I like these boots for warmth but they get dirty too easily and between the cost of water proofing spray and cleaning spray, wearing these boots a lot just drives up the cost of this footwear. Also near the heal on the inside of the boot there is a ridge, feels like a backing to keep it firm. I found it difficult to push my foot into the boot barefoot because it would get stuck on the ridge in the boot. It was fine with socks that allowed the foot to slide past this more easily. I thought that was annoying because I have to wear socks so my foot doesnt get stuck while trying to put it on. Once my foot is in they fit perfectly. I wear an 8.5 medium and no breakin time is needed. I am just afraid that heal insert inside the boot is going to bend down eventually and then the boots will not work. I think for the money they cost the boot should not have this problem. I do like them though but I do not like to have to continually invest in spray treatments to keep them looking their best.

My 16 year old paid for these - I just ordered them. She loves them! Was told to order 1 size smaller, and they were perfect.

These are perfectly fine. Same high quality as any Ugg boot. The button isn't as cute as I had thought it would be and the flap is starting to gap open a bit after wearing it a few times. Wish I'd saved the money and just gone with the plain Ugg boots. Note: these need to be waterproofed before wearing them in sloppy weather. They get saturated pretty easily.

I thought I was too old to wear these - that I would look like I was trying to re-live my HS years! The first pair I bought (a different style) was much more boot - had a big fur cuff that folded down around it. Then I tried these and realized that - if you're not a kid any more, less can be more with Uggs. The scale of this boot is smaller so it's not quite the statement some of the other styles are. Perfect for those of us who are no longer in HS but still want to share in the comfort and warmth. They're a cozy, fun boot, easy to pull on and off in a hurry, great for the Northeast. I took a star off because that toe box sure looks like a clod-hopper! But their utility and the rest of the boot's toasty/comfort qualities make up for the slightly clunky style (and, for some reason, when they're on - they just work).

So, I've never had a pair of Uggs before. I've played with the idea many times, but always convinced myself that they were too "ugly" to buy. "What Not to Wear" echoed in my brain every time I considered buying a pair. However, I see ladies wearing them all over the place, and I always think they look comfy and adorable - given the right outfit/look. I had tried on many "generic" Ugg brands (including the higher priced ones) and they never really "wowed" me, so I would go without making the purchase. Then I tried these on at a local store (in black) and could not believe how comfortable they were! I ordered from Zappos that same evening. Now I have what I like to call "heaven for my feet." They are perfect for a casual look, leggings, and weekend errands. I'm a teacher, and when I'm exceptionally tired or dreading my day, I wear these and they help! My girl students (5th graders) love them and compliment how cute they are. My friends and coworkers think they are cute as well. I love them and I am glad that I finally bit the bullet and bought them. One thing - they are far more comfortable and better-shaped than even the highest end "generics." Spend the extra money! Also - I always wear a size 10 (10 1/2 in running shoes) and I love the size 9 for me in these - snug, but not too snug and comfy! Love them! I will likely always have a pair of these in my rotation.

The Bailey Button is the first pair of Uggs I've ever owned. I wear a 9-9.5 depending on the style of the shoe so I originally ordered a 9. At first when I received my order I thought the 9 was too snug so Zappos sent out a size 10 to compare without any hassle! The size 10 was way too big and I stuck with size 9. My daughter had a cheer competition in Atlanta and I wore them all weekend. They are so comfortable! I am definitely glad I decided to make this purchase!

I love my Uggs. They fit perfectly and the quality is awesome. Zappos has outstanding quality and delivery is on time and sometimes early. It's a great place to shop. LOVE IT!

This is my second pair of Uggs and I absolutely love them! I could not ask for a better product! They are worth the money!

Well I have a list of Uggs and these were high on that list. I wear a lot of jeans and have a blue coat so these are in heavy rotation in my winter wardrobe. I like that I can be comfortable and stylish and not have to wear sneakers. Also with this winter We have been having I need to be warm too.

I absolutely love my Uggs Bailey Buttons! I have been wearing them constantly. I am shopping for another pair right now! It os cold where I live and they keep my toes warm and snuggy. They make my feet feel like they are wrapped in little fluffy clouds of heaven. I never ever want to take them off. They are worth the extra money! They have gotten wet from snow and slush and still look great !! Never again will it try and save money buying an off brand to save some cash. Lost out when the darn things fell apart and I could get my money back. Seriously, if you are looking to pamper your feet Uggs are it!

First off I'll tell everyone I have this boot in 3 different colors so I must like it. What makes this a great purchase is the split opening. This makes it so easy to wear this boot with skinny jeans and if you have a straight cut jean it just bunches up at the top so cute still. Very versatile style. I am a 7.5 so I purchase a 7 and fit is good. If you are new to Uggs understand they are flat bottomed without arch support but the fleece lining is like heaven on a cold day. I own quite a few pairs of Uggs and they do hold up if you take care of them. Spray them before the first wear. I live in Oregon so mine have seen a lot of rain and snow and still look good.

Why have I waited so long to own a pair of Uggs. I thought what hype, I don't need these. Then I said, self, they do look comfortable. That they are, warm and comfortable and I will never own anything other than Uggs, there are so many different colors and styles.

I love my Ugg Bailey button boots. Very comfortable and the navy blue is great. Size is a little big, but it's okay. You can wear with our without socks.

Comfy, fashionable. I wear a size 7 shoe and got these in a 6. I love the snug fit b/c they tend to stretch out within six months. My last pair was a 7 and they got really sloppy and wide. Love these!

Super cute and comfy. My 16 year old daughter and I love our Uggs, just have to keep them away from our golden retriever! Only hint from us would be if you like a snug fit, the taller boot has a more snug fit than the shorter boot. I tired an Ugg and like expensive brand in the short boot and there is no question and the Ugg is a better fit, better quality.

I wore these boots on a weekend in Lake Placid NY. Temps didn't go above 15 degrees most of the weekend. My feet were one of the things that never got really cold. I did put the replacement insoles in the boots because I felt they were a little loose. That may have added to the warmth. Since that weekend I wear them almost every day. Treated them before I wore them and they still look great. (Granted I have only had them for a little over a month now but have worn them in a few snow storms already.) I would recommend these in a heartbeat. I'm now looking at buying another pair. Just need to figure out which ones I want! I usually wear and 7.5 or 8. Ordered the 7 and the fit was great. Especially after putting in the insole.

When I couldn't find the boots my step-daughter wanted for Christmas ANYWHERE, Zappos came through with superior stock, competitive pricing, and better than on time delivery. THANKS and Happy New Year!

The boots were one size bigger than needed, but that was our fault. My wife was extremely happy with the Customer Service received when returning. Zappos shipped her a new pair within a couple days prior to her shipping back the wrong ones. She said the Representative was very polite and extremely helpful which is hard to come by these days! Looking forward to more purchases in the future!

I bought these in grey for my daughter, who outgrew her old classic ones (now I have a pair of Uggs!). She adores them and wears them every day. I didn't understand her fascination with them until, like I said, I inherited her outgrown pair. I always thought they were so very ugly, but now I see why everyone loves them. They are truly the most comfortable pair of shoes/boots ever! The only thing negative I will say about the Bailey Button -- above the button, the sides of the boot do not stay together. It rolls down towards the button. Still looks cute, but if you do not want the fur lining to show, get the classic Ugg style.
