Ordered the Keen Toyah because the Dansko Kate was not available. The Toyah is very wide and the toe box felt like it was cramping down on my toes. My heels also slipped in the back; the heel box seemed very wide. I had to return the Toyah.

I adore these attractive, sturdy shoes. Finally a shoe that is wide enough for me. The color is beautiful and they are waterproof.

A very good, comfortable shoe. Insole is excellent for arches. The color does tend to rub off onto my big toes. But it is still worth it to have this excellent shoe.

Given that I wear a 10 1/2, my choices are limited, but this shoe has worked perfectly for a closed-toe, winter shoe that I can wear in rain or in under one-inch snow. Although the toe accommodation is not as generous as in my Keen Venice sandals, just like my sandals, I can wear this shoe all day long, day after day in the office, walk after walk in the mountains. I have also gotten many comments on how "cute" they are (which is never really true of a 10 1/2, but relatively speaking...).

I love this shoe! I was able to wear it right out of the box without any breaking in. The only thing I would change is the gray part on the side, it makes the shoe look a bit goofy and more sporty than I would prefer for a work shoe. It would be nice if it was just all black. This shoe fits pretty loose on my foot, but after wearing Dansko professionals for years, that is the fit I prefer.

These are good quality shoes that look good as well. The only problem I have with them is that I bought these to help out with my plantar facitis and it did not help at all. The insoles are nonexistent and it seems to irritate my feet by the end of the day.But this is nothing insoles could not help, I guess.

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box and didn't need breaking in. Because of other reviews I read, I ordered a 1/2 size smaller and they were right. The next 1/2 size up (my normal size in other shoes) would have been too big.

I usually wear a size 9, but got these in an 8.5. They fit pretty well, though I did add a heel pad to the back of the shoe to prevent a little slippage. Otherwise, these are perfect out of the box. The first time I wore them, I went all day without any issues; these shoes seem to not need much breaking in! They are good-looking "sporty" walking shoes.

These don't unbuckle easily - maybe they will with some wear. Also, while in NY this summer I had purchased a pair of the Petaluma Mary Janes in a size 8.5. The Toyah MJ 8.5 is smaller than the Petaluma. The Keen rubber sole eliminates static electricity - good for office wear in the cold and dry winter climate.

Love you Zappos! Began a new job and needed a pair of office shoes ASAP. Have foot issues and needed special shoes. The Keen Toyah MJ does run a bit larger/wider than other keens, but feel the 7.5 would have been too short, so went with the 8. My heel slipped & my foot moved when walking, but tightened the strap & problem solved. Have worn without socks and with thick & thin socks (just adjusted the strap). I also like that you can just slip on without doing the strap every time (would not have known without reviews here). These shoes are very comfortable & I can wear them all day without foot pain. Love the madder brown color and will wear with pants or skirts. Ordered the shoes late one night and received the second day in the a.m. before work. Zappos customer service was wonderful & friendly & appreciate the free shipping, no sales tax & reviews. You have gained a new happy customer, who will highly recommend you to my friends. I am a Dansko, Merrell, Ecco type of shoe wearer. This is my first pair of Keens but will not be my last! The Toyah is everything I expected it to be; they are even prettier in person! Having been born with a foot deformity corrected in early childhood, I have always had a full size smaller foot than the other and problems with support in the shoe for that foot. I often wear orthotics. This shoe with its support system and Mary Jane strap is perfect in accommodating both of my feet! The comfort and stability leave me feeling like I am in foot heaven even after long work days on my feet and a lot of walking! I am in love! Zappos, you have your business down to a science! Your customer service incomparable!

I like this shoe a lot. Very light weight. Feels a half size larger than other Keen in the same size. Worried about the elastic strap lasting. Really comfortable shoe. I wore it all day after Christmas shopping and my feet felt great, which is rare for me.

One of the most comfortable shoes I have purchased. Just like all my Keen's you can be on your feet in comfort for a long time.

Love these shoes! The most comfortable shoes I have. I have a history of feet injuries and usually need to wear orthotics but they are not even necessary with these shoes. They are super supportive and comfortable. I can stand all day in these and feel great! Now that is saying something.

Great shoe! Comfortable and cute. I was a little concerned at first because they slide on my feet a bit, but I've worn them with and without socks with no problems. They are quite chunky, which is what I was looking for, but if you prefer a slim MJ, these might not be for you. Otherwise, I would recommend them. Only minus is the stitching has started coming loose in one little spot (probably a flaw and not regular).

These shoes are very supportive. Considerably more structured than my last pair of Keen Mary Janes. As a result, I think there is a bit of a breaking-in period that I didn't have with the softer shoes. In the end, I like these best!

A great shoe for support and comfort. I thought they looked a bit clunky, but I've had at least 3 different strangers ask where they could get a pair, so they can't be too bad.

This style is perfect for my hard to fit orhotic- bearing feet. Zappos has been super-understanding as I finally narrowed my selection of 12 pairs of shoes to 2 pairs, with constant free ship and return.

Love these shoes. They do run a little wide, but with socks it is fine. They are so comfortable and give nice support. They are cute and look good with jeans and all casual stuff.

I have a pair of Keen Kaci Slip-ons which I love, and these are just as comfortable. I have a wide foot and this shoes fits like a glove with a roomy footbox and fantastic arch support. I am on my feet 11 hours a day at work, and Keens are the most comfortable I've found by far. As always, Zappos service is great. I had to order a 1/2 size larger than normal and the exchange was fast and easy. Thanks, Zappos!

These are my favorite shoes ever! I ordered them in all three colors. They are a little bit bulky, which makes them not quite as cute as some of my other Keen shoes. But they are the most comfortable. So I wear these shoes pretty much exclusively.

Love these shoes! They were comfortable right out of the box. They seem to run true to size. They are a bit wide in the toe box, so if you have real narrow feet they might be to big. I love this color it goes with everything.

I cannot tell you how HAPPY I am to have found these shoes! I have worn the KEEN SEATTLE style for years...and when they were discontinued, I bought up as many pair as I could find (which was not many.) The TOYAH is a wonderful replacement for me. GREAT arch support, lotsa room in the toe area and cute, too. I have already ordered two pair and are going to order a couple more!

First of all I have to compliment Zappos on their excellent service again! I ordered these shoes in the evening and had them by 11 a.m. the next day. Unfortunately I found these shoes to be too big and clunky looking. I have another pair of Keens that I love and will try another style.
