I wish they were still well-made! The lining was completely uneven...sticking out from one boot and not showing over the leather much on the other boot. It was also shedding and coming out in clumps. Too bad!

I love UGGs. I have many different styles of them. These are the first pair that I was disappointed in. The fur is matted, thinned out in places and uneven.. It looks terrible and I think they look like knock offs. I heard UGG has outsourced their shoe making. I'm not sure it's just my pair that was terrible or this is the new way them make them. Either way, I won't be buying more.

The Bailey Button style is poorly made. The fabric tore within two months of wear. Very disappointing.

I exchanged the mini bailey button for these because the seams were coming out of the pair I initially received, and they didn't have any more in my size. I was sent the chestnut colored ones, and the button is a different color than the one online, and they are stained. I contacted customer service and they could not accommodate me and I have to end up keeping the grey ones with the seam coming out because I would not get my refund in time to re purchase these to go on a trip to visit my brother who is about to deploy over seas. Not a very happy customer.

I'm so sad. I bought these and they were really comfortable and cute. Then three months later the seams started unraveling. Zappos is awesome and exchanged them right away. I put on the new ones as soon as they arrived and the entire back of the boot ripped off in my hand like it was made of paper! I was under the impression Uggs were high quality, and maybe some styles are, but not these.

First, had I known these were made in China I would not have purchased. Attractive style, however fleece was shedding as I removed the inner boot packing material. Color (Navy) uneven, heel suede lighter hue and looks like patch-work. Thin, cheap shearling with minimal foot padding. One elastic button fastener does not line up properly which creates a wrinkle. I am returning them and would not recommend UGG footwear based on these boots.

I read the reviews on this boot sounded like everyone was just crazy about these I have pair of Merrels that I love with fur lining so thought these would be great. First of all they were so itchy I don't know if it was because they are real wool or the die. My daughter tried them on too and said yuck very scratchy. Then when you put them on I wear boot leg jeans the boot just about fit under my jeans and you could see big bump and if you wore them on the outside of your jeans they just make your feet look huge, the style is just not that flattering and they look cheap don't look like they should be more. In fact went to local store got pair of boots with fake fur lining and they are soft inside and I can wear them in the snow.. But have to say Zappos is great, return quick exchanged them for something else they got here before I got these back to them. Hurray for Zappos! Great customer service they spoil me!

Am I the only one? I had to return them, the sole was as stiff as a board. I am a size 7.5 so I ordered a 7, the size was good, but I could not walk in them. So disappointed... I know that UGG boots have very flexible soles. Zappos service was excellent, as always.

I was so disappointed by these boots! I'm an 8 - 8.5, so I ordered the 8. Unfortunately, while I could get my foot in the left boot, it was almost impossible to get into the right boot and when I did (hoping they would stretch) it was so uncomfortable. I wanted to love these as the sheepskin inside is so nice and plush. I might try again but with a size 9. Zappos customer service was awesome as usual and let me return them. Love Zappos!

Six weeks ago, I received the Ugg Bailey Button. I have been delighted with how they look and feel. I have worn them constantly, and today noticed a hole over the big toe area. The fit is good and toe nails are short. I have the old style of Uggs from many years ago and this did not happen.

I sent these back as well as the jester red because neither one were the color they appear to be.
