I agree with those who are disappointed in the quality of the leather and the difference in the amount of "slouch" in these boots compared to what is pictured. They are very cute on, but I fear they will not last very long. Also, the toes are much more pointy than pictured, which is uncomfortable for me. They're going back. I'm so disappointed. I want some gray, flat boots. How hard can it be to find?

I just received these boots as a Christmas gift. While I think they are a nice looking boot and do feel comfortable - whoever is in charge of quality control at Zappos did a horrible job. My boots arrived with some sort of glue-gunk all over them and looked worn and distressed as if they've been rolled up in someone's closet for the past few years. This reflects poorly upon the company and will affect my decision to make a purchase from Zappos in the future.

Nice looking boot but disappointed in the quality. Marks on boot that I don't feel are "natural" and part of the leather. Sorry to say had to return.

I received two pairs of these, the first the leather had multiple errors in it, the second the leather looked marbled and cheap. If you want a quality pair of boots, these are not them. Still, very cute, but poor quality.

These are decently cute and have a firm heel which makes them easy to get off and on but the "leather" is so squeaky! They're really loud. Embarrassingly so.

I was very disappointed in the fit and quality of this boot. The leather was of poor quality and had flaws on the inside top so that it could not be folded down without them showing. I had purchased black and grey, and had to return them. I would not recommend this boot at all!

Don't buy these. The first pair I got had a defect in the leather and looked awful so I sent them back. Second pair was the same thing but decided to deal with it and keep them. A month later, the leather sole was completely worn down. Zappos was great and replaced them since I was upset that my shoes were dead after a month. Third pair, huge leather mistake on the right boot that looks like a stain. Overall, very poor quality boot. Great service from Zappos, though!

I've owned these boots for about a year now. Pros. Cute, simple design, can be dressy or casual. Very comfortable initially. Cons. Not good for all day wear. After everyday for 3-4 days for work (on my feet a lot), gave me plantar fascia. Very little to no arch support. Overall, very disappointed.

These are incredibly comfortable, light and cute!

I am really glad I purchased these boots. I have average-sized calves, so I can wear them with regular pants or leggings and they look great, and don't fall down. They are comfortable and I can easily wear them all day. They keep my legs warm even in brutal Midwestern winter winds. I have not tried them out in snow or on slippery surfaces yet so I can't speak to that. My only complaint is that I would ave liked the style to go in a little more at the ankle for a slimmer profile. But generally I really like them and would recommend purchasing them.

I have oddly shaped feet (mostly due to bunions) and it is hard to find leather boots wide enough to be comfortable. These boots are very forgiving and extremely stylish and comfortable! With size 9 feet, I always feel like a clown with boots on - but that is not the case with these! They are so light and easy to pull on.

So cute and comfortable. Can wear these boots for any occasion. Great with a pair of skinny jeans.

Yup, love these boots. They fit as expected and look great. The toe is a nice point, so these boots easily bridge the divide for casual or dressed-up wear. I can easily wear them with jeans for a weekend look, or my slacks/stockings for a work-day look. Only thing I will say: They hug my heel very snugly, which is good for when wearing them because they don't move around and cause blisters, but it does make them a little tough to pull off (there is no zipper).

This is my second time to buy this style of Steve Madden boot. The first was a few (several) years back and I wore them out, I've been on the hunt for a year and these finally popped up on Zappos! This is my "go to" boot for days I have to do a lot of walking and still want to look cute!

Great! Leather is nice. The little heel is perfect if looking for a "flat" shoe. Point toe help to make the shoe more sophisticated while the minimal slouchy keeps them fun. Took little to no time to break them in. Love these boots!

Bought these for my mom for Christmas. I returned the pair I got her for half a size bigger because she said the toes were tight but she's very happy with half a size up.

I love my new boots you can dress them up or down. I can't wait to wear them

I am a size 9 1/2, ordered a 10 due to other reviews and to account for socks. Glad I did, runs small. Not a whole lot of arch support, but otherwise great style and value!

I bought the cognac ones at this point 6 yrs ago. Yes the toe is seriously scuffed, but with fashion these days it looks in style. I find them so comfortable!!! I was so upset when Steve Madden didn't sell them directly anymore bc I wanted to buy them in the cognac or black. I was so shocked when I saw them here that I had to buy the black ones. I might splurge and just buy both colors.

Very impressed with these. The color is exactly what is picture, the material feels great and they look fantastic. I have narrow calves and these do not look too big or too slouchy.

I just received these boots a couple of weeks ago and haven't had much time to wear them, but they have been very comfortable and I am happy with the way they look- very stylish for a very affordable tall boot! I am short and have med small calves and the work for m.

Love these boots! I bought them from Steve Madden years ago in Brown & they ended up being my favourite boots. Was so happy to find them here years later in Black as well! I have wide calfs and have a hard time finding boots to fit them, these are perfect!

Beautiful, but my calves are to wide for these. It fit fine in the foot.
