Should have ordered my regular size. Info from Zappos & some other reviewers said to size down. Shoes were too small for me. Sweet-looking shoe, though, with great Naot comfort.

It runs a little short. I am disappointed in Naot. I always loved them, the support just is not enough.

very narrow in the toe box and felt tight across my arch. I have an average foot but I would reorder this in a wide. I got another pair of Naot in the same size and they fit great

A 12 W in this Naot Kirei not any bigger than the Naot Matai 12 M. Style not as lovely either. Wish Naot made the Matai in a 13 M and W. The 12 really runs a little shorter than usual 12s for women with a more square toebox bc the toe box on the Naots is slanted quite a bit from big to to pinky. Unfortunately both styles the 12 are too short for my pinky toes.:(

I bought these about five years ago from a local store and really loved them, and then bought two pair from Zappos. But now the sole is disintegrating on the first pair and coming off. What can I do to keep the soles from disintegrating on these?

I bought a pair of these a couple of years ago for "dress" but only realized recently how good of a shoe they were. This prompted me to purchase another pair. I had ordered one color in medium width but there was an obvious flaw or damage in the upper of one of the shoes so I returned them. I ordered another pair, different color, but opted to try a wide since I would be wearing socks with them. These were too wide and didn't feel supportive, plus for some reason the insole of one shoe had some sort of bumps or something making it uncomfortable - I had to return these as well. I am thrilled with the first pair I bought a couple of years ago, but the newer ones don't seem to be as nice.

This review is for the linen/stardust/champagne color. I have these in gray 'sterling leather' and I love them (got them in 2016). They are perfect for travel and can be dressed up or down. This spring, I got the linen/stardust/champagne color to have a lighter spring shoe. (I had been trying to find a comfortable ballet flat for my small, almost wide foot, and decided to go for these since I had them in another color and loved them.) The fit on the new pair was great, but the shoes were a little too shiny and they ended up looking a little too casual and childrens-shoe like on my feet. If Naot makes these in a less shiny, or not shiny, leather in this color, I would definitely try again.

I ordered this shoe in 37 W which is my normal size. It felt like a very well-constructed shoe. That said, the width of the toe box felt RIDICULOUSLY off. It was so tight that I was uncomfortable while SITTING with the shoes on - absolutely no weight on my feet. The box of the shoe felt so tight that I feel there is no point in trying the next size up. I am returning them.

Shoes were cute, but even though I ordered a wide, they still pinched my feet...especially the tops. I kept them, hoping they would stretch out and get more comfortable, but they never really did :(

It is a lovely shoe and might work if you have plenty of padding on your feet. I have been told that I have flat feet so the sole on this shoe did not give me enough traction when I wore it on carpeting. Sometimes I thought the shoe would make me trip. Thank full for Zappos easy and return policy.

This shoe in a 39 was too big compared to 38 and I walked right out of the shoe. Thank you Zappos for your easy return policy. I'm still trying out the size 38.

The Naot Kirei is a nicely designed shoe with very soft foot bed. In a 38, 7 M it was to short for my flat feet and long toes. Thanks Zappos for your patience and lenient return policy.

They were actually pretty comfortable but the suede material made the shoes look dull and worn out. I exchanged them for a pair of Naot Matai in the same size 42 but they where much too wide in the back.

Naot was correct about sizing down a full size. The leather was nice as well as the construction. But in my opinion they look like "old lady" shoes and I'm returning them. I love Naot and will try another style.

This would have been my 3rd pair of Kirei but this particular pair was much wider than the other 2 pair I purchased. Naot's are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn for my deformed feet due to a botched bunionectomy. I get compliments on them all the time. Recently ordered the Timu and Kata and they are very attractive and comfortable also. I don't know what I'd do without Zappos great service!

Cute shoe, but could not even get it on.

This is the second pair of this style that I have ordered and returned due to poor workmanship. On the first pair the collar of the heel of the left shoe was twice as high as the collar on the right shoe, was not a soft material and cut into my achilles painfully. On the right shoe of the first pair the top stitching was already coming unstitched, fresh out of the box. I am returning this second pair because the velcro on the strap is not joined in proper alignment with the rest of the strap, such that the scratchy part of the velcro rubs painfully on the top of my foot. For the price of these shoes the workmanship ought to be much better. It's too bad that this is not a great quality product because the style is pretty cute for a run-errands type of shoe. The toe box is generous compared to most shoes, which is really nice for people who need more space in the toe box.

My feet are crooked and usually swollen . . . the fact that I was able to get these shoes on probably means that they ran a bit large and a bit wide. (I bought the 11 Wide) However, it felt as though the arch support hit my feet in the wrong place, and the "throat" of the shoe -- the upper edge, across the instep -- was very tight and uncomfortable. Given all that, however, they still looked nice on, and it was tempting to keep them. I didn't though, knowing I'd never be able to wear them for very long at one time. With a heavy heart, I sent them back.

Super cute shoe but a 9 was too small and a 10 was too big.

I got blue shoes when I ordered the champagne color. I read someone else had the same problem so this may not be a mistake but something intended to move the blue shoes. Annoying!! They are going back.

Thought these would be perfect because they were comfortable. However, so sad these shoes didn't work out. Returned a 38 because it was too big and got a 37 but it's too small. Hate it when shoe manufacturer's don't have half sizes. Will have to keep looking.

These shoes are comfortable, but the outsole started peeling off right away, and now they are unwearable. I will be returning them. Hope its just a fluke.

These were weirdly small and I found the toe box very shallow.

I tried this shoe in a regular width (which was way too narrow) and then ordered a wide width. It was still way too narrow. My feet aren't incredibly wide and I can't recall any other shoe I have ever purchased in wide. These are made for people with long skinny feet. Had they fit well, they probably would have been comfortable. They were very light weight.

These just don't have the arch support that my older Naots have.
