I adore this shoe. I have flat feet and usually my feet hurt after 5-10 min of wearing any heel over 2" high. This shoe is so comfortable and my feet feel supported. I've worn them out for a night on the town as well as for full days of work with no issues. If you want a cute and stylish yet COMFORTABLE heel you can wear to work or out, these are the ones for you.

Very cute patent leather shoes. I usually can't wear a high heel but these are comfortable. I'm either a size 9 or 9.5 and need to get 9.5 for Sofft shoes.

I am a flight attendant and always on my feet. This shoe is incredibly comfortable. I am on my second pair. I can walk for miles in the airport with zero discomfort. I normally have to put inserts for extra comfort but these are perfect the way they are. The platform gives you extra support. I would highly recommend these shoes. I wear them with my uniform as well as a cocktail dress out on my layover.

I really wanted these shoes to work, but they were too big. I wear a 7 or 7 1/2, depending on the brand, and these weren't close to fitting in a 7 1/2. I didn't really get a feel for how they fit since they were too long.

This is the 2nd pair of this style I have (I had the taupe color first). These feel likely they run a slight bit smaller than my taupe pair... but I'm willing to stretch them out because they look so good. I'm a true sofft fan!

I love these shoes. This is my 2nd pair diff. color. I'm a size 7 slightly wider. These I can wear all day at work. I can actually run in them! Ok it's more like a quick trot. Very sturdy heel I don't feel wobbly. Looks great, with jeans and skirts. I'm actually going to buy black leather for a more professional look.

This shoe is amazing! I am usually a size 8.5 medium in dress shoes; however, the toe box on this shoe was extremely tight in that size so I went up to a size 9. Bingo! Perfect fit. These shoes required zero "breaking in" time. I wore them to a wedding and danced all night in them with no ill effects. I highly recommend purchasing these pumps especially if you are a novice heel wearer like me. Great stability and they are super cute! I received many compliments! Definitely order a size up or purchase a heel stretcher for that toe box area.

I love this shoe! The black leather looks beautiful, with a nice shine in between matte and patent leather. It is comfortable yet very stylish. I wear it all day at work, up and down stairs, and running from meeting to meeting. You won't regret the investment.

Opened the box, love at first site, I knew these shoes would fit into my lifestyle. Comfortable all day long just like everyone said it would be. The heel didn't feel as high as it seemed either, because it was offset by the small wedge. I would be extremely happy if they would have this pair in a tan/bone. When I have a tan and black pair of shoes my wardrobe is complete. I am still searching for that perfect Tan shoe. No regrets on this shoes, it's a keeper.

These shoes are very comfortable and cute! I ordered the beige/tan color. It is a nice nude pump that looks great. The shoe is a little stiff in the toe box, but after wearing for a few hours it loostens up. Since there is a hidden platform, the heel does not feel as high as it is. I have ordered many pairs of Sofft shoes and this is high quality, like the rest of them.

This shoe is an adorable, yet comfortable pump. Encases your foot in comfort with great arch support. This is literally the first time I can wear a pump all day and not have aching feet. I own 3 different pairs of this style.

Wow, this shoe is divine. Once I stepped into it, I knew it was a keeper. It literally feels like you are wearing socks. I regularly don't wear heels and have had a history of foot problems, so finding a heel that is both stylish and comfortable is challenging. Well worth the money. I just ordered a pair in leather.

These are miracle shoes. I have hard-to-fit feet with oddly bent toes and high arches. I can rarely find shoes that fit from the start, and when I do, I regret it after an hour of wearing them. These Sofft Ramona shoes, however, were comfy for a full day and night, including dancing at a wedding. The shape and padded footbed really worked magic. I am a Sofft convert!

Normally, I wear a 6 1/2W or 7B. Tried the 7B and the toe box was too small. It's always a bit frustrating when a shoe isn't available in wide width. I ordered a 7.5B and that one fit. The shoe is beautiful. The platform really makes the high heel comfortable. Zappos is my favorite source for shoes. It's so easy to order and return.

Received in time for the wedding. The shoes are very comfortable and I was able to dance all night. Zappos.com was great. A good experience...great shoes.

Lovely shoes! I don't wear such high heels too often, so I was delighted with how comfortable and sturdy these are. Great neutral color will transition from summer into fall.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are perfect for work. It took me a couple of days to break them in (I think that is because I had not worn dress shoes in a few months) and after that, they are very comfortable. They look great with slacks and skirts. The bit of platform is nice, and the heel size is just right. They are awesome shoes!

Very difficult to find these in a store to try on and confirm my size in Sofft shoes, but I ordered my normal 6.5M. They were very tight, so I had to return them and size up to a 7M, which I have never had to do with other brands. The shoes are super cute, and the color is a perfect neutral (Sand).

These are a keeper...fantastic. I'm so thankful for Zappos because I order a lot of shoes and I also send a lot back. I'm one of those who has a hard time finding a shoe that fits good and feels good. I wanted a shoe that I could wear with everything, and one that looked cute, and these are so perfect and they feel good on my feet, plus they make my legs look really terrific. I love the round toe and the heel is great with the platform. I wish they would make them in red...I'm going to order another pair just to be on the safe side. Love these shoes.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. And the quality of the leather, the sole, everything is right with these shoes. Of course the looks is the number one thing that got me I love these shoes. Just all around classy.
