These are very cute boots. They are warm and soft, but I should have inspected them (with my glasses on) before wearing. The quality is inferior, in my opinion. They are not cheap. One boot on seam under button came unraveled. Or the decorative outer stitching, I think. I took a super fine needle and some thread and stitched it back as well as I could. I should not have to do this if there was any quality control or inspection before mailing.

Last year I bought these in wrong size - I wear a 6½ and bought a 7 - the 7 is huge - Comfortable and warm but I mean so long that I look like I am wearing a clown costume and so much room in the toe area that I have stumbled several times over my own feet. So this year, and now I see that there is an advisement to size down, I was eager to order size 6 and did so. They are so small that can hardly get them on. They seem thinner in material and not at all comfortable...

These boots were just okay not great, I am a fan of the taller Uggs, but I thought I would try something different and it was not the best investment however they will be worn. I am the absolute biggest fan of Zappos, everything is always in a timely fashion as promised, customer service is excellent. Prices are great . I am hooked whole heatedly.

Just got these boots on Thursday, 1/24/13. Wore them twice over the weekend. On that 2nd wearing, that's when the seam ripped near the button on the right boot. I like the boot, but I don't want to take the chance of this happening again, so I will probably exchange for the Ugg Classic Short instead. Of course, Zappos' Customer Service has been incredible. Love Zappos!

These are super cute; but not such super quality. My 13 year old daughter wore them two days and the upper ripped clean away from the lower. That is a shame as they are stylish. I am exchanging them for the durable classic boots.

I was disappointed in these and returned them. The button is so low on the side that the top flips down and you can't even see the cute button style. Since they flip down they fit sloppy and are not nearly as warm as my other classic Uggs which I absolutely love.

Read others reviews and thought I'd give these a try, was very disapointed, the fur inside was very scratchy, thought it was just me but my daughter tried them on to and said extremely rough. they were also way to hot! the quality didn't meet the price either, they didn't look like they would last and when you put them on to bulky under boot leg jeans, and looked huge with jeans tucked in, like clown shoes, no style top to round. Well I tried them but for the price will get something I can wear out in the weather. I have to say ZAPPOS never disapoints in customer service, quick and easy returns, never have to worry about returning no shipping charge and always always quick! They have the most friendly people that work for them. Thanks Zappos, but you spoil me and expect that kind of service from other companies and don't get it.

After while the side starts flopping over and does not stand up. Tried different things to get the leather to stand up with no luck. They only look good for a season.

I love Uggs, but the black ones left my feet black. Even with socks, some of the black dye came through on my feet. It was close to impossible to get off and ruined my pedicure. Not happy with Uggs about this one.

I used to love Uggs because everyone had them and they seemed so comfy! Well, they were comfy, but on the first day of wearing them, my Uggs ripped while putting them on! I do not recommend buying Bailey Buttons! They are cheaply made. In my opinion, the classic talls or the classic short were much stronger.

Pro: best for warmth! Con: no arch support; sizing not true, not consistent. One size fit in the store, then ordered from Zappos and it was huge on me. Ordered smaller size and it was still larger than store boot in same size. Pro: Zappos is great!

I'm not totally happy with the boots; if I tuck my pants, even skinny pants, into the left boot, the grain of the boot twists my pants all the way to the left. It's very uncomfortable since I have to keep unwrapping my pants. I'm really unhappy about that especially since the boots aren't that cheap!

Ouch! Ugg has changed so much since I bought my first pair in Australia. They no longer accommodate high in-steps and quite frankly I love my Emu boots and slippers.

I have high arches and so these boots did not work for me. I even ordered my regular size (10) after reading so many reviews suggesting to order a size down, but the instep was still too tight.

They weren't kidding about it not being meant for snow and ice. These boots have no traction. Nice and warm, but not meant for midwestern winters. I would not buy another pair. I did order a size smaller and they fit fine.

I really wanted to love these and thought long and hard before I became a member of the cult of UGGs. The thing is that as much as they warn you that these shoes are not meant for long periods of walking- they do not tell you that these shoes are not meant for city walking- period. I wore these for a day of moderate walking, nothing like my daily pounding the pavement and I am still in pain three weeks later. These boots have no support whatsoever and in fact the cushy warm lining is deceptive in that it gives the illusion of comfort when all it is doing is setting you up for excruciating heel pain. Now I understand why I see all of those girls with their UGGs distorted and their feet squished every which way- it is impossible to wear these and protect your feet. If you plan on driving everywhere I highly recommend these, but then why would you need all that extra warmth? hate writing negative reviews, but I wish I had never bought these. My heels hate me for it.

They look great and are very warm, but no arch support here! My back started aching after wearing them for 10 minutes, so I had to go buy arch inserts. Unfortunately they become super slippery (read like ice skates) on snow, so i don't know. My 13 year old daughter loves her Uggs, but I would have done better with something else!

I love Uggs but now since my feet are wider I cannot wear them anymore. Someone said if I wear them they will get wider but I did not want to try and then not be able to wear them. The one star is because they do not make wide boots. I like the Classic Short and the Bailey Button ones. I think there are probably many people out there that would buy them if they had a wide.

My boots do not match. They are the Bailey Button. They arrived yesterday and will be going right back. One boot has a dark button and one a light button. One was manufactured in China the other wasn't. One had the hologram tag inside and one did not. One was obviously not an UGG but an imitation. I was truly disappointed.

It says that these boots run big and you should size down. Not true for me, I sized down and could just about get my foot into them, so I'm exchanging them for my normal size 9 and will see whats happens, as far as the boots go they are really light weight and seem well constructed, with lots of wool to keep your feet warm!

I couldn't wait to get my new uggs and was disappointed these were tight where the rib is and small. I wear a 9 in uggs - have other pairs and these my toes were exploding at the top.

Not at all worth the money spent! I've only worn them maybe 3 times and they are horribly faded! I treated them before first wear and now they are an ashy grey/brown they look horrible!

I bought these boots one year and 7 days ago. They have been VERY gently worn. VERY gently worn. This morning I put them on to take the dogs out (the primary use of these boots and only done on occasion as morning duty usually falls to my husband) and the shaft of the boot tore away in my hands. I am so disappointed to have spent all of this money on my first pair of Uggs.

First of all, Ugg boots are NOT the Uggs from 10 years ago. The feel is different, stiffer and not as soft and supple. The sheepskin lining is scratchier and feels cheap and synthetic. I was so disappointed when I received the bailey button for Christmas. I tried them on an immediately I knew they were a cheaper quality than my old Uggs. I guess Ugg of Australia decided to cut costs and lower the quality of their product. I was always an Ugg wearer, i have 5 pairs of slippers/boots. They were all purchased over 2 years ago. Now they are a whole different quality, not something I would re-purchase. I returned my Baileys and will look to another company for boot buying. I'm very upset Ugg took the low road and did this. They were always my favorite boot.
