The shoes were super cute however was exceptionally to wide for my feet so will be returning!

I wear size 7......these are quite tight.....may decide to order size 8......do like the style this shoe.

Theyhurt my heels a bit at the top of the heal. I did not like the patent leather contrasting material

I am returning these because they are first of all not the color I had hoped for...don't think they are being made in deep blue suede color anymore. Also, the left shoe seems to be stretched out on the top right side and there are scuffs on the shoes...not what I want to pay so much money for.

This is the second pair of black Kirei Naots I have ordered from you that were not "new" shoes. Both this pair and the leather pair I ordered last time show signs of wear. This pair had something stuck to the bottom of the sole of one of the shoes. These shoes are too expensive to receive shoes that have worn spots on the upper parts of the shoes. I love this brand, and the brown pair that I recently ordered had none of these issues, so I know it's not "that's just the way the shoes are". I am returning this pair for a refund.

These felt too short and tight. I don't understand why since I have another pair in a different color in the exact same style, and they fit great. But I bought those a couple of years ago. Maybe Naot has lowered their quality since then. Returning.

I have had Naots before and I didn't think the quality was as good as in the past. I was disappointed - bummer...

nice shoe but toe box very narrow

These are not the quality shoe from Nato that I expected. The strap is narrow and of poor quality and they seem narrow for a median with shoe. Not Kirei. Unfortunately I missed the return window.

These shoes did not feel like they matched. Not the Naot norm.

They are comfortable, but don't have the kind of support I was looking for. Also, they squeaked and I'm looking for something to wear to photograph weddings. Can't have them squeaking!

Too small. Not very attractive on my feet.

Fits perfect but I feel it does not have enough cushion on my feet. My feet starts to hurt when I wear it longer than an hour.

Toes rub on end of shoe making it uncomfortable to wear. Naot usually fits fine but not this time.

Beautiful shoe, but a 43 is no where near a size 12! Maybe a size 10?

I am looking for a professional work shoe. The sizing on this was too tight for me on the top of my foot. I like the details of the shoe. But the sizing was off. It looked like the front of the shoe had a nylon covering so that there were be no rubbing on the inside of the shoe. It made it really tight and I couldn't wear it. There was no leather there to stretch out.

Had to return them - too tight and too small

I returned these shoes the day I received them. There was nothing wrong with the shoe, per se, but they didn't meet my needs. I have a narrow foot and these shoes were ever so slightly too wide in the heel for me. I ordered the black pair and I could tell from looking at them that I would scuff them up easily. However, my biggest issue was that there wasn't enough support in the shoe for me. I need the shock absorption of a running shoe and was hoping that I could find it in the Kirei so that I could wear them with skirts and dresses for a more dressier look. Although the shoes were comfortable to slip on and the strap didn't cut into the top of my feet, the cushion on the insole and especially the heel cup was inadequate for my needs.

I had high hopes for these as a Birkenstock substitute, but these Naot wides still ran more narrow than Birkenstock Regulars. Nice arch supports if they'll fit, but better for folks with narrower feet.

I love this shoe and have worn it for years. I was disappointed to have to return the new pair I ordered because the back is now so high, it cuts into my ankle bone and top of heel. :(

I ordered 1 pair of grey shoes in wide (was ok with the 3 grey materials) but returned them because the collar which comes up at the top of the heel back on the left shoe was literally twice as high as the collar on the right shoe and dug into my Achilles’ tendon area. Also, the decorative stitching on the top of the right shoe was already coming unstitched fresh out of the box. I really needed a black pair, so reordered in black, same size. The strap across the instep has 2 materials - patent leather and a short amount of soft leather which is what comes in contact with the instep. On 1 of the black shoes the short amount of soft leather is joined poorly with the patent leather area such that the seam of the joining actually digs in and scratches across my instep. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall, 115 pounds and 64 years old. I do not have chunky feet, so would not expect a strap to dig into my instep. Bottom line, I can’t believe the poor quality control of this style, and for the $185 cost will not keep this pair. I ordered 4 pair of shoes from Zappos - 1 each from Naot, Rockport, Clark’s and Taos. Amazingly to me, I think I will keep the lesser expensive Rockports and return the others.

Not super attractive but I could live with it if they were comfortable. Unfortunately ordering in my true size they were too small. I may try to get next largest size to see if those work.

Wanted to love this shoe but the seams on the inside rub the side of my foot creating abrasions.
