Love these shoes! I wasn't sure I'd like the patent leather, but it is beautiful. These shoes are very comfortable and can withstand a long day of work. I love that these can go from work to evening!

Love these. Super comfortable, but still stylish (this combo is hard to find!). I like that the heel is still pretty high...usually really comfortable shoes tend to have lower heels. I walked 5 blocks in them the 1st day I got them and no blisters!

These shoes are just wonderful. First, they are gorgeous, better in person. I usually wear a 9.5-10, and a 9.5 fits me great. They are comfortable, stable, and look far higher & more stylish than they feel, because they feel fantastic. I wish they made them in even more colors!

I love these pumps! Soft cushioned footbed for comfort and leather lining to wick away moisture. The heel is the perfect height and the mini platform helps alleviate pressure on the balls of the feet. These shoes feel like they were custom made for my feet, I wear a size 9 in closed toe shoes and ordered a 9. The toe box is short and snug, but I have short toes, so it's not a problem. This might be an issue for women with longer toes.

My husband loved the way the nude heel makes my leg look longer. There is a very well made, short toebox. I love the leather lining, and am looking for comfortable insoles to help with the fit. I usually wear a 7½ in heels, but could only get these in an 8 so they are a little long, however they do still have the short toe box.

For a high heel, these are very comfortable because of the platform and the very soft inside of the shoe. These are truly the only heels I can even consider wearing and work extremely well.

Fantastic shoe! They are perfect for work and they make my legs look long. I refuse to wear heels that hurt (heels that hurt = a poorly designed shoe at any price). I've never had any problems with Sofft heels. I can walk around in the Ramona all day without any discomfort and can climb stairs (or run) without any problems.

Based on other reviews I tried both a 9 and 9.5 and found that the 9 feels snug at first, but the 9.5 is way too big. The shoes stretch fairly quickly and became comfortable within hours, even though at first I thought they were way too tight/narrow in the toe box. They are really great looking shoes and, once broken in, very comfortable. highly recommend.

Great fit, great feel, great look. Nice to get a comfort shoe that actualy looks stylish. Oh, and Zappos upgraded me to one day ship. The best customer service always.

This shoe is awesome. Great fit with lots of cushion. The nude color is very fashionable right now. I also love how there's a hint of platform without cheesy/teeny-bopper overkill.

Very comfortable with a nice, moderate heel height. I was on the fence about the retro styling, but my boyfriend gave them the thumbs up. I ordered a 9, but will have to exchange for 1/2 size larger.

Fabulous shoes! I read the reviews before I bought them and I was concerned the size might be too big. I wear a 7.5 and was tempted to buy an 8 because of what I read. Thankfully I bought my true size, a 7.5, regardless of the reviews. These shoes are true to size and if you buy up, you'll be very disappointed!

Love them. Comfy, but they look even less like comfortable shoes on than they do in the picture. Really kind of hot on - but comfortable. I ordered them in Sand patent as well.

How do I love this shoe? Let me count the ways. Gorgeous, comfortable, sexy, goes from day to night to day to night seamlessly. The only pair of shoes you really ever need! I am in awe of the comfort - 12 hours and no pain. Love the shade of nude - works well on my fair complexion. Have work with formal dresses and pencil skirts. Love!

The are the most gorgeous pumps I have ever owned. I now own two pairs (sand and black), and in the future when I need (or want) a different colored pump, I will come back to the Ramona by Sofft. The patent finish is so beautiful. They are comfortable, look great, and feel secure when walking. Great job Sofft!

In love with the Ramona Pump! Very comfortable, I work on my feet all day and no complains from my feet! I bought the grey/taupe color and it is really nice and neutral, and goes with everything. I wear a size 6.5 and it fits very true to size. Buying another pair! Worth every penny!

I ordered these shoes a half size larger based on the reviews that I read. I didn't have the same issue with my heels slipping that I had read about. In fact, these are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I have actually worn them when I know I'll be walking because they are totally comfortable. I plan to order them in other colors because it is so hard for me to find shoes that are comfortable for everyday wear. I also love the style. They are so cute!

These shoes are beautiful and very comfortable. I wore them for the first time all day to work and my feet felt great. I got all kinds of compliments and the nude looks great with my pale skin. Highly recommend.

I have been eyeing these shoes for months and finally orderd them. Don't know what took me so long. They are so sexy and comfortable for a high heel. Got it the sand so it can go with everything. And very happy with Zappos, ordered my shoes Friday night and got them Monday evening.

Very beautiful shoe, color even nicer than I expected - but this is very high. So not as comfortable as the typical sofft shoe; however, still very pretty and will wear for special occasions.

I took some time to finally order the shoes. I was skeptical due to the conflicting reviews in size fit. I always wear a 6 1/2 but was tempted to order a 7 based on reviews. Boy I'm I glad I didn't. The 6 1/2 was perfect. I think if you normally wear a wide then you should go up a size to give you extra room. They are beautiful!
