Love these boots! This is the third pair I have ordered from Zappos, I have the grey and brown also. And of course with everything I order from Zappos the service is tremendous.

They are perfect. Comfortable, warm, and I can wear them with anything. Casual or professional or just my plain pajamas. They do run a little big but not enough for me to order a different size.

I just received my first pair of UGG Bailey boots for Christmas (Thanks babe!) and I absolutely LOVE them! They are extremely comfortable and they are keeping my feet nice and warm during these cold winter days. I thought all of the noise about UGGs were just about the price tag, but once I tried them for myself, I now know that they are well worth the price. I will be getting my 6 and 2 year olds a pair as well.

I love my Ugg Bailey buttons! I get loads of compliments on my boots. I'm a size 8, and I ordered a 8, and they fit perfect. I was a little skeptical about ordering the boots in sand, due to the light color. I didn't think I would be able to keep them clean, but believe it not, they are very easy to keep clean. Also, my whole Zappos shopping experience was awesome. Their customer service was excellent, and absolutely amazing. I look forward to ordering from them again.

My 13 year old loves these - just a little more stylish than classic Uggs. Dark brown seems to hold up better than her last light brown pair. Sizing chart on Zappos was perfect. And great, prompt service by Zappos!

I just love my new navy Uggs; they are perfect with a pair of jeans and it was a perfect fit. I normally wear a 9 but the 8 in the classic Uggs is a perfect fit. Love them!

Speedy arrival and as expected. I wear a size 6 and these boots fit true to size. They are slightly snug at first but all my Uggs stretch over time. I live in my Uggs during the winter and will continue to buy them. They are a great investment.

I love these boots! They are stylish, comfortable, and very warm! Unfortunately, the color I wanted was not in stock for my size. I ordered a size bigger so they would still fit next winter. They feel a little big, but they are still easy to walk in. I love the button! It can be unhooked so it is easier to fold the boot down. The button also makes the boot easy to get on and off. This specific color goes with any type of pants. Jeans, sweatpants, yoga pants, or any color of pants. I recommend wearing Uggs with socks. If you do not your feet will get all sweaty and gross inside the boots. Overall, I just love the boots!

I love UGG boots. They are warm and cozy no matter how cold inside or out. I tried wearing socks until my daughter told me not to. I like them even better without socks.

Bought these for my daughter; they are true to size and width according to her. She loves them because they are very warm and stylish.

I will admit that I was not a fan of Ugg boots. For me Ugg does not make the most attractive footwear out there. I do however suffer from always being cold, so I decided to buy these for practical purposes. I have to say if you dress these up with a nice pair of skinny jeans, a pretty blouse, and tasteful accessories these are actually really cute. Just the first day I wore them I received many complements. As for the reason I bought them, which was to keep me warm. They most definitely keep my feet warm without making them sweat, which for me means they are a good quality boot. With all that said I love my Ugg boots and I will buy more in other colors.

My kids are loving their Uggs! We recommend waterproofing them with a product recommended for use on suede.

Two words: Pure Bliss. Can wear with or without socks, including thick winter ones. There's no support at all but the boot can comfortably accommodate an orthotic device. Comfy around the house as well as outside. I wear an 8 in regular shoes and the 8 in the boot was fine.

Got these for the wife for Christmas and she loves them. I can't get her to shut-up about them now! Lol! Size was just right.

This is my go to winter kick around shoe. Need this short version to look right under my boot cut jeans. Love the gray color and it goes with everything.

I love Uggs and have all different kinds. These are just as comfortable as the rest and really cute. The only problem I had was getting my foot in through the bend on top. I have never had this problem before with Uggs and I don't feel like my foot is abnormally shaped. Once my foot is squeezed through then the boot fit perfect! Don't order down!

I love these! I originally purchased the classic short from Zappos but could not get my feet into them. They are not made like my brown Uggs from a few years ago (that I also purchased from Zappos) so I switched over to the Bailey Button and could not be happier. They are so cute, comfy and fit perfectly! I wear a 5½ and they felt very true to size! Thanks, Zappos, for your continued excellent customer service and products!
