Got for my daughter and she loves these. Fairly true to size and they do loosen up a little bit after wearing. We’ll see how they survive the snow, salt, and all the melt/thaw cycles we have up here in the frozen tundra.

The Bailey Button fits true to size and is very comfortable. They are very cute and great with leggings - the only downside is that it's hard to tuck regular jeans into them because of the button - they tend to pop out. I cannot say enough good things about the Zappos experience overall. The customer service and generous return policy (a whole year!!) is unbeatable. The shopping experience could not be more pleasant. In the future, any online shoe/boot purchases I make will be through Zappos.

I really like the Baily button. I like the fact that you can choose to wear them up or down. Options are the spice of life. The only thing I don’t like is that I wear mine mostly down, and now when I try to wear them up, they don’t look like they used to. The material doesn’t complete hold its shape, so they look a little worn. They are super warm and comfy though, which is important.

I was hoping the shade would be more of a dove grey. The color is closer to a steel grey. Nevertheless, they are super cute. Definitely order a size down as Uggs run large. They actually feel a bit bigger than my Ugg minis. I’ve spilled water and coffee on my minis and the suede does stain so I also ordered the water repellent. I’m hoping it will extend the life of the shoe.

I ordered these as a Christmas present for my wife. The ordering process was very easy and Zappos confirmed and shipped very promptly. I will be ordering from you again! As far as the boots, my wife loves them. Although the manufacturer recommends wearing them without socks (and she does), the lining is black and it rubbed off on her heels turning them black. It has reduced over time. Would have given an overall rating of 5 on the boots if the lining did not rub off on her feet. She does say they are one of the most comfortable boots she has ever worn.

My daughter loves her boots and Zappos service is impeccable. I ordered the boots and 4:30pm and received them the next day by 5pm.

These boots are very cozy and comfortable. I have found that they aren\'t as warm as my Ugg Mayfaires because the calf is not fitted and lets cold air in. As most people have commented, they run large. I normally wear a 10 or 10.5, so I knew that a 9 would be too small. It\'s too bad Uggs don\'t come in half sizes, because the 10 is a little too big. Also, you should be aware that these boots have very poor traction. I fell on a snowy sidewalk in them yesterday, and I have to be very conscious of my steps when there is snow or ice. I was surprised with this, because I\'ve never had that problem with my Mayfaires.

Very comfortable. If you have a bit of a wider ankle, these are great. Much easier to put on. I was happy to find them. Also, they actually feel true to size.

Of course I love my uggs like everyone else, but I was disappointed to find out that they were made in China and thought potential first time buyers may like to know that up front when considering the impact of your purchase.

I ordered these Bailey Button Uggs in chocolate on Thursday night and got them Monday. I usually wear a 7 and a half but got a 7. My feet look big in these Uggs so I was wondering if I should get a 6 instead. But overall, they're very comfy. And hopefully getting another pair!

I love these boots but they are too short on me length wise; I feel that my big toe was super squished. I wear an 11 normally and would have exchanged to go up a size but can't find them in a 12. Very disappointed that they didn't fit! I will be trying to find another that fit comfortably!

This is my first pair of Uggs. I would never buy them because they are so ugly. After hearing over and over how comfortable and warm they are, I decided to buy them. Yes, they are comfortable and warm but they are still ugly. I wear a 9½ but since there were no half sizes, I opted for the 10. I should have gotten a 9 as they are too big and they make me trip. Also, I paid a lot for mine and now they are on sale everywhere. I do not think that they are worth the price I paid but it is too late now.

Purchased for my 13 year old daughter and like one of the other reviews I read one boot stood up straight, while the other was extremely slouchy and fat near the button and folds over constantly to one side may be poor design should have used 2 buttons to hold sides together as leather material is so soft that fur flaps open and over side of boot.

I wore these boots about 10 times. As you can see the back of the boot does not remain in the original shape. This results in less warmth and protection from the snow which is why I bought these boots. I am disappointed considering the price and reputation of the product.

I love these boots but sadly am returning them. The seam across the foot make them extremely difficult to get on and off as it is quite tight. I feel that with slippers, they should be easy to get on and off and I don't want to struggle every time. As it is a seam, I'm not sure they will loosen with time, but at this price I'm not prepared to risk it. They are so comfy on though. I knew they ran big so ordered a full size down, and they felt perfect (when they were on). I wonder if my usual size would mean they weren't so hard to get on? But then they would be too long.

I have been an Uggs fanatic for years, but I just felt that the quality of the materials has gone down as of late. The shearling feels a little cheaper in this boot, and I didn't like the way the top stays open because of the button style vs. the Classic Short. Returning them for the Adelaide - more expensive but hoping they'll have the luxurious feel I'm used to.

I Have a pair of bailey buttons and I LOVED the way they felt on your feet! I had worn them for about a month or two, before the tops started to curl down... I still where them even if they look a bit old now. I wouldn't get bailey buttons unless you aren't going to wear them a lot. :(

I ordered these as a replacement for my beloved pair of Uggs that were given to me as a Christmas gift in the '90s! My have times changed! While these boots are beautiful -- they are not the thick, plushy sheep shearling wonders of 18 years ago! Beautifully wrapped, these boots make you feel likely are buying into an instruction of merit! (Which is a good thing, considering how expensive they are!) Are they fashionable - yes. Will I wear them - yes. Will I miss my old pair - Yes!

The quality is for sure not as good as my old Uggs. The sole has no grip and very slippery in snow. Definitely not happy with these boots. Did not buy through Zappos, so I am stuck with them. Maybe a good fall boot when it's not slippery out.

They are nice just like all Uggs, but I would not get the button side again as they start flopping down above the button.

I have now ordered the Ugg Sunburst in black which is on sale. I noticed the Ugg sunburst in Chestnut is not on sale. I finally thought I would try another Ugg boot out, because the Bailey Button Ugg was not comfortable and did not have a lot of shearling. I could not find the Ugg Sunburston the regular list of snow boots on the Zappos site. A few people commented that they like the Ugg Sundance better then the Ugg Starburst, but that was in 2011. the Zappos representative did not know if Ugg was still making the Ugg Starburst. I called Ugg and they said they have made a few changes to the Ugg Sunburst and it is the regular price and they are no longer making the Ugg Sunburst in black. The Sunburst should have way more shearling. Hopefully it will work out unlike the Bailey Button and I did get it on sale because I got the black. If you can get it, the black is on sale on a number of sites, one cheaper then Zappos and they also have free shipping.

First of all I wanted to say, that I absolutely love, everything about Zappos! Zappos promotes happiness, respect and caring. Free over night shipping! Free return shipping! The suggestion in regards to getting a size smaller was on point! The customer service person that I talked to was wonderful and said that if they were too small, that I could call and they would send me out the larger size right away. Zappos is the best company ever! They save lives with their positivity and willingness to talk to a customer as long as is necessary! Unfortunately the Ugg boots I had years ago is not the Ugg boots of today. If I chose to stick with the Ugg boots that I purchased, I would have ordered my size 9 so I had some room in the toe area. My foot hit the end of the size 8. They do not have the cozy feeling I remember. Way less shearling. They are hard to put on. I am so disappointed with anything Ugg now. I am no longer an Ugg fan. I will have to go with another company. I have Minnetonka like Uggs. Not as much shearling as my old wonderful UGGS, but they will have to do for now. I also got a very inexpensive pair of Ugg like boots at Target. I paid hardly anything. Not anywhere near my old Uggs which I finally had to throw away, because all the shearling came out of them, I had worn them so much, but I have gotten complements on them and they will have to do. I will keep looking around and may get one of the shearling Minnetonka boots that I saw at Zappos!

Liked them at first then after a little while they stretched out and now I'm not so happy with them. I like the original better! They lasted a long time though

Like the top. It's nice and soft with the cut edge. Better than the other styles that have a surged edge at top that doesn't stretch or give. I got a sore on the inside of my leg, and found it was from that new "It's a genuine Ugg" label that they've added. I had to cut it out. It was rubbing me raw. Had to wear a bandage for awhile. I don't like the soles. They make you trip on smooth carpet. They don't bend. Why don't they change the soles and make them more pliable? I just had to put some inserts in this morning because my foot was starting to hurt from lack of arch support. So, a few problems, but basically, they're do-able if you're willing to work the problems out.

My daughter got these boots for Christmas. The thread on the side came loose immediately. I called Zappos and they sent her a replacement pair the next day. The new pair seems to be holding up well.
