I love the style, but the quality is not the usual UGGs that I'm used to. The 'suede' feels like microfiber. It doesn't have that soft, nappy feel that all of my other UGGs have. I've even checked out the same style at Nordstrom's and the boot is different. The suede is what I've come to expect. Are you guys sending 'knockoffs'?! I'm keeping them because of the comfort, but now I'm skeptical about another purchase.

These boots are great, they are very warm and comfy, and they look nice too! I got them in sugar plum and they look awesome!

Fast service! VIP Zappos member - I ordered my boots after dinner and they were at my door before dinner the following day! Nice quality product. Pricey, but seem much sturdier than lower-priced brands. The lining is so soft! 4 stars overall, because of the price.

I love Ugg's. I think these are my 7th pair and they still do not disappoint. I like the black and they were perfect for me trekking around NYC for a weekend trip. My only complaint would be the fact that the sides begin to droop. Since they're held together by the button, the walls aren't as firm as the regular short style. But ultimately, they're just a different style. Also, make sure to wear these the first few times without socks...they're super comfortable.

I really like the feel of the boot! The reason I gave 4 stars is that the shearling is very uneven. The back and sides vary about 3/4 inch. Doesn't bother the fit though, just the look slightly. Once again, best customer service ever! I actually enjoy ordering!

Very comfortable boot, both with socks and without. Just a warning, if you're wearing light-colored socks, they won't stay that way.

These boots are adorable in person and comfortable. The Zappos team is fantastic. We had a minor issue with the button tearing away from the boot; however with the Zappos return policy and customer service it made a typical agonizing return easy, simple, and gave me another incredible customer service experience to remember for future purchases.

These are very nice boots. Warm, pleasant inside to feet, instantly warming. Light in weight, button on a side adds interest and style. Serving me well as slippers inside the house. Recommend to get half size smaller than regular shoe size, also feel wider.

These boots fit a little more snugly at first than the Classic Short boots do. They are warm and cozy as are the originals. My only disappointment is that the boots tend to cuff down while I am wearing them. I have never folded them down, so they are not creased to do so. They did it without prompting. Otherwise, I love them!

I love the style and the warmth of Ugg boots. These are my second pair. At first I had ordered the recommended size down (like my first pair) but while the foot size was fine, it was way too tight around my ankle (my mother had the same problem with her new Uggs this year too). Have they changed the sizing? Exchanged them for a size up and these are about a half size too big. Although I don't do it often, wearing a pair of socks makes them fit nice and snug the way they're supposed to. As always these boots are nice and cozy and I love the bailey button style. If they would only start making half sizes.

Very good boots. Two things I don't like: 1) wish they came in half sizes. Size 6 is a bit too snug but 7 is too big. 2) The fur in the right boot that sits underneath my toes gets bunched up and feels funny. Other than that, I love them. Very comfy, look great, warm, and just the right height. Bought the crushed violets color which is awesome but wish chocolate and grey would've been available at the time, I would've chosen one of those instead, to be able to wear with more outfits.

I wear a 7 1/2 and ordered the 7. They fit great! My only complaint is that they flip down pretty easily. Once I wore them down it was hard to wear them up anymore. But tons of compliments on the blue!

Lovely color and good fit. Nice to be able to wear the cuff up or down. Note that you are not supposed to expose these boots to water!

Super cute boot. The button detail is nice, and I love that you can wear them up or folded over at the top. Zappos service was awesome! Free delivery, and I had them the very next day. I would definitely order from them again and they have so many styles to choose from. Very happy.

First off, Zappos has the best customer service in the world. I have worn Uggs short classics for years and this year ordered the Bailey Buttons for my DIL and myself. Unfortunately, the flaps flop whether I want them folded down or not. This did not occur until first wear, so I cannot return them. Disappointed with the product, but happy with the service.

Excellent comfy boots. I love them. The only problem I had was the dye transfer to my feet. I have them in black. It turned my feet grey. I suggest wearing dark socks not barefoot.

I swore I would never get the Ugg Bug. Truthfully, they are not good looking. But for schlepping and having a cozy pair to throw on when you need to bolt they are excellent. I wear these Bailey button shorts with the top rolled down so it has a sheepskin cuff look. My only complaint is that the front of the boot, near the mid-round got scratched very easily. I do not drag my feet. I am a solid size 7, got the 6 and they are swell; maybe a tad snug at the toes. But up a size would be enormous. They are not gorgeous, but for genuine sheepskin boots they are great casual, hanging out boots.

Love the Bailey Button purple. Usually wear a 9, but 8 is the right size for me in this style. At first a toe here or there was uncomfortable, but they stretched and adjusted a tiny bit. I have to add orthotics, and the insoles are not removable. I just wear the orthotics on top of the fuzz. They are super comfy. The tops have begun to flop down. My daughter says that's what they all do, so I'll accept it.

This is the second time I ordered this boot and all the reviews say to go up a full size. That did not work for me. I ordered this boot in 2 sizes, a 5 and 6 which is my regular size and both were short, and the 6 was very wide. I could have keep the 6, but one boot was wider than the other. Another reviewer had the same issue. Well I am going to say that UGG's are cute and warm, but not for me. Have to return them.

I am not in love with the look of the UGG, never have been. But, I've been searching for the perfect 'wear-around the house' shoe for the winter months. So I gave UGG a second look. Granted, I did much research and decided to purchase the Bailey Button. I am becoming a convert! These are exceptionally comfortable and warm and useful. They wear differently than they feel. I did try on other similar shoes/boots but they did not have the same feel. The reviews helped tremendously - I did buy a full size down and the shoes fit perfectly.

Really cute boot, but unless you wear tights or leggings, the bottoms of your pants either bulge out the top if the cuffs are down, or have to be tucked in if the cuffs are up.

I like the comfort and warmth of this boot. Since I will rarely wear the boot on the outside of my pants and rolled down - I don't like the flaps on the side since they curl down when I don't want them to. Also, I trip on the rubber edge on the boot on occasion as it is really big. I like my classic style UGGs better. The fit is bigger as well even though they are the same size.

Very comfortable and warm. The grey color matches almost everything. Got my order within 18 hours of ordering! Only thing I do not like about this product is that it gets salt stains (from the sidewalks and roads) that are very hard to remove.

I love my Uggs!!! This is a soft, comfortable, and warm boot. It is my first short pair of Uggs. The difference I noticed is that it is a bit tighter in size (in most Uggs you go down a size.) It's pretty close to the toes. It is also tighter around the seam, over the instep area, when pulling on. I'm sure it will loosen up with time. I first purchased the pink color, but returned it, as it was too coral. The sand color seems to go with much more. Overall, I do recommend this boot and it looks great on. Love the style.
