These are really comfortable given the height of the heel. But I have always found Sofft shoes to be very padded and comfortable. True to size and they are really cute!

Was excited to get these lovely pumps...but alas, they feel much smaller than the 7.5 I normally wear. Will try ordering an 8, but if that doesn't work...

Beautiful shoe but too small of toe box for my wide foot. If you aren't use to wearing heels, don't get this shoe. It's gorgeous and wish I could wear it. Had to return it and go for the sensible shoe.

This is a comfortable and cute shoe! I ordered a 1/2 size larger, as recommended by others; however, it was too big. My normal size was perfect!

Oh what comfort and joy to wear these stylish shoes. I have received many compliments, they are soft and comfortable for the entire 8 hours on the job. I do lots of walking around and did not experience any discomfort.

These are very comfortable shoes. The platform helps offset the heel height. They do run slightly smaller than the stated size.

Very comfortable and the only heels I've been able to wear since having a neuroma on the bottom of my foot. Better yet, they don't look like old lady shoes in any way shape or form. I plan to order in other colors, too.

These are the most comfortable pair of heels I own. I have wide feet and the first time I wore them they were a little tight, but after that they were stretched out perfectly hugged my little feet. So comfortable I bought them in nude and will be buying the taupe shortly. They are definitely worth every penny!

I never write reviews on shoes (but I always read them). I love these shoes. I wore them all day on Mother's Day and was standing quite a bit. These shoes felt great the entire day. The lining is super soft but it's really the front platform that is the winner here. I can't wait to buy another pair. And Zappos service made it fun and easy to buy. Thank you!

Holy cow, I love this shoe. It's about as comfy as heels this high get - which is obviously nowhere near as comfy as your bedroom slippers if that's what you're looking for, but comfy enough that you don't feel like committing hara-kiri in the second hour you have them on. The platform and slightly thicker heel add a lot of stability. I don't feel like my knees are about to give out like I do I a lot of non- wedge heels. They are also very nice looking. The nude is a great color that looks like a lot of other expensive shoes, and the heel is angled so you don't notice that it's a little thicker than normal. I did wear these around the house for a day or two with socks to break them in because the heel was a little stiff.

I just purchased these shoes and they are wonderful! I have been trying to find the perfect black high heel shoes and I need to look no more! I am a flight attendant and am on my feet all day. These shoes are so comfortable and stylish! Thanks Zappos!

I\'m very impressed. This shoe is absolutely beautiful. I was afraid the heel was going to be a little short, since I\'m only 23 and everyone seems to wear 5 inch heels now-a-days. But it looked great on. Very classy. The patent leather is beautiful and the shoe is very padded. I don\'t normally wear heels and these were a breeze to walk in and very comfortable. I was on my feet for a long time one night and by the end of the night my feet didn\'t hurt much. Great arch support, for once my arches didnt hurt. I do suggest walking around in them at home if they feel a little tight because I feel like they somewhat stretch to your foot. Anyway, even though they are pricey I would recommend them because I think they are a great investment.

I love these shoes. I couldn't believe how comfortable they were right out of the box. That's saying a lot because I have wide feet with slight bunions, and wearing heels is usually a miserable experience! Not with these! The only negative is that they're a little bit squeaky. I hope that will go away as I wear them more. I'm keeping them anyway. They're gorgeous, comfortable, and make me feel beautiful and strong. I can't ask much more from a shoe!

Sofft is a brand I wear everyday. I have bad feet from wearing high heels for years. With a Sofft shoe, I can wear them all day without my feet hurting, no matter what the heel height. The other nice thing about Sofft Shoes is their quality. These shoes last forever. I recommend the Ramona heel to anyone who needs a high pump. They are both classy and comfortable.

Not as comfortable as the same version of this shoe with a smaller heel but way more comfortable than any other work heel I have! I wear these at least 3 times a week for work. I have really flat feet and these are comfortable for about 6 hours out of the day.

I am looking for comfortable, closed toe black heels to wear in primarily business settings, but that could be dressed down. I bought these along with the Naturalizer Lennox shoes in black patent. The Sofft shoe is actually less comfortable than the Lennox (which has more padding and the inside of the shoe has softer material so it will not be as likely to rub blisters). The Ramona still seemed to be decent shoes, but there are better options out there for less money. However, it felt true to size, had decent arch support, and was stylish. However, since the Lennox are better shoes and costs less than the Ramona, I will be returning these.

Such a hot shoe! I usually wear an 8.5 and ordered a 9 since most of the reviews said it runs small. The 9 is a touch big but I can tell an 8.5 would've been too small. A gel thingy in the ball of the foot area helps, but still a touch loose in the heel which makes you sometimes step out of them. It is true to width and super comfortable, but I pushed it and after a few hours of wearing on the first time out, got a few blisters. Bummer. But a great shoe, super sexy and I got a lot of compliments.

Needed a workhorse black pump. Hoped I'd score with a Sofft. Despite the best cushioning I've had in a pump, these are uncomfortable and I'm looking for another go to black pump. The 8 was too short and crunched my toes, the 8 1/2 too big; my toes slide to the front and rub nearly raw after a day at work.

These shoes are so cute but it's not really comfortable at all. I have to return them. They squeeze my toes and I have narrow toes. The heel also easily slips off.

I tried several of the best rated pumps on this site, and these were the third most comfortable. I recommend Naturalizer or Clarks over this shoe; they were more comfortable. If you get this shoe, get a half size larger. I ordered my normal size and a half size larger based on other reviews, and they were right; they run small and I would need the half size larger one.

These are the perfect color and they looked so cute. But they were not so soft. It may be the wood-look platform, but they were really stiff to walk in. I already have a pair of Sofft sandals that are really comfortable so I hoped these would be. I wear 8¾M usually, with a little wider foot in front. These squeezed my toes in front a little. They run really small. I ordered a 9 since they only came in a medium, and still too small in length and width. Oh, well, at least they were super easy to return to Zappos!

I ordered the size 6 and the heel is slipping! This is a gorgeous shoe! I got heel guards and still slipping, hate to send back, since they don't make 5.5 still trying to keep them b/c so cute, haven't been able to wear out yet. all other Soffts fit fine. Order half size smaller!

Beautiful shoe, but runs at least a size small. I usually wear 6.5; would probably need at least a 7.5 in this style, so size up! So the one star I gave for comfort relates to my inability to get it on!
