I absolutely love these boots, and love that I ordered them with Zappos because I got them literally a day and a half after I ordered them. They came in perfect condition and fit amazingly. amazing size and color matches everything. Their my own version of classy trendy cowgirl boots.

I actually surprised my daughter with a second pair of these boots. She always talked about loving them, wearing them every day and was worried about the boots getting worn out at some point, always getting caught in the rain...you get the idea. She says they are the most comfortable boots she's worn in a long time, and way better than any of her "expensive" brands. Says they look stylish and the leather quality is nice unlike some of the boots that are out there. Gets many compliments on them as well and they go with everything! I guess that does it! A definite winner! She has very high arches and has not said a word about a lack of arch support so I'm sure it's fine. However, I'll leave the option blank since I honestly have no idea.

Love these shoes, only problem was they had few scratches on both pair when I got them in. Did not feel like returning them. Great pair of flats when you want to be low key but still cute.

Love these boots. I originally bought them in black, then had to also have them in cognac. They are great with dresses, jeans, shorts, or leggings! When wearing Steve Madden shoes, I usually wear a 9.5. Most boots fit best at a 10 - these were no exception. As always, I can't say how great it is to do business with the Zappos family. It's always fast, easy, and they send emails if the shoe I want (but they were out of) comes in. I've also found the videos very helpful when getting a clear picture of the shoe.

Love them! A little lighter in color than the picture but just what I expected. Very comfortable too. Great to wear with leggings and dresses.

I was so happy when I received these boots! I was a little worried that the sizing wouldn't be right (I've heard that Steve Madden shoes run small) but I ordered what my usual size was and they fit perfectly! Beautiful color, looks exactly like the picture! So cute!

Lovely boots! Soft, supple leather and they fit like a glove. I would definitely recommend them. They are so comfortable to wear - really nice cushioned footbed. A good buy.

Steve Madden is always a winner in my book! Stylish, comfortable, great fit, and affordable prices. This boot is cute and the fit is true - the color is a perfect alternative to black or brown. I'm wearing them with skinny jeans, but they look great with tights and short skirts or dresses, too. First time purchasing from Zappos...love it!

These are my new all time favorite boots - and that says a lot because I have tons of them! The quality is amazing and they are incredibly comfortable. They also will go with anything. You can wear them higher as pictured or roll them down to change it up a little. There was a little line on the inside of one of my boots (the part you would roll down) but I don't want to go through the hassle of returning them because I want to start wearing the immediately. The boots run true to size - my foot is AAA narrow and although the boot is a little large, it is nothing I am not used to with other shoes. I plan to wear these boots to walk all over Paris for an upcoming vacation because they are so comfortable. I highly recommend these boots!

Love this boot! I'm wearing them right now in fact! I've searched high and low for a good pair for about 3 years now! I wasn't aware of my giant calves until I started this search. These will fit larger calves. Thanks Zappos!

Love this shoe - very stylish and looks great with my skinny jeans or with tights and a sweater dress. I wear these when I have to do a lot of walking because they are more comfortable than some of my higher-heeled shoes.

Super fit and style. These boots are really smart looking. They are a generous true to size fit - maybe slightly larger in the heel than a "B". I returned the cognac, as it wasn't my color, although totally neutral. Zappos helped me find another size 10 from another company. Boy, what a disappointment; the boots I got were worn, spotted and one was from a previous year as the bottoms were a different color. My message; keep trying with Zappos - I did, and now have two matching boots I can wear. Thank you Zappos for a class act!

My 14 year old daughter says that they are comfortable and she has received several compliments on them.

Awesome color - been looking for a flat heel, neutral color for a while and couldn't find a cute enough boot without all the buckles and hardware and straps. The ruching placement seemed a little off but overall, cute boot. These boots are simple and really comfortable to wear the entire day. Even the inside of the boot felt comfortable...not sure what kind of fabric it was lined with but wow they felt good!

I love, love, love these boots. Excellent quality, soft leather, comfortable from the first time I put them on. Very stylist with above-the-knee skirts. I little large in the heel, but boots often are in my size (5). I would recommend these boots to anyone who wants a comfortable, stylish look with skirts or over jeans.

Love these boots! No support, but I put some inserts in & they were perfect! Everyone at work loved them, too! Super cute & can't go wrong for the price! It's hard to find a pair of real leather boots for this price that look good, too!

I am so in love! Exactly what I was looking for! If you are looking for support these aren't for you, but none of my flat boots have support, so it doesn't bother me at all! I typically wear a 7.5 in Madden and they fit true to size. Perfect height and easy to slip on! Steve Madden has come through for me again and I love Zappos!

These are very attractive boots, nice leather, good heel height (being not-quite-flat). I disagree with other reviews about the sizing, though. I think Maddens (except for the military-inspired boots) consistently run half a size small, and these boots were no exception. I sent the 9 back for a 9½. But, my boots do not squeak a bit!

Great boot for someone like me that stands most of the day teaching. Comfortable and reasonably priced.

I believe other reviewers mentioned squeakiness. It's true, but these boots are otherwise so perfect, I have chosen to ignore the squeaking and keep them. I usually find that perfectly flat boots/shoes in my size 10 /11 are unflattering, but these are absolutely cute. Plus I have a narrow heel and a wide front, but still, they are just right. BTW, the squeak is the leather rubbing against itself where the slouch gathers at the ankles. I plan to eventually rub some leather oil or wax or something into those folds, and I bet that will end the squeaking.

I love these boots. I was looking for a pair of low-heeled boots that I can dress up and dress down. I had ordered a pair of rider boots that I wasn't happy with and got these instead. They come up a couple of inches below my knee and aren't too loose around the calf (I'm 5'3", 112 lbs). They are easy to slip on and off, both over leggings and over skinny jeans. They are very soft and comfortable and I've walked around them for hours without any discomfort. Great value!
