These are cute shoes, but if you want to wear them without socks, order half a size down. I wasn't sure so I ordered two pairs a half size apart and returned the larger. Got a prompt refund from Zappos.

I ordered these shoes to have an alternative to my summer shoes and winter boots while we were going to be in warmer climates this winter. They did not disappoint. They were comfortable and easy to walk in ~ no breaking in. They were wide in the toe box which was perfect for my bunions. The green in indoor light appears different than it does in natural light and I was first disappointed in the color, but, the more I wore them, the more I liked them.

I needed a pair of waterproof comfortable shoes for daily dog walking. I could walk forever in these shoes. They are one of the most comfortable shoes that I have owned. They run a little large so I ordered half a size down. I am not crazy about the color and would have preferred black. Still, the blue goes well with jeans. I will buy another pair if I see them in black or brown.

I love Keens but these were short in the footbed and my toes were bumping up against the shoes. I had to return them.

Seem really comfortable. I ordered the same size as my Keen boots, these are too large. I'm returning for smaller size.

These shoes are adorable, and so comfortable. I wear them almost every day. I would recommend these to anybody! I have wide feet, and the toe box fits perfectly...nice cushion, too.

Keens used to fit me perfectly every time. Now it is a real guessing game. Overall I like this shoe but it does have a few problems. Overall this shoe in my regular "Keen" size is very roomy like other have noted. Oddly though it is fairly snug at the top of toe box. The width is roomy but the toe box has a lower profile that presses on the top of my toes and foot. It is not terrible but the height of the Keen toe box used to be what I liked about their shoes. Also, the heel cup is quite deep. The back of the shoe comes up quite high on the back of my heel which causes discomfort. This is the second Keen style I've purchased with this extra deep heel/high back. I am going to try and find some kind of heel cushion or pad to lift my heel clear of the back edge. A full length cushioned insole would make the toe box too snug. The arch support is better than some shoes but not as good or comfortable as their Calistoga style used to be.

Problem feet here: bunions and fallen arches; I need wide shoes (but rarely find any I like, appearance-wise). Since Keens don't come in wide widths, most Keens I've tried on haven't fit me. These, however, do, and I'm pretty happy with them; the arch support is great, the toe box wide enough. Only slight issue I have with them is that the upper back outside edge hits my ankle bone slightly... not a deal-breaker, and will probably not be noticeable once the cooler weather comes and I'm wearing tights or socks. Happy to have found these!

These were heavy and clunky for me. They run large. I usually love Keen's but these just were not for me. Thank you, Zappos for being so understanding!

Nice shoe, supportive foot bed. Edges sharp and uncomfortable at shoe opening and strap.

I bought these shoes when I was 7 months pregnant. I have wide feet, with bunions and high arches. I normally wear a size 7.5 in Keens, but I had to size down to a size 7 in these. They are very comfy and pretty cute, and I think they will transition nicely to Fall with some opaque tights. Also, Zappos service rocks.

These shoes are huge! I have wide feel and like the wiggle room that Keen provides, so I ordered my usual 8.5. The boats that arrived look like 10s. I do get the idea that they'd be comfortable if they didn't fit like Pippi Longstocking's shoes, but they're going back.

These shoes did run 1/2 size large. I'm between a 6-1/2 and 7 and even the 6-1/2 were a little big. My main problem with these shoes was that they're hot! They're going back.

I was so disappointed. This is a darling, well made shoe, but it was too long and the strap rubbed my upper foot. I don't want to wear socks with them so have to return. Darn!

These are LARGE shoes. I put them next to other MJ's that I have and other Keen's and these are just bigger, mostly in the width. These shoes were too wide and very unattractive on my foot. I wanted something that I could wear with shorts, skirts, pants (I know, tall order), especially when traveling, but these weren't it. Too bad! I love my other Keens. So glad Zappos makes returns so easy!

First off, I never write reviews! I read 'em, but don't write them. I have to say these shoes deserve a recommendation, especially for problem feet. I have a long-running plantar fasciitis problem, usually wear athletic shoes because of it. 4 months ago a new problem surfaced, very painful, I have tendinitis in my right foot. Had to wear a walking boot for a month, prescribed by my podiatrist. then thought I could go back to the athletic shoes, I ordered several different brands (thank you Zappos for your generous shipping and return policies!) and still in pain, lacing was aggravating the tendinitis, which isn't entirely healed. I first tried another Mary Jane style (different brand) but the fold over strap (due to the Velcro) still put pressure in the wrong place. I decided to give this shoe my final try (before heading back to the Dr.) and voila!! It is perfect, the buckle strap is in the right place and my other foot, which was starting to have problems with the p.f. due to compensating is comfy too! I was in foot heaven right out of the box, I've hardly taken them off since they arrived. If you have foot trouble, buy this shoe. I will probably order another pair in a different color! Maybe in all colors LOL!

I got these specifically to wear with jeans and they do not disappoint. They are super comfy babydoll looking maryjane's and worth every penny. I've never gone wrong with Keen.

I have several pair of keens. I wear a size 8 in all shoes, including keens. These are huge! They are not just a little bit big...they are big! They are super cute and comfy from what I can tell. Why are they so big?? Back to the drawing board.

I have worn size 8 in Keen shoes for years. This shoe is exceptionally big. Hope the shoe companies with their inconsistent sizes are paying the postage for returns. Frustrating!

This is a great shoe if you want something summery that will hold orthotics. Runs a bit big; I ended up exchanging a size 10 for a size 9. Normally I wear a 9.5 or 10.

I just got back from two weeks in Italy. With two neuromas in one foot, I spent an inordinate amount of time buying and returning shoes, searching for something that I could do some serious walking in. Formerly comfortable shoes aren't working at the moment. So, I can't over-state how thrilled I was with these shoes. In fact, I was able to forgo the Keen Voyagers, since the Toyah did double-duty. While not sleek, they're still super cute, in my opinion, and work with skirts, jeans, capris, etc. I wore them with and without socks. Normally I take a half-size larger in Keens, but these fit best in my actual size. I am also able to insert my 3/4-length custom orthotics, without removing the insole--ultimate comfort! I can't recommend these highly enough. They saved my vacation (along with the Abeo Huntington sandals).

I love these shoes. I have very wide feet, am prone to plantar fasciitis, with several other foot problems. These shoes were perfect right out of the box. I usually wear a size 9.5 in Keens and these were no exception except that they were much wider than the average keen 9.5 so I can see why other reviews complained about the size. However, for me these are much more comfortable than my other (numerous) Keen styles. I now have them in all the colors and am going to order another pair of the black color since I have practically worn out my original pair. I took them on a trip to Italy recently and they were the only shoe that I could wear all day and into the night with hours and hours of walking. They are cute with jeans and I wear them with my work slacks as well. Highly recommend these shoes for a comfortable fit if you have wide feet like I do.

While these are casual looking shoes, I can get away with wearing them at work at times. They are very comfortable. I wanted shoes with some decent cushioning under the ball of my foot, particularly for bike riding (I know that is not what these shoes are for), and they works really well for that. They are also comfortable walkers. I have high arches and some Mary Jane styles will cut the top of my foot. That is not the case here. They are comfortable out of the box, with or without socks and they are nice looking. They also handles rain very well!

I wear a 41. I ordered a 10.5 because in some of the lace styles I found they fit small. This doesn't, though. Considering ordering smaller. This has better arch support than the lace-up styles. I'm marking "excellent," but I'm not sure it's as good as a special insert. It's better than most. But I'm not a big fan of the mary jane in general so I'm marking down for style. Also marking down for the comfort because the strap isn't super strong in my opinion.

Okay, so I loved these shoes online. I wear a size nine normally and all of my Keens are nines. However, when I received the size 9 they were way to big. I ended up with an 8 1/2 and kind of think some days they are still big. But an 8 is too small. I wear them at work and love them. I wish Zappos carried them in more different and fun colors. But overall another great buy from Zappos and Keen!
