Love this boot! Very cute, works beautifully with jeans and is super comfortable. Keeps my feet warm in low temperatures - and yes we have cold temps in Tucson, as well as even colder temps in the surrounding mountains. Would definitely recommend these.

I've just bought my first pair of Ugg Bailey button. Either 9 or 10 will do because the difference in size between the Bailey Button and regular short Uggs is so minimal comparing the size on the soles. I believe the 10 may be a little wider on the top leather on toe than the size 9 but when I matched the soles in size -- they were the same. I haven't worn my Bailey Button yet, but tried them on and they were so comfortable. It's nice having them a bit wider at the ankles when putting on. I'm a bit concerned that maybe the Bailey Button will not hold up! I've seen others selling only the buttons on e-bay and wonder why they have to sell extra buttons.

These were a gift, for my wife, and was the first pair of "Ugg"s. She's had "off brand" shoes like these but never authentic Ugg, after wearing them, she said there was no comparison. These were the most comfortable pair of shoes, she's ever had. You know what they say, "happy wife, happy life."

I ordered these boots at 3:00pm the day prior to receiving them. If that isn't fast, I don't know what is. In a world full of counterfeits at ridiculously low prices it is good to know that you can count on great service and honesty while still getting a great deal.

These are great boots! Very warm, and they look cute with everything. I'm not sure if I would purchase them in the sand again, just because I'm conscious of getting them dirty, but overall super comfy. They need to be sprayed with suede protector before wearing, and Ugg makes their own line of products. I will also say that I ordered them one size down because they do run a bit roomy, and they will stretch a bit. I will be ordering another pair in the future.

As advertised. They were priced pretty much the same everywhere, but with free shipping, no sales tax, fast arrival, and free return if needed...they can't be beat! My wife loved them by the way....she wouldn't have spent so much on herself, so I'm a hero.

The boots were perfect for my daughter's Christmas. She loved them; however, she found them a little wide and her socks kept sliding so now she wears them with no socks. Zappos gave wonderful service and price was less than high end stores.

Wonderful to know Zappos sells Authentic Ugg boots! They are not counterfeit like many other websites. Boots were exactly describe, packaged nicely, here the next day. We have many Ugg boots in the family, All are extremely comfortable and warm.

These are wonderful. So soft and warm I have found myself wearing them every time I leave the house. I did seal them with a water repellent and even after many weeks in a snowy Vermont winter they still look good. My foot bounces between a 6.5 and a 7, and the size 7 fits very well.

These boots are great as all Uggs are. They keep my feet warm in snowy weather and I never feel that my feet sweat. The upper part of this boot is not tight around your ankle so it works well with skinny jeans or leggings. I normally wear an 8 1/2, but always get an 8 in Ugg boots.

Perfect. I'm a light 7 in other brands, the 6 is perfect (ordered 6 & 7)... The 6 was pretty snug at first and just doable on length but comfy; within a day inside matted down a little.. Perfect without socks. Could pull off thin to average ones but wouldn't want to! Length stretches slightly over time as well. Blue is perfect goes with everything.

I ordered these for my daughter-in-laws for Christmas, and they all three love them. They feel snug at first, then they adjust to your foot. Great boot. I have had a pair of these for 2 years now and they still look great.

I lve these boots! This is my second pair. I wore the first ones completely out! The one button is so much more stylish than the classic Ugg and super comfortable. They are great with jeans, leggings, shorts! Black is cool and classic.

Zappos is my favorite place to order shoes! I have ordered two pair of Uggs they have come fast and been in great shape! I suggest Zappos to anyone who asks!

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas after we saw what size Uggs she took in the local department store. The price on Zappos was considerably less and the boots were delivered the very next day after I ordered them! How do they do that? It's like Zappos reads my mind! The boots fit great and go with everything!

Super comfy, I usually wear 5.5 since I have narrow feet but I got these in 6 and they fit perfectly. These keep my feet nice and toasty when it's cold out.

Boots arrived promptly and in great shape. Fits true to size. Love Zappos and their return policy, but don't need it this time!!

I was 100% pleased with UGG boots and the whole order process with Zappos. The boots are light weight, warm and oh so comfortable. The boots were delivered 3 days after ordering them.

These are so comfortable. I will definitely buy another pair of Uggs - probably a tall pair next year. I broke my ankle last summer and most boots aggravate the ankle but these were fine and looked good too. I won't wear them in the rain in case they get marked. But mostly they are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned.
