Ordered UGGs from Nordstrom, received confirmation but never got the boots. Called & they re-ordered them but on "back-order", so I canceled & called Zappos. Zappos website had 1 pair left, a representative (on the phone) assured me they were in stock. He also expedited shipping at no extra charge, with the boots arriving in 24hrs. THANK YOU Zappos, you made my daughter's Christmas - Love You!

Love these boots. They replaced my old black Uggs from when they first came out. Love the button, you can fold them down and tuck even boot leg jeans in.

Zappos is the best! I have a hard time finding shoes to fit me but when I order from Zappos. I always know that my frequent returns are totally hassle free. I ordered the Ugg shoes as a gift and because their review stated that they run large I ordered a size smaller and the smaller size was exactly what she needed so thank you Zappos for the information.

I received my Uggs for Christmas and I love them! I already own 3 pairs and I love them so much I wanted another. They are so comfortable and they keep my whole body warm. I usually wear a size 8 shoe, but I always get my Uggs in a 7 shoe because they run a little big. Also, I never wear them in the rain or snow because they will get ruined.

Hello all! Atlast my first pair of real fashion uggs. I have the Adirondack boots and they are great for the Winter. I bought these mostly for fashion and warmth. And fashionable and warm they are. They felt a little but but I have a narrow foot but otherwise great. I don\'t think they are meant for arch support so I don\'t think they provide much. But nontheless they are great. Easy on and off and great to run around town with and after the kids with. Very fashionable. The sand colour goes with everything and a change from black. Cute and practical! A good buy! Zappos service again as always exceptional!

Zappos is the best. I ordered my boots at 9:00 pm and they arrived at noon the very next day. I have no idea how they do that, but I just love Zappos.

Zappos is the best! I ordered 2 pairs of Ugg shoes for gifts this year and got the wrong sizes. A quick call and the very next day both new pairs showed up in the right sizes. Both my wife and daughter were quite pleased when they opened their gifts. Thanks once again for your excellent service!

I love these boots! They're super cute and comfortable! I usually wear an 8.5, but went with the recommended half size down to an 8 and they fit perfectly. Zappos rocks! I bought them on a Wednesday at 4pm and I already had them in my hands the very next day. The shipping can't be beat!

I was very happy with my order from Zappos. I was looking for Ugg boots for my granddaughter and could not find the style she wanted; my hairdresser told me about Zappos. I went online on Monday evening, found the boots, ordered them, and they were there delivered by Wednesday. This Ugg boot is beautiful. It is as vibrant a rose as the picture is. It is soft, warm and comfy. You won't want to take them off. The height is just right for tucking in jeans or with a skirt. This is a must for winter and spring. These boots are cute because of the added button. Ugg boots are a real investment. You can't go wrong no matter which style, but this one in particular is the best!

Love them, order a size down. I am normally a 7 1/2 or 8, size 7 fits perfectly. Comfortable & toasty warm, just wish they offered more arch support. Have them in brown and did not experience any dye transfer to my feet.

I bought the Uggs for my 24 year old daughter for Christmas. I wasn't sure if she would like the style, but she loved them. Normal size is 6 1/2, I followed the advice & ordered a size 6; they were perfect. Great quality, don't have any complaints.

I love these boots! I got the sand color, which is lovely in person. These are so warm and comfy. Also, if like me, you need a little extra room in the calf, these are perfect. I notice I have a lot more room at the top of this boot than I do my regular Uggs. Go down a size, these run large.

I love my Bailey Uggs there nice and comfy. I love the idea that I can freely open the sides whenever. I love the style, the color is a plus not to mention its a good investment to say the least. I would most definitely recommend this style to everyone.
