Great boot! I have another Steve Madden boot similar in a brown color and I was so sad when I couldn't find the exact same one. But this one is near perfect! I still need to break them in a little more and I'm careful not to scruff the edges but I couldn't be happier with my new boots. I would totally buy a backup pair if I had the money!

I ordered a pair of the tan boots. When I first saw them, I knew they were just what I had been looking for. When they arrived, I was very pleased. I wear an 8M. They were slightly a little loose but I could fit some gel supports or socks in them. Sure enough, that worked out okay. I had to get a pair of the black ones. I ordered them in a size 7 1/2 M. They were slightly a little snug around the toe area. My husband has a boot stretcher and he stretched them out some. They work fine now. I do have a heel support that I can put in them. These are great boots as I am very pleased with them.

I have had these boots before, and wore them down over the course of a few years. They are high quality and worth the amount paid. Steve Madden is a great brand. I am so excited to get my second pair, and happy to be using Zappos again!

The most comfortable boots I have ever owned. I wore these the entire winter. I live in the city and walk everywhere. For walking, these are my second choice, first being sneakers. They are cute and stylish too. I would love to see them back in stock so I can buy them in black.

Not very comfortable at first but once you wear them in, one of the most comfortable stylish shoe! I have two pairs and the color is very different between them; one is shiny and the other is not.

Like almost all of the other reviews say, these are great boots. The style is pretty versatile. They are really very comfortable - I am in no hurry to take them off when I get home. For me the fit was right on.

Very comfy, definitely runs small. I'm usually and 8 so I got those ones first and they were way too tight. I got an 8.5 and those were perfect. Really cute boots.

These shoes are great-especially for the price. Steve Madden is always worth it! They fit over skinny jeans (and some straight legs), but still are narrow. Perfect.

I love these boots so much that I've just asked my sister in law to pick me up 4 pairs in the states. They are expensive in Canada. I think that if they ever stop making these especially in the cognac that I'll never buy another Steve Madden product again as long as I live. 10 out of 10!

Fits great over skinny jeans or with tights and a skirt. Really impressed with the quality for the price. Very comfortable as well and I have a bit of a wide foot.

Great slouchy boot with '80s goddess style. Works for athletic calves (just a little more scrunch). Cuff the top bit or leave tall. Slipper-level comfort from light leather and low heel. Pair with tights, dresses, jeans, jorts, and a boozy latte. I had a brown pair that I wore to pieces and was thrilled to find these in black. Are you listening to Stevie Nicks or The Pretenders right now? You should be wearing these boots.

These are the most comfortable and cutest boots! I bought them to wear on a trip to Italy where we walked all day everyday. The boots were so comfortable the entire trip. I didn't need to break them in at all. They also fit great over jeans without being tight.

These are my go to, favorite boots. I have both the tan and black, I love these so much that I bought a back up pair in tan since there on sale. Love the pointed toe and very comfortable, they mold to your feet.

I was looking for something casual to wear with flowy skirts or jeans - these are perfect! The fit and heel are designed for comfort. A very happy purchase for me!

These boots are stylish and quite comfortable. I am pregnant and a teacher so I am on my feel all day. I wanted something cute that would last an entire school day and these boots work great! They fit over large calves and are easy to get on (but sometimes hard to get off).

I am currently on my third pair of these boots. Comfortable, cute and hold up well. I wear mine almost every day, mid-fall through early spring. Not a lot of arch support, but easily fixed with an insole. I buy a half size smaller than I usually wear, as I do with all Steve Madden shoes.

These boots were a gift for one of my daughters. She loves them. The leather is beautiful and they are wide in the calves for your jeans to tuck into.

Great, versatile, well-priced boot! I bought a pair last year, and completely wore them through. I looked for other black boot options this year, but couldn't find anything else I really liked or that fit well. So I went back to the Candence. These are a complete steal for how much you'll wear them - I promise!

Fantastic boots! So comfy and pretty I bought a pair in black and tan. A few notes -They run small. I usually wear a size 10 and had to order an 11. The upside to ordering the larger size is that I didn't need to break them in and they were comfortable as soon as I slid them on. The slouchy form and the slit in the back are great for large calves like mine. I can easily slide my jeans into these boots. The leather is soft without feeling flimsy but the boots aren't especially warm. My feet don't freeze, but do get a little chilly if the weather dips below 40 (it could just be my feet). Love, love this boot! Very comfortable and gets lots of compliments. Like the fact it can be worn up or rolled down cuff.
