I got the boots about a month ago and I love them. They are easy to slip on and very warm. What I like most about them is that I can roll them down or keep them straight up. The button on the side definitely adds to the style of the boot also making it easier to tuck my pants into them. I brought the Knightsbridge last year and have only worn them once since I got these new boots. I recommend them to anyone who is an Ugg lover or who is buying their first pair because they are great! In addition to the wonderfulness of the boots, Zappos made the experience of buying them even better. The customer service is amazing, everyone is friendly, answers your questions while being helpful and I got my boots the next day. So no complaints from me!

Nice looking boot; my granddaughter loves them! Overall, I'd say that Uggs puts out a good product. I just ordered/received three pairs (all different styles) for my grandkids and they are all satisfied with the look and the fit. As for Zappos, this is the second time I've ordered from them and the entire process from ordering/receiving was great.

I think I'm going to love these! Very cute and really warm & soft! What I really love is that I ordered them late last night & had them by 2 PM! Great service! Based on others' feedback, I ordered a smaller size. Typically buy 6 1/2, but ordered these in 6. They seem to be the right fit.

Nice boots. The top is a bit too wide on to my taste. The boot is a bit bulkier than the classic tall boot. I just like my classic tall boots better.

Bought these for my 13 year old for Christmas. Well made and they look like they will last longer than her off brand did. True to size and after wearing them a week, the button popped off one. Zappos took them back and replaced no questions asked. Love Zappos! I would recommend going to UGG's website and getting the waterproof spray and cleaning kit for less. I would buy again. My daughter also has a wide foot and this was a good fit for her.

Very comfortable and warm. Love the button. UGG's run big on me, I am usually a size 10 wide and I like the 9 in UGG.

After years of resisting for a number of reasons (they are ugly, too expensive, and so trendy) I finally bought my first pair of Uggs. I read tons of reviews on sizing, care, etc. and ordered my usual size. They were huge, so called Zappos stupid-early one morning and they were exceedingly pleasant and re-sent me a smaller size right away. The new size fit perfectly and are so warm but I learned that your feet cannot be cold when you put them on - they will not warm up but they will keep your feet warm if they are not frozen to begin with. They have no arch support which is a consideration if wearing them all day. For the price, I wish they had put in at least an attempt at such support. When I take them off, I rake the inside to bring the sheepskin back up hoping to prolong the fullness of the insides and thus their comfortable properties. I also treated the suede to stave off watermarks that can ruin the outer skin of the boots. In all, I would recommend for their warmth, but not real comfort (because of the lack of arch support, I can wear them about five hours max, if I am on my feet) and wait for a sale. And for real satisfaction, stay with Zappos.

These are beautiful boots but they ran small. When ordering these you need at least one size larger. I could not even put my feet in the shoes.

I've worn Uggs since the early 80's,and am a snob about neverwearing knockoffs. However, this is the first pair I've bought that weren't the original design (either short or tall). They are even more comfortable, and look less bulky. This color (dry leaf) is both neutral and colorful, and I've received many compliments. The fit is similar to original Uggs, so order about a size down from your normal shoe size- but I think they fit more snuggly (in a good way). I'll buy again! Why only 4 stars? I wish they weren't made in China, now.

Great on these cold winter days. Comfortable, an accurate fit, easy to put on and take off. The only negative is that it best to wear them without socks. Socks tend to bunch up while walking. Somewhat uncomfortable then.

Comfortable. Snug fit so size up if you want to wear with thick socks although they are not needed. I wear them without socks and they are so plush and warm inside I almost forget that I'm sock-less.

I am very happy with my Uggs they are very soft and comfortable. I wear mine without the socks like many people recommended. As far as sizing goes I went down a sz & they fit great. I would recommend purchasing the ugg water protector before you wear them I did not and the black shows the tiny water drops I got from watering my front yard why they don't automatically do this I so not know but that's about it great shoes.

This was my first time ordering thru Zappos, I had no problems at all. I placed my order through the web site, and as promised I received my order. Having had such a pleasant experience, I definitely would and will recommend the Zappos site to friends and family. Thanks!

I got this in Sand and Navy blue and I loved both of them! They go with all my sweaters! If you're getting this, make sure you get the cleaning supplies with it because it stains easily. Also the top of the boot spreads out and widens with time which I didn't like.

I've only worn these once since I got them several weeks ago. Its been so snowy and slushy I haven't had a chance. They feel nice, tho I wish they came in half sizes. I would have gone up a half. And there isn't any arch support to speak of, tho you can insert one if you like. I do.

These are comfortable boots. They run large. They are great for casual wear, but not for all day if you are on your feet. You can tuck your slacks into the boots or wear slacks over them. I like them but they are not my favorites.

My 73-year-old mother bought these in gray to accommodate her hammertoe and she raves about the comfort. They look pretty cute on her too. So I got gray and black for my 70-something mother-in-law who also has some kind of toe issue. She adores them and they look, um, comfortable on her. Also got her the original short boot, but she had trouble getting her feet in them, so the button/flap opening seems to be a big plus. The size 8 fit her 8-1/2 feet quite nicely, so sizing up a half size does indeed seem to be the rule.

I absolutely love these boots. However, with the one button, the top "flaps over" and does not stand up straight. I wish it did not flop.

Love the Bailey Button for it's comfort but decided they are a bit too clunky and its expected poor performance in wet conditions led me to return them for another boot that is more stylish and water resistant too.

Cute boots. A little smaller than my classic tall Uggs. But I think they will stretch with wear. I wear an 81/2. I always order 7 in Uggs. Works out fine when the sheepskin fur smashes down after a few times. I own 4 pairs of Uggs and these are a little different. The suede (sheepskin) seems thinner. I noticed in the toe area that my toe is more pronounced through the top of the boot. Also when pulling these on, they seem delicate. Not at all like my other classic tall and shorts that I already own. Really cute, but may need to be handled with more care than I am used to with Uggs.

These UGGs fit and feel a little differently than my first pair. I bought my first ones about five years ago, and I bought a size smaller than usual. This time, even my usual size seems a little snug. They are cut more narrowly, and also the fur is not as soft and plush as the first pair. They are still comfortable, and I enjoy wearing them, but I feel that the quality has declined a bit over the years, and the sizing has definitely shrunk.

These are so much easier to get on and off. I have these in grey as grey is my favorite color among the Ugg color collection. Don't size down, they are true to size. I am size 7.5 and got 7, they are too tight. I still kept it, because I thought I was just going to stretch them. But if I would buy another one, I would definitely go for 8.

I broke down and ordered these in black after ordering two other styles of Ugg boots that really are not comfortable after wearing them for a few hours. My high school friend in California told me a few years ago that they were wonderful. So, I ordered them after I read the reviews. They are warm and snuggly for your feet. I have stopped wearing socks with them and from the beginning, I tucked them under my pants/jeans because I am 61 and do not wish to look like I am trying to look like I am 28. I did order a size up because I normally wear an 8½W. I liked them so much that I ordered the dark brown too. I love them.

I absolutely love my Uggs. They keep me so warm. They are so soft, I looked at so many other brands & couldn't find a softer inside.
