I thought for sure that these boots were Australian made, come to find out they are made in China! Yea, right! Sent them back! Zappos is a GREAT company, no problem with them!

This shoes are sooooo cute. Until you have them for a few months. Then the sides start to fall over. Just get the classic shorts, not the bailey buttons.

The boot is great but if you have a narrow foot, your foot just moves all over and is not supported. My heel kept coming up with every step and was very uncomfortable.

I bought these but returned them. I have worn Ugg classic short boots for years and love them. I thought this would be just as comfy, but a little cuter with the button detail. Yes, they are cuter, but part of the button detail attachment is on the inside and rubs on your leg very uncomfortably. I'm surprised because Ugg is known for comfort. I've returned them and gone back to the classic.

I am size 8 but got size 7 and they fit perfectly. I think they look much nicer if you are size 6 or less. I thought my foot looked really big and clunky in it so I decided to return the shoes.

I got these for Xmas last year, and they're adorable, but the quality is not as good as all other Ugg Classics. They faded on the heel and water leaked in even after I sprayed them with the Ugg waterproofer!

I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 normally. The 8 was still too big. Be sure to order a size smaller. I will be getting a size 7. My basic UGGs are size 8.

Bad experience with Ugg Bailey Button in light pink. Pants stain them. 3 different types of pants. Very hard to clean. I am suggesting darker colors. Zappos service is amazing. Received product fast. Very well updating via e-mails about status of the order. Customer service is superb.

I love the Bailey Button, but I think my pair is a "lemon". The suede by my pinky toe caught on a door and ripped soon after I bought them, then the seem over the top of my foot separated. It has completely unraveled and now I have a huge hole that will be expensive to repair. I might as well just buy a new pair. Also, if you wear these folded over they won't really stand up afterwards. Mine are permanently folded over.

I've returned these boots and went with the Bailey 3-button instead. While these are cute, I found that the top flapped open a lot and peeled away from my leg. If I wanted to wear them rolled down it wouldn't be an issue. But I wanted to wear them up, unfolded. They were super comfortable though, and easy to get on and off.

I wear a 7½ and followed guidance by ordering a 7. They were too small and low in instep. Nice quality but sizing was tricky for me as I have never purchased Uggs before. The red is a soft red, not bright. Rated a three not because of inferiority but because it was a neutral rating for a shoe that I did not keep.

I do not know what all the hype is about. I live in NY; almost everyone on the street is wearing them - young and old - so I thought I would try them. They were okay but nothing more. I read the other reviews and ordered a bigger size to allow for wearing thick socks. With the bigger size I still could only wear a thin sock. I know they are really meant to be worn without socks, but there was some sort of thick thread stitching on the side that actually was sticking in my foot without socks. Don't know if these were just a bad pair, but I all around expected much more for the price. They are going back.

Ugg! I seek out comfort and this brand just doesn't do it for me. Yes, they are warm and stylish, but the foot bed lacks major comfort, at least to me.

These boots are super cute! But they are very woolly (super itchy!). Will be sending them back. This is a lot to pay for woolly boots that I will never wear.

Adorable boot, but contrary to discription, I found it to run a little small! I first ordered a size smaller (advised in discription) and returned them for my regular size. Still they remain tight across the instep. Not as comfortable as my other Uggs.

I received these as a gift. I always love Ugg boots and slippers. However, I don't particularly like these. They are adorable looking in the picture, but when I put them on and look at my feet, they look very big and clumsy looking. I suppose its the style. I do love the color, gray! So I'll return them and pick out another style in gray.

I have a wide foot and normally wear a 7 or 7.5. I could have worn the 7 in this shoe if I did not want to wear socks and was willing to wear them often to stretch them out, so I gave my daughter the 7 and I bought an 8, which is a little big even with the socks. They are not as warm as I thought they would be but are easy to get on and off.

The boot wasn't bad. It's real cute. Some of the colors were ugly in person though, so I'd check out a store before ordering online. My buttons wore out and became crappy after about three weeks of wearing them; the wood buttons suck. My left button fell off and I had to sew it back on so I don't know what you could do to prevent the buttons from wearing out.

I've had 6 pairs of Uggs over the last several years. They are all the original real sheepskin fleece lining. The new Ugg-Pure is a completely inferior product. It's a highly processed wool on a polyester backing and not nearly as warm, cozy, plush or comfortable. So extremely disappointing... I have very cold feet and Ugg boots used to be the only warm boots I could find. So buyer beware if you are used to the 'old' Uggs, you may be very disappointed.

I have worn Uggs since the 1990s and I swore by them. In the last few years I couldn't understand why the new ones didn't fit my feet properly anymore. After reading the current reviews I understood you no longer had to order one size down but your true size. I ordered 2 pairs and tried again, sadly they still do not fit and are going back. e shaft is strange and you have to force your feet in the boot - THAT NEVER happened before...But the true reason is that they're no longer made in Australia, they are made in China! It explains why they not only don't fit but the quality of the suede and lining are so different from the Uggs of say 3-4 years ago. Uggs you had a good thing going why on earth change a fabulous product? I am having my "vintage" ones refurbished sadly no longer a fan.

Something has gone a little sour with these button Uggs. I should know, I just bought my third. A couple years ago I bought the 3-buttons, last spring got the mini's and have been wanting for a while to get these mid ones in grey. Well I was surprised with the issues I had. First of all only after 3 tries I got a pair that is not defective - the first two had the same exact issue - seems the back panel of a series of them was perhaps cut on a fold in the fabric, because the top corner of the back panel of one boot (both times I think it was the right one), right above the button flips outwards. The leather there was apparently wrinkled or bent and nothing could be done about it. Finally only the third one came defect free. Zappos as always was great with processing the exchange speedily each time, but considering these aren't cheap, one wants to ask Ugg what is going on? Now that's only the beginning. The sizing has changed as well. They feel smaller, shorter to be exact, and also my big toe feels a little squished vertically. There's just not the room at the toes that there is in my two older pairs. Plus, to make matters worse, for some reason my foot slides forward when I walk, which makes my big toe squish into the front of the boot even more. I never had this issue with the other two pairs! I tried to figure out what the difference is that is causing this - maybe the arch support is worse? Not sure, but foot is definitely sliding forward. They are also tight on the top of the foot near the ankle - it seems that opening has gotten smaller. I am between a 6 and 6.5 and the other two fit great in 6, now I feel like I'm just off the size chart, because I'm sure the 7 will be too big. So Ugg, if you're going to reduce the size you have to introduce 1/2 sizes, otherwise people are going to fall out of the size categories. I'm not sure, but I think the difference is being caused by the fabric cut less generously, not the length of the soles. Now because I really wanted these and there are no serious pain issues or anything, I'm going give them a chance once more and see if I can do stuff to stretch them out. I hate that kind of work, though. There's nothing like getting a shoe, putting it on and it just fits and you can forget about it. My two older pairs of Uggs were like that, but I am now very disappointed that what has become one of my all-time favorite brands is letting go of their quality. May need to start looking for a replacement brand.

Uggs are not made the same as they used to be. I'm disappointed at how cheap these feel. I will keep them and search for an alternative for next time. I used to purchase a pair every year, but these are not the same! I'd rather pay half the price for the same quality of a "knockoff."

Cute and comfy, but not made like the Uggs I wore as a child. The sides do not stay up, which is annoying. I get snow and cold on my ankles. Going to have to buy taller ones.

Very disappointed after purchasing these boots. Quality for the price was a D minus. I would have thought for the price and popularity the boots would have been wonderful and they are not. I am disappointed and UGGS is an over priced, over rated fad that too many people are falling for.
