My daughter loves her boots but she normally takes size 5 and I had to order this two sizes bigger just to make sure it fit (size 6 was too small).

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced! I received them in only two days. The boots fit well and look great!

These fur-lined boots cuddle your feet, and keep them warm. I wear a 7.5, and got a size 7. They felt a bit snug at first, but fit nicely now, so it's true about buying them a size smaller. The top of the boot above the button tends to roll down, and I imagine that after awhile it will stay that way. But, overall, I love them!

I love these boots! I usually wear Dr. Scholls inserts inside every shoe I own, but I don't need inserts with these (not yet). I usually wear a 6.5 and I ordered a 6. They are snug and warm. No socks needed. I love that you can unbutton them to get your skinny jeans tucked in just right.

Love these boots. Nice height on your calf, and so easy to get your pants tucked in. Highly recommend these boots, but they run big,so I'm an 8 1/2 and ordered an 8. They fit perfectly.

Love the looks of these! Still comfy but the support is a little different than my classic Uggs. I'll end up putting Uggs insoles in them because I need more support. But overall very happy with them.

First set of Ugg boots and I'm in love. They are warm, cozy, and perfectly snug for cold winters in the upper Midwest.

I love these boots, I do wear them with socks which apparently you don't need to, but I just love warm feet! I walk my dogs in below zero windy weather and the only warm part of my body was my feet. They are comfortable, but I would not suggest wearing them all day, they have little support, but taking them off will not be easy because of the wonderful warmth. I love Zappos!

I have the Bailey Button boots in Seashell Rose (a 2010 color) and absolutely love them! I do not wear them very often since I also have three other pairs of Ugg boots (Classic Tall Sand, Classic Short Sparkles and Bailey Button Triplet Bomber Chestnut) but I do tend to wear them more in the spring and summer. I love wearing them with jean skirts and shorts. They fit exactly like my other Ugg boots, which are all size 8 (and I am a true size 9 with wide feet). I love the button and also how the sheepskin is exposed on the side. It is so cute!

The Uggs were a Christmas present for my daughter. Once she decided what she wanted for Christmas a lot of stores were sold out of the color/style she wanted. Zappos had them and they were delivered very fast. My daughter loves her Uggs and I love Zappos.

Love UGG boots and these provide warmth, comfort, and style. The prompt and courteous service in receiving orders as well as making returns/exchanges when necessary makes shopping at Zappos my first choice when possible.

I never thought I'd buy a pair of Uggs, considering the price and how I loathe when girls wear them with shorts or a skirt. Then I moved to a place where it is freezing and tried a pair on. I was sold! I had to have lots of pairs to keep my toes from breaking off! I love these Uggs and can not believe I waited this long. If you wear a half size order down, so 7.5 order a 7. The boots will mold to your feet!

I love Uggs! They are warm and comfortable. These did not disappoint me so I would recommend them.

These are nice Purple Uggs. What can I really say about Uggs that has not been said before. They are overpriced for what they are, but they are good quality, and if you take care of them and get the kit for maintaining them, you will grow out of them before they get too bad looking. Otherwise my daughter loves them, although I wish she would wear something a bit more supportive to school.

Love. Was a non Ugg believer. But they are so cozy I love them. Definitely order a size down. I usually wear an 8.5 and the 9 was huge.

I have loved these shoes from the first day I wore them. I put the water sealant on them before I wore them and have so far had no problems with the color or stains.

I love these boots. Wear them without socks as the inside feels divine, mega soft on your feet and warm & cozy. Excellent buy for cold weather!

The boot is a great choice. I had to exchange because of size and the Zappos team is awesome. A very good experience and I will recommend them anytime.

Ugg Bailey Button. This was a gift. I usually buy UggS a full size smaller for myself, so ordered accordingly. The recipient said they were too tight so I exchanged for her true size.

My feet are always cold, so for xmas I told my husband I wanted these Uggs. Love, love, love them!! My feet stay warm and now I sometimes keep them on all day because they are so toasty!!

These are great shoes. I absolutely love the color! Zappos was out of stock and I am so happy that they emailed me and I was able to purchase same day!

As with all Uggs, I loveee these boots. However, I did not receive the color that I ordered. The pics for the chestnut boots show a dark brown button, and I received the ones with the tan button. May not matter to some people, but I wanted the exact boots in the photo because those were the ones I couldn't find in the store! I'm not returning them because I'm just lazy . . . I expect the best from Zappos since that's what I've gotten in the past, but they did disappoint this time.
