Sofft’s Ramona is a very cute and comfortable shoe. A little tight in the toe area, but will stretch to your foot with wear. Style isn’t compromised with the cushioned footbed, stacked heel, and platform. I get so many compliments on these. Shipped to me in lightning fast speed. Zappos Service is Second to None!!!

Beautiful shoe. Unfortunately it has a narrow toe box and I have bunions. I wanted a black shoe that was dressy and comfortable. I would be great for someone who does not need a wider shoe.

The color is perfect! Love the comfy foot bed. Unfortunately the toe box is a little narrow which can make for sore toes at the end of a long day.

Gorgeous pump and I hoped with the platform it would be more comfy than it is. It is comfy given that the heel is 3.5", but I still feel that my feet slide down and my toes get crunched. I'll save this for dress up, and stick with my other lower Sofft pumps for everyday.

I have the Ramona in Taupe Grey and love them so I decided to order a pair in black. This is a great looking black pump. My only issue is the toe box in the right shoe feels tight. I actually ordered a second pair because I thought it was a manufacturing defect and, again, the toe box on the right shoe felt tight.

These are awesome shoes! They are stunning! They are very tight in the toe area. I am waiting for them to stretch. I do not have wide feet at all.

Unlike others who feel as though these shoes feel like flats, I would disagree with that statement. These shoes are quite lovely and are very professional for the office environment. If the extent of your time on your feet is walking from meeting to meeting, to lunch, and around your office, you'll be fine and really like the shoes. If you're planning on wearing them all day long to a conference or event where you're standing still, perhaps they are still too much of a high heel for that. This is just my opinion as I find that no matter how much you pay for high heels (have several pairs of Cole Haan Nike Airs) they are still high heels at the end of the day and they were designed for looks and not comfort. Also, I normally wear a 6 and bought both the 6 and the 6.5. 6.5 was too big and my heel was slipping from the get-go. I put wooden shoe trees in the size 6's before I wore them so they could stretch. That made all the difference.

They are a nice looking shoe and pretty comfortable. I'm using thin insoles for added comfort and heel snugs because they have a tendency to slip off my heel - even though they are the appropriate size. I have wide feet and can't wear any of my favorite high heels for more than an hour so these were a pretty good alternative!

Great color, style and sole is truly comfy but patent uppers are so stiff they don't bend! Sad to send them back, but these are supposed to be comfortable shoes!

These are gorgeous and comfortable, but my normal size of 7.5 feels a bit short in the toebox. I am going to try an 8 and see if they feel better and I truly hope they work.

I went up a half size and added a heel grip for a good fit. I am able to wear the shoe all day, with quite a bit of walking, and my feet are only a bit sore at the end. Have it in red and black, both are fun and versatile.

I love these shoes but couldn't keep them after 3 tries. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger based upon the reviews. I sent those back for a full size which was too big. I realized the toe box needed to be wider, and unfortunately wide widths are not available :(

Make my legs look gorgeous! Pretty comfy. A little tight in the ball of the foot area, but that is loosening up the more I wear them. The sandy, neutral color is gorgeous and I get compliments on them.

I bought these shoes for a wedding and was pleased with the look and comfort of the shoe. I danced all night long with no pain. True to size.

This is a super cute pump, and very comfortable. I usually wear a 10, but every once in a while, I need an 11 in Sofft. That was the case with this. Luckily, Zappos came through, as always!

So cute! Not as soft as most Soffts, but when they are this great color. They run smaller than Sofft brand usually does and add a full size to previous Sofft purchases, add a full size to your larger shoe size purchases. Add 1 1/2 sizes to your smaller shoe size purchases.

This is a near perfect pump for work. Not too high-fashion or distracting and not too frumpy. I ordered in size 10 and size 11 and will be returning the 10s. I normally wear a 10 but these are far too narrow and the 11s while too long give me the extra toe box room I need.

I really like these shoes but agree the toe area is crammed. I am going to try to get them stretched a bit before I order a larger size.

I love the look of these, but they are way too small. I can\'t believe the other reviewers who said they ran large. I am going to try a larger size. They hurt when I put them on and they hurt when I sit down with them on, so it had nothing to do with them being heels.

Beautiful shoes! However had no arch support, foot slide down in shoe and toes hurt really bad after 30 minutes. Could not wait to get home and take them off.

I've had Sofft patent leather shoes before, and loved them, but these seemed very hard. They also seemed about a half size too small. The style was so-so. Some have commented that the style is "clunky". I don't expect the sexy-ness of a 5" heel with the comfort of a flat. Usually Sofft does a great job finding the middle ground, but not in love with these. Had they been more comfy, I'd have re-ordered a larger size. But since they were just OK, I'm returning them.

I really wanted to like these. Having to wear professional shoes with style (i'm only 29!), and not find myself at a podiatrist for bunions is a challenge. The interior of the patent leather shoe looked like the Indigo shoe from Clarks online but when you get it, is silver and cheap looking inside, not as padded as it looks. I ordered these in 3 different sizes. Even in the biggest size I found them very stiff, and that the toes pinched. You can't wiggle your toes, which is in my opinion key in comfort. The padding was alright, but not worth the money I thought it would be. Great looking shoe, but not comfortable. My search will continue. Sorry Soft.

These look nice but I couldn't even take one step in them. I think I will go back to the Earthies pumps that cost more but were really comfy. These are pretty though. I think they may run a big long - I was slipping in them.

These shoes are super cute, but I find Sofft to be one of the worst brands for fit. It seems that every pair of shoes from them I've tried to buy fits completely differently!
