but the shoe looked matronly to me.

Cute shoes but way too narrow. I normally wear size 10M. Some reviewers pointed out that the model runs narrow so i ordered it in wide. When i tried them on at home, they felt okay. I wore them to work and it was a huge mistake. Even after 2 wears, the shoes are too tight and cut into my heels, causing blisters.

I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed in my choice. Not attractive and very much too small. They looked better online than in person. My poor choice. I am not sure but they also looked used.

Although these are nice looking flats, they are extremely uncomfortable. The back of the shoe rubs on the ankle bone.

I bought this shoe in grey suede (8.5) a year or two ago and loved it. This year I ordered the exact shoe only in black leather (8.5) and it was too small. So I ordered a pair in black suede (8.5) thinking it was the material (although I always wear 8.5). Sorry to say this pair was too small as well. But only the right shoe. I studied the shoes and discovered the right shoe IS actually shorter than the left--a manufacturing defect. I am so disappointed! Could it be that Vaneli changed manufacturers this year?

I like this Vanelli very much: comfortable and suited to my wardrobe. In particular toe box is wide enough to accommodate my 80 year old bunionette, but looks very attractive on my foot.

Super cute - but my toe was at the end and the width felt very narrow. I am a perfect size 10.5 M in most shoes. Going to try them in a size 11. They are SO CUTE and comfy.

Love the look of these shoes and from what I can tell, they seem to have a comfortable footbed. They do run small so I haven't had a chance to wear them for very long. I wear a Size 7 (99%) of the time. I will be returning this pair and ordering a size 7.5

I splurged and bought these (as opposed to a less expensive flat I liked) because I'm getting older and want to take care of my feet. I'm actually very pleased with these, the color is great (a taupe-y greige with a metallic silver cap toe), the construction is very good but the fit is what I'm most happy with. It took a wearing to break them in (the shoe felt tighter for me initially), but now they fit perfectly.

I am a AAA however these N AA's fit fine. I really love these shoes.

7.5 M fit perfectly( 6.5 W is my usual size) so definitely recommend to size up. Love the color and the quilt pattern. Very classy look.

Loved the appearance, classic ballet flat! Would love to have it in every color.

I was looking for a perfect flats, and it looks like I found it! You need to go one size up , I normally wear 7 but I had to go with 8. Cute, comfortable, and looking great shoes !

I had a pair of Vaneli Serene in the same color, half-size smaller that were just too tight, though I wore them infrequently (and suffered!) for several years. Because I love the style and they are available in Narrow width, I decided to order a pair in a half size longer. These new ones fit great, and I will be happy to continue wearing this style, especially in spring and summer. Vaneli has been a reliable brand for me over the years. This particular style just seems to run a little small.
