Beautiful shoes but too little room for 20% of my toes! Much nicer tan the heels I ended up with but had to return them

These shoes are not as comfortable as I thought they would be. I walked 4 blocks each way to a client's one day and a few minutes later, my knee started to hurt. I wouldn't recommend this. I only wear this for short periods, not even the whole day.

I read all the reviews of the shoe and found similar experiences with others. This shoe was very narrow in the toe area and my actual size was very tight. I also ordered the 1/2 size up, which wasn't much better in the toe area (not much) and it slipped in the back. I also ordered the Sofft Broadway in the 1/2 size up-that looks the same and it was much...more comfortable both in the toe and also had the padding Sofft is known for, whereas the Ramona did not. I had my daughter walk around the house in them to stretch them out and she really enjoyed them. I asked why they didn't hurt her feet (she is the same size) and her comment was that I have 'fatter toes' than her! I thought that was funny, but really my toes are normal. So if you have bigger or wider toes - this shoe is not for you.

I was hoping for a pair of fashionable yet comfortable shoes to wear to work, however despite the name, these shoes are extremely stiff and painful to wear. I know they would cause terrible blisters so I am not even going to try! Also, the insole is not any more padded than a standard shoe. I thought Sofft was a comfort brand but maybe not? One good thing about them is that the platform is flexible which is unusual for platform pumps. Too bad I have to return them because they are really cute shoes.

Great looking shoe, versatile for summer, spring and early fall, but just not as comfortable as I thought they should be. The comments about the toe area, are very true, to tight for me.

These are beautiful shoes but only comfortable if you don't have to walk much. I live in Dansko shoes most of the time but wanted something pretty for dress-up. These shoes fit the bill- I love the look. I bought up a half size as my normal size felt tight. I do wish shoe companies would make comfortable and elegant pumps! These pumps are elegant but not very comfortable.

These are way too pinched in the toe box. They look hot, but hurt. I am going to try one size up. They do not fit like any of my other Soffts.

This is a cute shoe, and I really like the combination of a platform and a solid heel. However, I did not find it at all comfortable. I normally love Sofft shoes, but I agree with reviewers who stated that the toe box felt too small. It wouldn't help me to order a size larger because my heel was already slipping out (normally a sign that the shoe is too big). Although many reviewers commented that the size ran small, I think that the real problem is that the toe box isn't great for those with normal/long toes. I normally wear size 8, and my feet have high arches. Love the folks at Zappos--but this pair of shoes will return to sender.

I bought 4 pairs of Sofft pumps, the Ramona and the Broadway. They all had the same issue with the toe box being incredibly short and extremely uncomfortable. Unwearable, actually. I don't understand why the exact same styles I tried on at Macy's did not have that problem. Next time I'll heed the warnings of reviewers.

These shoes would be amazing - but they are too uncomfortable to wear. The toe box is just too short which makes it incredibly painful and unwearable. Otherwise, the padded footbed, thick sturdy heel, and textured ball make these incredible heels to own. Also I felt that the nude tone somehow looked very dowdy - like an old lady or nurses's comfort shoe. Unfortunately these pumps come so close yet so far.

Wanted to like these shoes, but didn't. They were very big and clunky looking - like a "sensible" shoe your grandmother might wear. In the interest of full disclosure, I wear a 10, so these might look better on a smaller foot, but, for me - they had to go back.

I wanted so much to like these shoes. They were pretty comfortable when I first put them on, but when I tried to teach a 2 hour college class in them, after the first hour only pride kept me from taking them off and going barefoot. Plus, they also slipped off my heels. Sore feet: won't stay on and back they go.

First, these run extremely small. I am usually a 7 1/2 or 8, ordered the 8 and probably would have been comfortable in a 9. Compared to other Sofft shoes, these are not very comfortable - hard sides due to the patent leather. I ordered the "sand" color and found it to be too "pinky" toned. Style on this shoe is cute though.

I tried the same pair at a department store and found them extremely comfortable. The ones I ordered from Zappos were horrible. Tried breaking them in with no luck. The toe box is way too narrow. My heel slipped out, too even though I bought inserts to prevent that. I bought 2 other similar Sofft styles and ended up with same problems. I kept trying to break them in but they still hurt. Don't know if I can still return them. I wonder why the ones at the department store were so comfy while the ones I bought from Zappos were awful.

I love these! They fit perfectly and I can wear them all day long. They run true to size and are comfortable. Unfortunately the patent leather started to crack on one shoe! It is not a tiny crack it is pretty long. I wore them for work (and not every day) and I noticed last month the crack so I got less than seven months of wear. At this price they should have lasted for at least a year.

I decided to try these because so many ladies with foot problems said it was comfortable. For me they were not. Heel too high, dug into bunion, too much pressure on front pad of foot. Returned them. They did look nice, but only felt good when I sat down!

Hands down the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Very disappointing since I love this brand. The shoe is very stylish, but torture on the feet.

Bought these shoes because they looked like the right color and heel height; however, the fit is very uncomfortable. I wear a 6.5 and have a narrow foot so I ordered the size 6.5. The first time I wore them my heel kept popping out from the back so I bought heel support to help. Now that I can walk in them without my foot falling out, they are super uncomfortable. The front is so narrow that I couldn't wear them for the whole day and I sit for most of my work day. I ended up having to switch shoes at lunch. This purchase was a waste of money.
