Nice but... I love the look of these shoes. I usually wear a 6.5 and had to get a 7 because they run small. Then they seem to squeak and squish when I walk. Also, I found them not to be super comfortable. So had to return.

I'm not sure why these are called Sofft or are grouped with other comfort shoes, but these are easily the least comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They are beautiful, though, and I have gotten many compliments, even from strangers. Unfortunately, I can wear them very rarely, and I need a few days for my feet readjust after I do.

These are very narrow. I do not normally need wide shoes however, I am unable to wear the standard width. I wish they came in wide because they are beautiful.

Painfully small toe box. I may try a half size up just to see the difference. This brand is usually a very comfy fit for me. Hmmmm...

Super cute (love the stacked heel), but could do without the shine. However, I will be returning this. The toe box is way too short and cramps my big toe. Sofft shoes are usually so comfortable. I have grown used to the idea of comfortable heels. These don't live up to the comfort level that I have come to expect from the Sofft brand. Too bad.

Like other reviewers said, the toebox on these shoes is a bit small. There could also be much better ball of foot support. The black leather looks too distressed and a bit cheap. My pair came with a flaw on the outside seam so I had to send them back.

I bought this shoe in both the patent and regular leathers. I saw the exact same pair at Macy's and they felt really comfortable. However, the pair I received from my online purchase was narrower and stiffer. Foolishly, I wore both pairs to church thinking I would break them in. I got blisters on my big toe. Plus, my heels kept slipping out, so it was a struggle to walk normally. t's not whether they are true to size. The shoe is just poorly constructed. I can't an't explain the difference in quality between these and the ones at Macy's. I was wondering if these were rejects. I plan to get inserts to see if they will help. Regret this purchase.

Awful - cut my foot just trying to put the first shoe on. I love Sofft products and have several other styles - this one feels like a Narrow. The other shoe never left the box. The seam on the toe cap was sharp. I don't know what happened Sofft.

I bought this shoe because it is a good looking heel and I figured it would be comfortable with the Sofft name. I normally wear a 8-8.5, the 8.5 was way too big & the 8 is tight. Also, these shoes run very narrow. I have narrow feet and the shoe rubs (I have band-aids on the side of my feet & heels). The shoe is not comfortable. I've worn them 4 times (to work; so I am wearing them all day but I am sitting at a desk) and I am so happy when I take them off. If I could return these I would.

I had high hopes for these shoes. I love Sofft for their comfort and was looking for shoes to wear in the office. However, turned out to be super uncomfortable. I ordered 8.5 and 9 and it was the toe box that was so snug I could barely fit my foot in. I think these are designed for lower arches and narrow feet. Disappointed. Off they go.

I loved the look of these shoes. I typically wear 8W. The right shoe fit like a glove. The left shoe was excruciatingly painful. I've stared at them in my hall for a week, occasionally trying them on again hoping it was just a fluke. No fluke for me...my feet are fine...it's the shoes that didn't work. I'm not really a "shoe girl," but I'm so bummed these didn't work out.

I was really disappointed when I received these shoes. I normally wear a 6-6½ so I ordered a 6½. The shoes were so tight I could not even get them on my feet! I hate to say it because although for some people the style is what they are looking for but for me they were a little too old lady looking. I did not like the shape of the toe. I am sending them back.

Absolutely LOVE these shoes! They are definitely the most comfortable heels I have. They have arch support and cushioning for the ball of the foot. I had never purchased a Sofft shoe, but have more on order!

OMG! I LOVE these Ramona shoes! They are like walking on pillows. I wish they were available in more colors and patterns. They are so beautiful. I wore with a simple black dress, nude hose and received so many compliments on these shoes all day at work! Love, love, love!

Buy them. They require minimal breaking-in and they are super-cute. I've even worn them for 12 hrs without feeling pain. And everyone loves them!!!

These shoes are the best. I have foot issues and the sturdy quality is perfect for a night out.

Love these shoes! I have the same shoes in a nude color, a half-size smaller. These are just the tiniest bit big, but the next size down would be too small. I've put little pads in the heel and threat helped. Otherwise, though, these are hugely comfortable heels. They look fantastic under jeans and with dresses, either dressy for work or casual.

I was looking for red shoes and when I saw these I bought them immediately. They look great on the feet and also very comfortable inspite of high heel. I would recommend to buy half size bigger than usual.

I love these shoes! They're so comfortable and great color. I got them in luggage leather. I can wear them with just about anything. I will definitely buying another pair.
