The fit is definitely different than the same style Naots from a couple of years ago. This wide width was narrower and I had to size up, but that size didn't really fit and it still felt narrow. Would have loved to love them because my older Naots are my go to travel shoe.

I wear a size 39W (size 8 US) but this size 39W was way too snug and my toes reached the end of the toe area. Naot must have changed the shoe sizing or configuration. Will exchange for a larger size and I hope it fits because this shoe is one of the best for traveling and walking all day long.

Toe box has an odd shape

I bought one pair not from zappos and another from zappos ..i bout the second one thinking it amazing but wearing it every day makes my feet hurt after taking them off ..i didn't know its the shoes since it so comfortable when you put them on but the pain im getting its just the days that i wear them ..i kept one and returned zappos..i think the saul is not wide enogh..but the arch support is excellent

I have two other pairs of this same style but they are suede rather than smooth leather. For this reason I sent back the smooth pair and placed an order for the suede shoes. There is more give with the suede than there is with the smooth leather. This makes my feet very happy. Love these shoes!

I have Naot sandals that I like, but these shoes were much too stiff to wear for any length of time. They were returned...

I ordered a size down and in wide, and it was too small. I have problem feet with bunions and the top edge of the shoe was too harsh on my toes. Has a wonderful, supportive foot bed. I almost always have to get suede shoes because they give more, or a very supple, soft leather. The strap came at the wrong spot on my foot too. I like the strap on the Agaita Naot shoe which is thin and higher up on the foot. Will have to order another pair of those.

Naot shoes are extremely comfortable, however, this particular pair was not wide enough and a little short. I will consider reordering in a wide selection,

Bought the foggy grey and had to go up a size. Unfortunately , they were too big and the suede accent was damaged. The suede appeared to be worn away or not processed correctly showing a spotty shiny grey layer in places.

Naot is one of my favorite brands and I expected these shoes to feel as comfortable on my problem feet as their other styles. But these seemed shallower and more sharply slanted in front than their other styles, and my toes felt uncomfortably squeezed. Also, the right shoe seemed a half size shorter than the left. Too bad -- I like the look but I'm forced to return them.

The shoe is too small and I need to wear a light sock with them. Great style and feel. I am returning them for a larger pair

I’m a long time Naot fan, and I really wanted these shoes, but they were way too narrow for my feet. I’m waiting for the wides to come back in. Naot is a great quality shoe and good for people with foot problems.

They fit well, but the foot bed is lacking in cushion. I don’t think I will be able to walk as far in these. But I will keep them because I like Mary Janes.

I've worn Naots before but ordered a smaller size because Zappos recommends downsizing. The shoe was way too small, so I ordered my usual size - which was also too small! Not sure what's up (maybe my feet grew at age 57?) but sent both bad.

I normally wear a euro size 40 but these run small compared to other Naot shoes I’ve owned.

This shoe is marked size 42 but I think it is really 41. It does fit any better than the ones I returned recently and it is visibly shorter than the 42 blue one I ordered.

Felt more like a size 9 than a 10. I even held it up to my other shoes and it was definitely an inch smaller. Very cute though. I'm going to order a size up and cross my fingers.

I did not like how the top of the shoes dipped so low. I would have thought they were medium rather than a wide. They seemed really comfortable but I just didn't like they way they looked.

I love this shoe -- I ordered it to replace a pair (size 39) that I purchased a couple of years ago. This pair, also a 39, was too short. My toes hit the front. I have to return them. Love Zappos!

Cute, casual walk-about shoe. I would have kept it except that due to the cut (tapered front from left to right) resulted in my pinky toe hitting the endpoint of the shoe. I have tried the half size up and it was too big overall, resulting in slipping in the heel. It's just an odd cut for my foot. Overall width was as expected and arch support was better than average.
