This shoe is way too small and not worth the money. Also, they tell you it can be easily returned, but here we are a week or two later, and i still haven't gotten a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

The box had the correct size but the shoes inside were two sizes smaller! Very dissapointed!

Good fit, comfortable, but they come up a little high on my ankles and foot. That wasn't the deal breaker though. The deal breaker was the chemically smell that wouldn't go away even after airing them out for several days. I had ordered the Black Suede Leather Combination, I don't know if the others smell as bad as this. If you're sensitive to chemical smells and fumes, then avoid this shoe.

I have three pairs of this style. My oldest pair is at least four years old and although The suede is a little worn, the tread is still excellent and they are extremely comfortable. I can wear them all day for city walking, Which I can’t say about many other pairs of shoes other than clunky sneakers that I would not want to wear in the city. I am constantly amazed at how comfortable the shoes are and the support that they give. I have a narrow heel and the medium width is perfect. I generally wear a 9 1/2 or a 10 and in this style the 41 is perfect

Love this shoe! Purchased Navy and Black a few years ago and they are the only shoes that feel good on my arthritic, bunion toes. Pleased to see more attractive, jazzy colors so ordered these and another pair and was so disappointed that they were way too wide in the heel. The right shoe in this particular pair was even defective/misshapen in the toe box causing discomfort and had to return. Thank you, Zappos! I hope Naot hasn't changed manufacturers because this is the only brand that I've felt comfortable in.

This would have been my umpteenth pair of Naot's but these were waaaayy too wide. Huge gap around the ankle. Returned the same pair last week for same reason thinking it was just a fluke but not so. Grateful for Zappos super service as I have to return these also. Really hope Naot hasn't changed their formula for great shoes as these are about the only brand I've been able to wear due to arthritic, bunion toes. Thanks, Zappos.

I love the style of this shoe but it seems impossible to find a size that fits. I first ordered the size 8 as the recommendation is to buy a size larger than usual. The shoe gaps on both sides. I then ordered size 7 which is too small. I guess I have to give up.

Runs really narrow. Returned. Not that cute in real life.

I was very disappointed with this shoe - the shoe was NOT wide, and too small, even though I ordered a 43W (equivalent to a 12W...and I'm usually an 11W). Returned...

These Naot shoes are very cute, but the toebox wasn't quite wide enough for my toes, and it was hard and inflexible, so my toes were not happy. Unfortunately I will have to send them back. Naot should go back to the drawing board and redesign these shoes for greater comfort because they are some of the cutest Mary Janes out there.

I have this exact style in brown shimmer nubuck / volcanic brown that I bought from a local The Walking Company store, and they fit wonderfully. They are the most comfortable shoes I own. So I ordered the black suede leather combination from Zappos, and they are way too sort. They hurt my toes. I double checked the size and they are both 41 medium. Maybe it is the difference in suede vs. nubuck. I am so disappointed to be sending them back.

This is the third time I've bought this exact shoe! It is extremely comfortable. I get a lot of foot pain, so I have to be very careful what shoes I wear and these are the best I've found. My only complaint is that my most recent pair has a rather strong, unpleasant smell. I noticed it immediately, but assumed that it would fade away - it hasn’t; if anything, the smell has gotten worse. I would assume that this is a fluke, since my previous two pairs didn’t have this problem. Lower rating is because of the smell.

In the photo of this shoe, it looks all brown:However, around the toe and heel the leather is a gold color making the shoe look old and worn. I am so disappointed. I wanted a dark brown shoe not an old, worn out looking shoe. IT looks like the leather has been scuffed off the heel and toe.

I don't think I can convey how disappointed I am in these shoes. I already own a pair of Naot Kirei and I LOVE them, they fit perfectly and they're so so comfortable. So I decided to order the same shoes in a different color. Well, this new pair runs smaller than my current pair (same size) and the back of the heel area is bumpy - and very uncomfortable. I'm totally disappointed in Naot, so glad I can return them for free.

This shoe was too short and narrow even though I ordered them in the wide. Going to return and try another size up. I am not sure about the arch support since I was unable to wear them but was forced to answer anyway so I just marked off no arch support which may not be true, I just do not know.

I can't believe these shoes are said to run large. I normally wear a 12 wide and I ordered the 43 wide and couldn't even get my foot in it. So disappointing!

I own another pair of Naots that have walked the earth with me for the last six years, and after all this time, I do need a replacement. These kireis were cute and just as comfortable as my old pair. Unfortunately, they developed a tear in the leather after only a few days of wear. They had to go back. I expected better from such an expensive pair of shoes!

Ordered size 12 so it would fit my size 11 and it was still too small and the toe box is ridiculously shallow. No room for toes. I give up on Naot.

Not wide enough on the outside of the foot. Toe box was okay but I don't wear shoes where my foot will expand over the edge. Cheap, uneven stitching. Very disappointed given the price.

Actually, I wasn't able to keep these shoes as they were too small. I wear a size 10 or 41 in European size, once a 42. My daughter-in-law had a pair of these and I tried on one of her shoes (too small for me, she wears a 40) but I could tell how comfortable they were. I was amazed that Naot, and more than a few customers, felt that these shoes run on the large size so order down. I did not find that to be true at all. The left shoe was snug and the right one was downright tight. I have over 1/2 dozen Euro sized shoes, all a 41 except the one 42. Half of the 41s are a little snug and 1/2 have some wiggle room. I wear socks with all my shoes (except for the one pair that is dressy so I wear nylons with that pair). I wanted to exchange the 41s in this style for a 42 but, unfortunately, Zappos did not have a 42 (although the shoe comes in 42 and 43 also). They are a great looking shoe - my d-i-l absolutely loves hers as she is on her feet all day.

I already wrote a review, commenting about the suede. I tried the shoes on since then and was surprised that the right shoe actually cut off the circulation across the top of my foot, so there is no way I can wear these. I have four pairs of this style because the first two pairs are so very comfortable on my arthritic feet. I haven't tried the fourth pair yet, but this pair is definitely not what I'd consider quality. At the price of these, they should at least be wearable and look good.

I sent for these because of Naot's reputation of being an excellent shoe. I was thrilled when I saw that they come in size 43 (12). Sorry to say that they were about 3 sizes too small.
