Great shoe. I wore at all the theme parks for several days and did not have any problems with my P/L. I highly recommend.

Loved the idea of this shoe - but the fit was wrong. The opening around the front of the shoe cut across (what will eventually be) my bunion, so it wasn't comfortable. Also a little smaller and narrower than I expected.

I received these and find them comfortable to start. I have heel trouble and as they day progressed the pain came back. I have so much trouble with shoe that I have to give these a fairly high grade. The looks, construction and quality are very good.

Very good colors, blend with a lot of outfits. But toe box is cut very short over the outside toes and pinches!

Very cute and a lovely port color (not purple as with earlier Naot peacock shoes). It's easy to remove the insert and replace with orthotics; there IS enough room in the toe/bunion areas. Good that the heel is padded and not as wide as many other styles. BUT! That tab at the back--serves NO purpose except to annoy the area just above the heel. And there's gapping at the sides, exposing a lighter lining than should have been used. Comfortable but flawed.

After reading the reviews I thought that these shoes would be perfect for my European vacation. I got the shoes and wore them to work to break in. Wouldn't you know I got the worst blisters on my heels. Hoping that they break in, but I am very disappointed given the cost of the shoes!

These are the most expensive shoes that I have ever had, and there is a difference. At last some manufacturer has realized that women have narrow heels even if they have wide feet in general. I haven't walked in them a lot however. One complaint is that they say that the customer should waterproof them so that they won't get ruined. I say if that is the case, then they should waterproof them. They don't say what to use that won't alter the looks, which is probably why they don't do it. They know you most likely won't do it either, but they can say that they told you to. I can't remember if I went by what other people have said about size. I got a 40 and I usually wear an 8 1/2 to 9. They fit perfectly.

Cute for supportive shoes. Felt a little small: I wear a 39 (8) in Dansko but had to return for a 40 (9) in these shoes. As others have noted, definitely feels cloud-like and plenty of room in the toe box without being too wide in the heel.

These are so cute. The blue would look fantastic with jeans. Alas, the 39's (8) were too small, hitting my big toe. I was surprised as I have three other NAOT styles that fit perfectly. Normally I'm an 8-1/2, sometimes 8, so at least for me, the recommendation to size down is incorrect. I would also classify this shoe more as a narrow/medium then a medium.

When I first tried these shoes, I thought they were incredibly comfortable, and my only problem was deciding which color to get. After wearing them for long periods, however, I find that they can get a little hard on your feet by the end of the day, and they do require a small amount of breaking in. They are still pretty good, but not perfect. The toe shape is very natural, but the strap across the instep can be a problem; sometimes it needs a lot of adjusting. I have a friend with the same pair of shoes who found its placement does not work for her at all. One thing I have noticed recently is that the shoes have really started to smell. I have had them for less than a year. This is pretty annoying for how expensive they are. I would recommend these, but with some reservations.

Wonderful shoes. Naot always comfortable and these get lots of compliments on the way they look.

I decided on this shoe because of the good reviews and Naot reputation. It is extremely comfortable and feels custom fit. I wear them to work; with or without socks and they are still comfortable. My only complaint is after about a month of wear, the right shoe squeaks (reason for 4 stars overall). I didn't expect this for the price and I am a little disappointed. Although I've had them for about 3 months I am still considering returning them but would replace with the same shoe.

These are very cute. I like Naot but I couldn't get the fit right with this style. My regular size was a bit too big and the next size down was a bit too small. Had to return.

I own these in black, my favorite shoe. Tried ordering in brown, but wrong size shipped. Easy return, but second pair not made well. I love the black so much I will try one more exchange on the brown and hope for the best. Thanks Zappos.

Love these shoes. I have a heel spur and seem to do best in shoes with a cork footbed. These are so feminine and look great with jeans and/or casual pants. I like the variety of texture on the shoe -- suede, leather and patent. They are not big and bulky at all. They are very comfy without socks. I am a preschool teacher and spend all day on my feet.The only problem is that some of the patent has come off so I rated it 4 stars.

I just got back from a three-week trip to Europe during which I wore these shoes nearly every day, walking on cobblestones and hard museum floors. My problematic feet never got tired and achy -- while even my 15-year-old had sore feet by week two. They are not my ideal fashion shoe but looked almost like ballet flats with my skinny jeans. Expensive but worth it.

Comfortable shoes from day one. I got it in size 9 and in black. Toe box is smaller than it\'s pictured but it kind of looks cute, like a ballerina Mary Jane. My other Naot shoes were impossible to wear out, so I hope this one lasts a long time too.

I love Naot shoes. I used to have a pair many years ago that I wore for fifteen years. They were the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever owned. I’m still trying to find another pair to fit my older arthritic feet. Unfortunately, even though they specify these are a wide shoe, they are not. They fit very, very narrow. I didn’t care for the patent leather trim either. They are going back. I’m so very disappointed.

I have worn Naot Kirei for years and have several pairs. Since chemo treatment, I developed Neuropathy in the forefront of my feet. All of my shoes are size 40 Med. For some extra toe room and comfort, I ordered size 41 Wide in both the black suede and the navy suede. They fit tighter than my 40 M and not because they were stretched out (I compared to my new 40 M). Not sure what happened to Naots sizing but it has definitely changed. Very disappointed.

I like the shoes but ended up returning them. The sole of the shoe is slippery, some kind of smooth plastic not a grippy rubber. The did not work with tile floors.

I found these really stiff and uncomfortable.

The shoes might have been okay, but they made squeaky sounds with walking. The sounds were coming from both shoes making them impossible to wear.

My feet have multiple problems, including neuropathy and previous Achilles surgeries. So even though these shoes aren't as comfortable as I'd hoped, they might be perfect for some people.

My daughter tried two different Naot styles of black mary jane shoes. This one, the Kirei, was too tight across the top of foot. The patent leather was very shiny and she decided she preferred "not so shiny." Good brand, just not what she'd hoped for, so it's going back.
