I was a little worried at first because these boots really have no support, but they are quite comfortable. They feel kind of like slippers, but with a hard sole to protect your feet. They are very sharp looking and I have gotten several compliments already.

Tried these on in my size, 6, and they seemed a little big. I wasn't wearing socks at the time, but I figure they would take some really thick socks to fill out. They also seemed really unstable, like I could easily roll an ankle in them but that might have been the size as well. They are super cute though, and seemed like they would be easy to wear around (minus the ankle instability). Might look for them in a 5.5 somewhere. They're also a lot cheaper elsewhere, sorry Zappos.

Nice! I've wanted them for several months. I had to order them because I thought they were so popular they'd sell out! I can see how people are disappointed in quality. They seem to "tear" a bit when putting them on. But they are comfy.

I love these boots but I wish there was more cushioning for your feet.

Great boots! Very comfortable and good fit. Love that I can wear them with my skinny jeans or leggings.

I usually wear a 7.5, so I got the size 8 as recommended here. They fit well and I really like them, but I have wide-ish calves and can't wear these with my skinny jeans. Maybe I need skinnier jeans (or skinnier calves!) but everything just kind of bunches up and looks funny. So sad, great boots. (My calf has a 14 inch circumference at its widest, just for reference.)

Love the boots! I have pretty thin calves so even with jeans tucked in the shaft is a little baggy but still looks nice. The black leather is soft and any winter dirt/salt wipes off easily. I need a 10 and a half but since those aren't available I got a half size up. With an insole and tick socks they are comfy and cozy.

I love these boots. Look dressy but with a low heel. Fit is good. I usually wear a 10 M and these fit just right. Not too narrow which can sometimes be a problem with a more pointed toe. Color is a nice caramel, tan. Looks as shown. I have them in black too. They are my go to when I am going to be doing a lot of walking. I am giving them 4 stars because leather is not as luxurious as some but still very nice.

Very cute. So-so for comfort. By the end of a 10 hour day my toes were hurting, but overall not too bad since I walk a lot!

These boots are super cute and I have had them for a year now. My only complaint is that the footbed has absolutely no cushioning and I find they give me blisters on my heels if I do not wear thick cushioned socks.

Cute boots and I love that they are still cute without having a heel, but I need more comfort than they offer. The toe box was a bit narrow for my widening feet also. I am at a phase where I just prefer more of a stylish/comfort brand like Rieker or Clarks.

They ran a bit large - just enough to require thick socks. Also, the leather did not impress me. It had scratches in it and marks that were possibly cow scars. However, a treatment with mink oil and a neutral polish improved them a lot. It darkened the leather a bit, though.

These shoes are very comfortable however you have to be careful because the first time I ordered these shoes I had to return them due to big glue spots and discoloration on them. The second time when I exchanged them they only had one flaw so be careful when ordering.

Not the most comfortable, a little tight in the toes, but otherwise, I like them a lot. I've got big legs and they are a little tight... small feet and big legs never really work though. But with thin socks I can make them work and can wear for several hours but after that need a break off your feet in these.

The website, free shipping and returns, and prices are great! These boots, however, are not perfectly matched. One is taller and more wrinkled than the other. I haven't worn them yet so am considering returning them but I will play with them a little to see if I can get them to look more similar. Kind of disappointing. It would be nice if they were quality checked for this kind of thing before shipping.

Love these boots... Very comfortable and works well over jeans or leggings. It didn't take long for the heels to scuff to tan (and the tip of the toe as well), so black shoe polish is a must if you want to keep them looking new!

I'm a little bit disappointed because when these boots arrived they were scuffed in a lot of areas. There were a lot of weird dark brown markings and I'm not sure they are just areas where the leather has completely come off, but nonetheless they are so obvious that I can't get myself to shrug them off. I based my size on people saying that Steve Madden normally runs small, but the half size ended up being way too big for me. :( I'm planning on exchanging these for a half size smaller. It's worth the risk in getting scuffs again just because they are adorable on and can easily be worn for both winter and summer. Comfort wise any sort of heel no matter the size make my feet cramp up, but this doesn't put any sort of discomfort on my foot and the pointed toe is my favorite part of this entire design. :) I definitely recommend this boot, but maybe in the black so that the scuff marks on the leather aren't as noticeable.

I knew that I wanted this style of boot in a cognac leather color. Searched everywhere and this boot was as close as I could get. I had hoped to find a higher quality boot but no luck. In the end, I'm quite happy with this purchase. I have only worn them so far with boot socks, skinny jeans and a scarf and it's a great look. In the spring/summer it will be cute with dresses and skirts as well. The boots are easy to slip on and very comfortable. Bottom line, in my opinion, is if you aren't expecting a super high quality boot, you'll be happy with it.

I wanted a decent looking boot with a low heel and these fit the bill. I'm still breaking them in, but so far they're pretty comfortable. Looking at the picture, I thought they would fit a little higher up on my leg. They're several inches below my knees. I didn't realize that the “wrinkles” would be so deep. I wanted a little bit smoother look, but I decided to go ahead and keep these.

These are some of the best boots I've ever purchased. I really like the orange-brown color and the slouchy fit of the upper part. They have a low heel for a little lift, which is also great. I sprayed them with a leather waterproofing spray and I think it made them a little darker. The leather is quite soft so it scratches fairly easily and they don't offer much traction on wet surfaces (think wet leaves on a tile floor yikes). Also, when I first got them I was concerned they didn't fit right (tighter in the heel and looser in the heel) but they seem to be working out and didn't stretch out much. Still a great buy! Get them.

Great slouchy boot if you're in the market for that kind of thing. I was looking for a slightly darker brown but these boots had everything else I was looking for so I went with them and have been wearing them a lot since they arrived.

Boots are very cute. However, I ordered the grey ones and it is a very light gray, almost with greenish undertones. Not like in the picture. Also, some reviewers said it runs small, so I ordered a half size bigger and were too big. I think they are true to size. So, order your number. Unfortunately, for me, these ones will go back.

Like other reviewers, the boots did have some color flaws and marks, but kept them anyway as it just gives them character. These boots are extremely comfortable -- definitely my new "go-to" boots and always gets compliments when I wear them. I did go up a half size as others suggested as they may be a little snug with socks.

I really liked these boots. There's absolutely no arch support and it was very well fitted with skinny jeans. I'm usually a 9.5 but I got a 10 so I could wear it with jeans. If I had gotten a 9.5 it definitely would not have fit since the 10 was a bit snug. It's still very stylish and a nice leather quality. I just added some soles for better arch support and comfort. I will definitely be keeping them. They are very cute boots!
