I found these true to size. Others suggested to buy a size up, but a half size up was too big. These are not nearly as comfortable as other Sofft's I've worn. Fine for a night out or half day, but when I wore them for a 9-hour day, my feet were killing me.

Nice shoe but the toe box was really tight. I returned and was sad about it since it was otherwise a well made and comfortable shoe. The platform might run a touch on the clunky side however.

Cute shoe but my foot was way too cramped. I can usually order shoes online and not have any problems with sizing but these were way too small. I am an 8 with pretty wide feet.

Very cute, comfortable foot bed, but the toe box was too short. I may order in a 1/2 size larger in the winter. I am a true 8.5 with a fairly narrow foot - a short toe box is not a common problem for me. Style wise - this shoe did not disappoint.

Although I love how these shoes look, their are comfort shoes for people with narrow feet. The toe box is too narrow, and I couldn't get them to stretch out.

Oh these were so cute... but SOOOOOOO uncomfortable. I couldn't keep them on longer then 10 minutes. They squish your toes; I ended up wearing a cheaper pair of pumps that were more comfortable. I was dissapointed.

This are amazing pumps. I am a big stiletto heel girl, but just can't wear them anymore. I needed something that I could walk around NYC in without looking like a dweeb. This is the shoe. Out of the box comfortable, very pretty on, just a win-win. The footbed is actually springy, surprisingly padded -wide enough in the toe box, perfect heel height, and did I mention it's very pretty on? Jump on these. I will be ordering in other colors. My new perfect pump. Sorry, Manolo.

I love these shoes. They are the most comfortable heels that I own. I bought them in the sand color, which I love. I also have them in the black patent, which looks great with black tights when it is chilly outside. Zappos was great also. I ordered them on a Saturday night and received them on Tuesday. Thank you Zappos for a job well done. I will definitely be back.

These pumps are very comfortable. I am a flight attendant and have been looking for a conservative pair of comfortable pumps for a while and spent a lot of money trying to find a perfect pair. These are really great, you can't go wrong. They have a lot of cushion for the ball of your foot and the rounded toe area keeps your toes from being all crammed together. Check to make sure all of the cardboard is out of the toe box area.

I have them in the black patent (at the time they were only available in patent). I think patent pinches toes a bit but other than that - great shoe. Super comfy to wear all day at work and even elsewhere. Wish it came in more colors (I won't buy the open toe version). Super cushioned. I took one star off style because the platform should be covered and the wood heel does not look very sophisticated but overall fantastic shoe for comfort, work and day events. The price is a smidge high too but I think you get your money's worth out of this shoe as you can wear it almost everyday.

These shoes are very comfortable, company (Sofft) overall has very comfortable shoes as I have another pair. Color is great, goes with everything, can be worn all year long.

I bought these shoes in a 7.5 in the black patent leather for work. I normally a 7. I am a flight attendant so my feet swell with the long hours and the pressurization of the aircraft. The heel is thick enough for safety reasons and not too big to look like grandma shoes. They past my uniform compliance check for those who are in the industry. They are very comfortable once you get them broken in. I found that the toe bed is tight. I just ordered my second pair in a 8 and they fit much better in the toe area. I put a small insert in the 8s so they don't flop off the back of my foot and now they fit even better and are even more comfortable. I love these shoes. I looked for a really hard time to find a quality shoe with a stacked heel instead of a cheap wrapped one. Patent Leather heels with wrapped heels always get damaged so quickly. Spend the extra money! It's worth it!

This shoe is a beauty. It runs a little small so since I normally take a 6 1/2 I ordered a 7 and it fits great. Very stylish and comfortable.

I ordered 5 pairs of nude heels all in one order from Zappos so I could choose my favorite by a process of elimination (other heels included Nine West 'ambitious', Nine West 'Rocha', Gabriella Rocha 'Franklynn', Madden Girl 'unify') . The Sofft 'Ramona' won by a landslide in looks and comfort. I knew as soon as I opened the box that these were the keepers. Of course, with my luck, they are the most expensive of the 5, but I believe comfort is worth the extra dough, especially if it means I can wear the heels all day without pain. I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the box because I had remembered the heels appearing a bit clunky in the photos, but they are really quite sexy in person. The platform is distinguishable and very modern. Not a platform that you see every day, which is really what I like most about its looks. As soon as I slipped it on, I immediately felt the amazing foot padding at the ball of my foot. Like walking on little clouds. I don't think I've ever said that about anything with a 3 1/2 inch heel! Total keepers!

These shoes are very comfortable. I love all Sofft shoes. I normally take a 7.5 or an 8...in these I need an 8.5.

I was looking for shoes for a big presentation I have coming up. They had to be cute and fashionable, they had to give me enough height to keep my pant hems from dragging BUT they had to be comfy and stable enough that I don't fall on my face in front of hundreds of people! No small task to find such a shoe. Thankfully, there is the Zappos app for iPad! Some serious browsing time later, followed by the always insanely brief wait for shoes, and voila, my perfect shoe is here. Everything I had hoped for! Cute with just a touch of funky in the wooden platform. Yet also, stable and sturdy enough for all day. Great shoe!

I haven't worn these shoes yet besides inside the house, but they seem extremely comfortable so far! They fit like a glove. I bought them as a type of nude shoe, which they are not for me as I have pale skin, but they are beautiful anyway. Looking forward to wearing them with a cute spring dress I just bought.

Amazing! wore these for residency interviews, weddings, fancy occasions etc. They are so comfortable I can be in them for hours.

I bought these shoes about 6 months ago and have really enjoyed them. I am a teacher and need a professional looking shoe with enough comfort to stand for several hours on end. These are definitely not as comfortable as my previous Sofft heels, but they are far better than any other heels I have tried. They are not as flexible and feel more snug in the toe box than my last Sofft pair. I was surprised though at how great they look and how well they go with just about everything in my closet. I bought the Sand patent color. They are perfect with gray or brown tones - they appear to almost change colors perfectly when I wear them with different items. They are also very versatile - they fit perfectly at work or out to dinner. I would highly recommend this shoe!

I love these shoes! True to the name, comfy for a high-heel shoe, yet stylish. I spent an entire day at work without any pain or getting any blisters. I would highly recommend!

These are the best Sofft shoes I've owned in a long time (and I have probably about 25 pairs). Sofft is my go-to brand for comfort and style. I have this style in every color except the red but I wish they would come out with more colors and patterns for the fall in the Ramona. A suede leopard pattern would be great. I've tried a few of the other styles that have the animal prints, but they're not nearly as comfortable or stylish as the Ramona.

Love the footbed, very comfortable and so soft. Love the style, very chic. However, I really wish they produce this line with "Wide" for people with big feet. Ordered 8.5 Medium. Usually I wear 8.5 Wide. I didn't realize Medium and Wide will have this much of different. My front toes are feeling really uncomfortable, I have to return this pair, although I really don't want to and wish I can wear them.
