When ordering Uggs, if you\'re a half-size, order down. These were just what my daughter wanted! She saw them in Nordstrom so I thought they would be a nice Christmas present, so I came home and ordered them from Zappos...no tax and no lugging them around the mall, and my daughter was none the wiser. Zappos is the best!

These are some fine boots! They're toasty warm. They look great with bootcut jeans over 'em or with jeans rolled up to show that cute button. I haven't worn the boots rolled down cause it's too cold out for those shenanigans, but I saw a girl with the gray ones on all rolled down? And they looked really cute. I wear an eight and got an eight. I'm not down with them feeling like a glove. More like a slipper. Real nice.

I bought these shoes for my sis in law. It is a good shoe, cozy and comfortable. She likes it except that she has an ankle injury and she can't wear it properly. I had to return it.

I purchased a pair of these boots for my granddaughter from a local sporting goods store as Zappos did not have any in her size. On her recommendation I ordered a pair for myself from Zappos, my favorite place to shop for shoes & boots. These boots are more stylish than the regular ones and as the classic boots you need to order a size smaller and the fit will be perfect.

I love these boots! I wear a size 10 but ordered a 9 and they fit perfect. This is my third pair of Uggs. I can\'t live without them in the winter. The button detail on this pair is super cute.

I bought two pairs of these for gifts and they are so cute. Also, a friend of mine had a pair on with a skirt, Christmas Eve and they looked great. As usual shipping is quick, as I ordered a pair just a few days before Christmas and they were here the next day. I can buy Uggs at various locations where I live, but I always chose Zappos as they are wonderful to deal with and are truly there to please their customers.

Was very happy with my purchase. It arrived quickly, was in mint condition (i.e. box wasn't crushed or torn), and the price was the best I had found after doing an extensive search. Would definitely use Zappos again.

These boots are so comfy and warm. I wear them without socks which they recommend. I have a wide foot and the boots seemed true to size to me. You can't beat a pair of Ugg boots for the cold weather.

Delivery was quick. Fit was perfect using 1/2 size smaller than regular shoe size.

These boots were great and very warm! Wore them to a football game outdoors in DC in December and my feet were the only thing not cold. The button is a great improvement over the standard uggs because its much easier to wear over your jeans.

I own a pair of these and they are so comfortable and warm! So for Christmas I purchased a pair for my niece who absolutely loves them. I ordered them at the last minute, an hour past Zappos shipping guarantee so I wasn't expecting them to ship out the same day since I was late making the cutoff time. Zappos rocks. They shipped them out the same day and she got her Ugg shoes the next day. I love the free shipping!

I absolutely love Zappos! They always deliver on time if not early. In the case of my Uggs they came in less than 24 hours from when I ordered them! Which was great because they are the best shoe ever! I have not taken them off since purchasing them. I would highly suggest buying the cleaner and treating them before you even wear them to prevent from water stains since they are a light color. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do! I never shop for shoes at stores anymore, Zappos all the way!

As usual, Zappos outdid itself in the shipping department! Fantastic next day shipping. Now for the Uggs. I love Uggs, and have three pairs plus Uggs slippers. No arch support, but super comfortable right out of the box. Not good for long walks or in heavy snow as they don't have the support for the walks and in heavy snow it messes up the leather. The Bailey Button is the same fit as the regular Uggs, runs a bit large, so order a size down. Great thing about Uggs is you don't need to wear socks, and your feet don't sweat.

I am a bit of an Ugg fanatic and I have wanted the Bailey Button Uggs for the longest time. I first tried to get them from a site that I found online only for me to get them two weeks later and they were fake! I have since then ordered them on Zappos. They arrived the next day! I love Zappos and will always order from them from now on!

No surprises here. These boots are cute and stylish. If you have never ordered Uggs before, note that they run slightly big. Ordering from Zappos is great - easy and painless. I love the free return policy and box they provide...it's a no brainer.

Hi Zappos! Wow! I just received my exchange boots from you in exactly 18 hrs after speaking to you. I was just going to UPS, to return the original shipment, when I ran into the UPS delivery guy and he took my package! Wow! \r\n I wear a 7.5 to 8.0 in hard shoes, but Uggs run large. There were no 7s so, after measuring my feet, I decided to try the 6s. They fit perfectly. My foot does fill up the whole shoe, but they are so soft and comfortable. Only an Ugg could do it. I love these boots! They are my 3rd pair of UGG boots. These are lower in height and easier to kick off. They are so warm and cozy. They are perfect for the cold Michigan winters.

Bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves them. She needed a size 9 even though she normally wears a 10 in most shoes. They are super cozy and we love the button on the side and the split upper, which makes it easy to fold the boot down. She mostly wears them up though.

These boots are wonderful. Soft and warm and go with every outfit. I recommend these for any Ugg or boot owner to have. They are comfortable and can be worn all the time.

I love these boots! They are super comfy and keep my toes warm and dry in cold weather. And I am amazed at how well the boots maintain their color and shape after a getting wet in the rain or snow. I would definitely recommend this boot. I wear a 6.5 so I was skeptical about ordering a size 6 but they fit perfectly with thick socks. I want another pair in another style.

This is my first pair of Uggs and, based upon the reviews I'd read about them running large, I ordered down a size and got a 5 rather than my usual 6, but found them to be far too tight. Wearing socks, even thin ones, was an impossibility. My toes were pressed to the very end and the top-stitching felt uncomfortably tight. I sent them back and ordered a 6 and they fit perfectly. Snug but comfortable. The button on the size is a nice detail and the color looks richer than in the picture. They are supremely comfortable, like wearing slippers. While these are my first pair of Uggs, they definitely won't be my last.
