I was so disappointed that this shoe didn't work for me. I ordered both my size and the next size up. Neither fit, as they were too short.

I am normally a size 9 in Naots, but the Kirei was too small. The strap was barely long enough to accommodate my high arches. These shoes' quirky style that reads rather casual with the stitching, suede, and patent leather. They would have been good for walking around when traveling, but there is not a black 9½ in stock.

From previous seasons, I own 4 pairs of the Kirei in varying colors, which are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, literally. When I saw that a new color (Sterling) was in for this season, I promptly jumped on a purchase. The color is absolutely beautiful...a perfect grey, not too blue, not to green, and not too brown...a perfect steel grey. I am so disappointed in having to return this shoe. The interior of the back raised lip at the heel has changed from a supersoft leather to a suede that rubs my skin raw. The lip is also higher and narrower than previous seasons and it digs a bit in the upper heel. Naot, please return to the original design next season, and I will continue to collect more colors.

I will be returning these shoes. I wore them once to the office, and now the color is scuffing off. I like the fit and style, but expected more quality for the price.

Received the shoes very promptly. Thank you Zappos! The shoe is very comfortable but it doesn't look very nice on my feet and it was a little bigger. Sad that I have to return it because I am looking for nice comfortable shoes for work.

The toe box was tight and uncomfortable.It doesn't have the room that my older Naot Kirei shoes have.

I wear a size 12. My toes were at the top of the shoe. Poor fit, not reliable size 12.

I have big feet, and this style makes them look even bigger.

Returned as they slipped up and down on my heels!

The shoes are lovely but too small for me and not wide enough so I'm returning them.

fit was tight

I wear size 7......these are quite tight.....may decide to order size 8......do like the style this shoe.

Theyhurt my heels a bit at the top of the heal. I did not like the patent leather contrasting material

I am returning these because they are first of all not the color I had hoped for...don't think they are being made in deep blue suede color anymore. Also, the left shoe seems to be stretched out on the top right side and there are scuffs on the shoes...not what I want to pay so much money for.

This is the second pair of black Kirei Naots I have ordered from you that were not "new" shoes. Both this pair and the leather pair I ordered last time show signs of wear. This pair had something stuck to the bottom of the sole of one of the shoes. These shoes are too expensive to receive shoes that have worn spots on the upper parts of the shoes. I love this brand, and the brown pair that I recently ordered had none of these issues, so I know it's not "that's just the way the shoes are". I am returning this pair for a refund.

These felt too short and tight. I don't understand why since I have another pair in a different color in the exact same style, and they fit great. But I bought those a couple of years ago. Maybe Naot has lowered their quality since then. Returning.

I have had Naots before and I didn't think the quality was as good as in the past. I was disappointed - bummer...

nice shoe but toe box very narrow

These are not the quality shoe from Nato that I expected. The strap is narrow and of poor quality and they seem narrow for a median with shoe. Not Kirei. Unfortunately I missed the return window.

These shoes did not feel like they matched. Not the Naot norm.

They are comfortable, but don't have the kind of support I was looking for. Also, they squeaked and I'm looking for something to wear to photograph weddings. Can't have them squeaking!

Too small. Not very attractive on my feet.

Fits perfect but I feel it does not have enough cushion on my feet. My feet starts to hurt when I wear it longer than an hour.
