I am a loyal buyer of Sofft shoes because they are great for long work days. These did not disappoint. I love the platform look. For work shoes, these are just the right combo of function, sexy and comfortable.

I love these shoes...very classic and very classy! I generally wear a 7.5 narrow width, but ordered up a half size based upon other reviews I read, hoping that the fact that they seem to "run narrow" would work to my advantage. Unfortunately, there is a gap at my heel with the size 8. Perhaps they are more true to size than I expected. I will try to exchange and hope for the best!

Had to return them. Too tight. Love the brand, but this style runs small. Ramona II runs more true to size.

Love the shoes. Comfortable, sleek and pretty. I read previous reviews before purchasing and ordered half size larger. Perfect fit.

Love these shoes. They look like a much more expensive version! For me the toe box area of the shoe was just tight. I love the brand and Zappos and will be keeping my eye out for a similar pair!

This is the most comfortable pump I have ever worn! Amazing support and cushion, looks wonderful with jeans or a dress. High enough to be fun, made to wear all day.

I love these shoes. They give height but are easy to walk in. They are so comfortable! I got them in half a size bigger than I usually take as I do not like to break in heels and they are perfect. So I do not know if I can say they fit true to size.

I love these shoes! I wear them to work almost daily and they are so comfortable. I bought them because I had another pair of Sofft shoes that I completely wore into the ground. They are fantastic "at the office" shoes. Highly recommend!

This might be the most comfortable heel I've ever found. My job requires me to wear heels 8 hours a day and I don't know how many pairs I've gone through already; and this is definitely the one that I will buy an extra pair as back up! I bought this in black and in red and I love them!

I love these shoes. At first, I thought they were too tight, then I discovered a cardboard piece at the top of the toe. Who knew 1/8" of cardboard could make such a difference? It matched the lining color, thus was invisible to the eye. The beige color is the perfect neutral / nude. These look like high heels, and I have the sense that I'm up high when wearing them, yet have no trouble walking in them. Normally, I land on my face in anything 3" or higher. I did have to take a few minutes to convince myself that they weren't stripper shoes.

These are comfortable with height and attitude. Rare combination these days! They are great for work and a basic black sweater with skinny jeans. I have three pair - 2 black and 1 brown. They are my basic go to shoes.

The heels look and feel fabulous! The toe is rounded so my toes aren't cramped, the arch support is great! Worth the money!

I read reviews on these shoes before I purchased and I want to say I really appreciate Zappos posting the pros and cons of all brand shoes. These pumps are beautiful and perfect for long work days; however, I had to purchase a 1/2 size larger as they run a little short in the toe box and width was very snug in my regular size. The 1/2 size larger was perfect and I love them! Thank you.

I absolutely love these shoes! I had been pondering about ordering these for about six months and I am glad I finally did. This is probably about my sixth pair of Sofft shoes and they fit the best! True to size. I have a hard time finding good heels, because my toes are long and I have narrow heels, and I don't even need to put gel heel liners in! Even with my long toes, there isn't any sign of "toe cleavage". Along with that, Zappos has amazing service, as always!

This shoe is well made and very versatile. I originally went for the Ramona II (peep toe) but size 10 seemed too small and 11 too big, so I thought I would try the closed toe. When first tried on, the top of the shoe seemed to cut into the top of my foot. I massaged the shoe leather for a bit to "soften it up" and it then fit much better. I've seen it available in fire red patent and I think I may have to get that one too!

Top part that comes across the toes was terribly uncomfortable. I think my feet must be thicker than most. Shoes were long enough and sort of wide enough - I have really wide feet, so I'd say these fit medium to narrow. They're going back. Too bad because they are super cute!!!

I love how padded these are inside, and the platform makes the height so comfortable. I do think they are a little narrow for a "comfort" shoe, but then again I have pretty wide feet. The heel is also just wide enough to provide excellent support, but not so wide that it looks frumpy/clunky. The toe box is slightly short, but I think that adds to the stylish look. I usually wear a 5.5 or 6, and I got these in a 6. They ended up being a little big, but I stuck some heel pads on, and they're good now.

I just got this shoe yesterday and wore it, standing for 4 hours straight, this after a vigorous morning workout. They didn\'t hurt my feet at all and didn\'t feel like I was wearing heels!

I am so picky about shoes. I need to be on my feet all day that I have mostly worn Clarks flat (not exactly the cutest in the world). I was excited when I came across this pump. It is comfortable, looks so hot and I stay in them pounding on my feet all day long and still go workout after! I loved these shoes so much I bought the black...that's how great they are!

Another great shoe by Sofft! I really like the platform in the front. They are great right out of the box.

Great shoe but, I have been wearing Sofft for years. This one is very roomy. So roomy when I wear an 11. I need a 10 in this shoe.

I normally wear size 6.5 or 7.0. For this style, 6.5 fits me better. The size 7 is okay, but my feet tend to slip out from the shoes while trying them on. My toes had to grab it while walking around in my room. So I decided to keep the 6.5 which is a snug fit but doesn't cause any pain. This is my first pair of Sofft, and they're amazing! I can actually feel the cushion pushing back as I put pressure on them. They are dressy and sweet looking. Great for formal job interviews and special occasions. Oh, I just love them. Can't believe heels can be this wearable.

Nice and comfortable shoe. It is true to size. I wear a 9B. I just thought it was too heavy for the summer. I exchanged them for a much light weight high heel. I was also pleased with the next date delivery from Zappos. Thanks.

These are my second pair of Sofft pumps, and they are fabulous. The color is gorgeous in person - it is a slightly crinkled patent with a sheen; it looks like a burnished metallic chocolate. And the fit is perfect and so comfortable for a heel of this height. I walked across town in the city on my first wear, and they are incredibly comfortable, with no pinching or rubbing.
